Every staff member is terrific, the young ladies up front are always very accommodating & pleasant. Today I was there to get my girl her monthly allergy shot, typically a quick, 10 minute visit (including wait time). Today was a little longer (25 minutes), as expected the young lady in reception noticed I'd been sitting for awhile & announced again our 9am appointment. The fact that she took the initiative to make the call again is one of the reasons I bring my dogs here. The only issue is the cost; their costs have increased A LOT, not typical inflation & Democrat policies as we have had in the last 5 years. 1 Cytopoint shot has gone up from $90 to $140! The proximity to my house & staff are the ONLY reason we come here, but I'm really thinking of changing vets.. I would be bummed but I need to make sure my Girl is comfortable due to her allergies, this is not a optional shot. read more

All Creatures has been an excellent vet practice. They are kind and thorough. One of my cats is very spicy, and they did a great job taking her blood and urine. She also had an asymptomatic urinary tract infection, so they worked her in quickly when the results came back to treat her. Dr. Bob is very nice. He often has vet students who do what is appropriate for their level of training. The front desk staff are helpful. The location has ample parking. I really like this practice. read more

SO happy we found this place! After scouring Reddit for honest reviews of vets, we decided to come to All Creatures - even though it is 30+ minutes away from our house, yikes - and it is so worth it. We are always blown away by the quality of the care here and the capability of the staff and hope to continue coming here for years to come! Dr. A is amazing and the front desk staff (especially Shannon) are always incredibly helpful and sweet. They put up with my very reactive puppy, even during blood draws, and handle seemingly everything he throws at them with ease. I cannot say enough amazing things about the service & care my class pet ( a skinny pig named Wolfie received.. the staff was so excited to meet him , assured me of his upcoming surgery and made me feel that he was in caring , compassionate & competent hands , I am juts so grateful for finding this clinic .. unlike many other animal clinics, there is constantly an upsell and trying to feed into your insecurities about your pets but, at this clinic, they are conscientious about clients that can't afford all of the extras for the animals that they love... and truly give the care that is necessary and relevant at the time of service. Wolfie is my class pet and they treated him with such dignity and care. My 1 year old French bulldog puppy had been diagnosed with Pneumonia due to gastric regurgitation. I took Banff to All Creatures due to my 30 year residency at the Biltmore in Phoenix and my previous knowledge of their reputation. I expressed concern that my puppy had recently received the Merke rabies vaccination and shortly after had diarrhea, vomiting, trouble breathing and even two seizures. I also expressed that I prefer fresh food as opposed to their vet approved canned food. I received an email from the executive director the following morning stating that due to my suspicion of the medical industry they were severing their client relationship with me. They also said my puppy had too many health problems for their clinic. Really? My puppy was active and had been on antibiotic already for one week. I simply needed a follow-up to assure he was progressing properly. They left me going back to the drawing board to find a caring, compassion and competent vet. read more

Place is fine (and like most vets, it's super expensive). The worst part though is how every time we go they're like mechanics trying to upcharge us, but instead of selling fear/uncertainty about a vehicle's longevity, they sell with guilt and shame. I really can't stand almost any of the people working here. Every time we come it's just a complete guilt trip by a bunch of people who probably can't even afford any of the services they're trying to sell, "oh no, you didn't give your super old dog a $40,000 operation to fix a bruise it had in 1857? Wow, just wow...how do you sleep at night?" This weaponized empathy in the service of a business is just disgusting. These pets are animals, not children. Chill out and do your job. We've been coming to All Creatures for over 10 years now. For us, it's a 40 min drive each way, if traffic is good. And every mile is worth it. The entire staff, from the front desk to the back rooms, are nothing short of spectacular. The ladies there are always there to greet with a smile, and the upbeat atmosphere they create is contagious. We see Dr. Bob, and absolutely love him. However, during times when he's unavailable, I have ZERO hesitation in seeing another doctor there. They all are amazing, and I never have to worry about any of them not getting in touch with Dr. Bob regarding the care rendered. I cannot speak highly enough of these amazing people. So I brought my 1 year old Shepard in for a nail trim that they said was no problem. When I got there they checked us in and I waited a few. Then a tech came a got my dog and said he will be fine. As I was over talking to the receptionist people they brought my dog back out. He had yellow on his nose I wiped it off and the tech said they had to feed him a ton of cheese to trim his nails and that he may have bad bathroom for a day. I was like wtf. I went to go pay and they charged me $40.00. That night till morning my dog had severe diarrhea everywhere. I guess I paid them $40 for them to feed him cheese, do a not so great job of trim and to be up all night with my dog having diarrhea. Yikes read more

I've been bringing my girls to them for over 10 years. They have gone downhill since they had to hire a few new people. Today for a "check up" appointment on my dogs nail she ripped off 3 days ago, they charged me $75 to take my dog to the back for less than 5 minutes and brought her back to me just to say to keep her on her meds and do what we have been doing. There was no need for this appointment at all. Sad to see this place going downhill. Dr Bob and Dr Meilke are absolutely amazing but to charge $75 for an unneeded appointment and to see my dog for less than 10 minutes is ridiculous. I've had nothing but great experiences with this veterinary clinic. A couple years ago, my dog who has since passed away was diagnosed with Cushing's disease, after several other vets couldn't figure out what was wrong, this team finally gave us answers and cared for him with so much compassion. Honestly, everyone that works here is just absolutely amazing.. I TRULY mean that.. My dog has been coming here since he was 8 weeks and is soon to be 14 years old. The most recent visit was finding rocks in his poops.. did an X-ray and saw a clump of rocks in his stomach! Dr Hooper was successful in her recommendation of endoscopy, he had 19 rocks in his stomach!! Dr Hooper was extremely honest with her recommendation, super kind, caring and so loving with him. Dr. Bob is also one of the greatest, he removed some masses from my old man 5 weeks ago and everything went butter smooth. The girls at the front desk, all the techs- just magnificent. The prices definitely vary, but not outrageous and unaffordable.. I am so incredibly grateful for this clinic and will continue to go here for as long as i have animals. THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF. I recently had to take my elderly rabbit in for a diagnosis on his mobility issue. He had started limping very badly, and I wanted to ensure it was nothing serious and to see if there was anything that could be done to ease the issue. I reached out to the animal clinic late Monday, and was assisted by Madison who made my bunny their top concern. She wanted to ensure the bunny wasn't sitting in discomfort and pain for any longer than necessary. She was able to book us the following morning for an exam - talk about exceptional service! Everyone in the office, including Dr. Ellermeier were so gentle with my rabbit and treated him very well! The diagnosis was easy to understand, and there were some actionable steps to make my rabbit more comfortable. Prices were fair considering bunnies are classified as "exotic". My bunny also had a nail trim as I was worried about causing him more discomfort with his existing inflammation. I'm not sure if the nail trimming is complimentary with all visits, either way I was just thrilled I could cross that worry off my list. I also really appreciated that the staff followed up the next day to see if I had any questions and how the bunny was doing. I would recommend this animal clinic to others, no matter what pet you have. I also would not hesitate to return based on the service provided this visit. read more

I can't recommend this vet enough! They are amazing. My pup Pluto was experiencing some allergies and bad hot spots and he was just so itchy. I called on a Friday to see if they had any last minute openings and they didn't but the girl at the front said to call Saturday morning as they may get a last minute opening sure enough they had one! I am so thankful they got Pluto in so soon! Everyone is so nice and the vet and vet tech were both very helpful and gave Pluto lots of pets. The vet did a great thorough exam and explained what was happening and how they can fix it. I was sent home with medicine and the vet tech explained everything to me thoroughly. I wanted to write directly to Animal Creatures however the website would only allow a certain number of characters so Yelp it is! I've been taking my 3 year old GSD Loki to All Creatures since he was a puppy. Dr Miyamoto has been amazing since the beginning, always providing great care to our fur baby. Yesterday, I took Loki to his annual wellness and vaccine appointment. The vet tech who took us into the back room seemed like she did not want to be there, and can really use some help with customer service. I weighed Loki myself. She just watched me as I struggled, almost 9 month pregnant, as I put a muzzle on Loki. Mind you, Loki was extremely behaved, but I get it, he's a large, intimidating dog breed. However, I have never put a muzzle on (they typically muzzle him in the back room) and would have appreciated even a little bit of instruction on how to put it on. When she brought Loki back to me, the only thing she asked was if I wanted to use the card on file. She didn't tell me how much everything cost. By the time I got back to my car, I saw that the bill was $125, and the weight she had on there was inaccurate and not the weight I had given her. Like I said, I get it, my dog is scary looking, but as a vet tech working with animals, you should still be able to at least show you care, and show just a tiny bit of customer service. The ladies in the front desk have always been so great at this. It feels awful writing one bad review for an otherwise great office, (and even slept on it so that I was sure I wasn't just overreacting) but i felt that I needed to communicate this to management. read more

Awesome! My buuny Mia (the white one) was in dire need last week when she ate some bad lettuce. Rabbits are hard to schedule because they are considered to be Exotic pets and have things going on that you would need to go to school to get certified in Rabbits. All Creatures got us in that afternoon and they did a sanitary shave on her bum. She had a blockage over her bum and it got raw so she started showing signs of a discomfort. I tried to clean it up but it was difficult task so we took her to the bunny doctor. read more
