Sooooo previously I had given a 1s star review, and after I gave the review I was IMMEDIATELY contacted by the owner and he set up a time to come out personally with his employee that regularly sprays my yard. On the day he came out both the owner and his employee sprayed and triple checked EVERYTHING, explained to me the process of everything AND even explained the chemical process of eliminating the pests. All clear pest control went COMPLETELY out of the way to make me happy and honestly I haven't had a problem since. This company is the definition of make the customer happy and they did. I have a better understanding of how their process works and WILL continue to use them. All Clear has the friendliest techs and the widest spray area I have ever seen. I fortunately got to be home to see him in action and I was amazed at how wide and high of an area they spray. We just bought our house in March and came from a scorpion infested house since using them we have not seen a scorpion or bug of any kind since. It is wonderful to be able to walk through the house without constantly looking down expecting to see a scorpion or roach and my wife is extremely clean and afraid of all bugs. All Clear Pest Control is the best! They've always maintained the established service schedule and shown up on time without fail. Their service techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. On the one occasion that two bugs were found (dead) inside the house, they immediately dispatched a tech to come out and look for the areas where the bugs gained entrance. It was very humid so I felt extremely bad about him having to be outside so long, due to our first session. He made sure every corner and crevice was sprayed. Awesome service, bought a house and immediately saw multiple scorpions and huge spiders, called Darren and he came out, have not seen another scorpion or spider in 2.5 years ive been in the house. When we found ants by our pool they came out right away, treated the area and we haven't seen an ant since. I appreciate the reminder text for service I get each month, too! Have been very happy with the bug control since they've been spraying. Never have scorpions in the house anymore and only occasionally see a dead one in the garage. Their application isn't some noxious chemical and is safe for our animals. Our neighbor uses a different service and we see him out at night with a black light killing scorpions.
