We tried to get into All Creatures Mobile Vet for years but they were not accepting new patients. Then something wonderful happened - they added a brick & mortar location and expanded the family by adding Ellyn, (also a vet!). Congrats!!!!!! I have used their mobile services and was very pleased. There is a charge for the mobile service, but it is money well spent on your fur babies when needed. The new clinic is clean and bright and the tech at the front desk was very friendly and answered all my questions. P. S.These folks also take care of all kinds of shepherds at High Sierra Lifeline K9 Rescue. Kudos for that, because they treated my King Shepherd when he first arrived from the Sacramento Shelter and came to HSLK9! Anyway, I ended up with a great dog AND a great vet! I cannot recommend Dr. Peck enough. He put my soul dog, Wyatt, down 7 years ago in the comfort of our home. He was compassionate and gentle. I, unfortunately, needed his services again this year to put down my dog, Zoey. He is cheaper than going to a veterinary office and brings back the ashes in a beautiful wood box a couple weeks later. Being able to say goodbye to a beloved family member in a place they are familiar and comfortable in was invaluable to me. read more

Today I had to send my Harley across the Rainbow Bridge. I called All Creatures mobile vet last minute , my dog was in heart failure and the vet said sooner is better than later. I called originally and spoke with Dr. Peck Senior and was told his son Sean would call me back. Dr.Sean rearranged his schedule to accommodate my request of a next day Saturday appointment. Dr.Peck was compassionate, professional and took the time to explain the whole process to my son and I. Was very happy with the staff and vets. You can tell they care about you and your fur kid. I am new to town and I arrived at my appt. realizing I left my means of payment at home. They put me at ease that I wouldn't be turned away from the appt. and offered that I could just call them when I get home to take care of payment! Unheard of in this day and age! Luckily I remembered my card number and was able to take care of my baby. Also, was very happy that the visit didn't break the bank. Where I moved from, it was always a financial burden just for a general visit. And If any health issues needed addressing, it was a financial set back for my household. DO NOT LET THESE FOLkS EUTHANIZE YOUR COMPANION!!! Their protocol is outdated, painful, and horrific. I am personally aware of three botched jobs, so there must be many more out there. There are other and better options. For example, the new kid on the block, Close To Home Mobil Veterinary Hospital, Carson Tahoe Veterinary Hospital has references for experts, and there are two pet crematoriums in Reno who will also come to your home. I think you can safely use All Creatures for a rabies vaccination. read more

I too have serious concerns about All Creature's euthanasia process. I was present at four of them. Only one acceptable and peaceful. I voiced my concerns to Dr. Sean. I most specifically remember two of his heartbreaking responses. "Things could have gone much worse." And then he actually blamed one of the companions for why it didn't go better. Spare you family. All creatures has been taking care of our two dogs Kodi Bear and Bandit since 2018. Dr. Gerald Peck was our first vet. He's awesome! Super caring and an expert in his trade. He's now semi-retired. His son Dr. Sean Peck has been our primary vet for a few years now. We just love him. The care, compassion, professionalism and skill he possesses is hard to beat. Then Dr. Harris joined the team. She's wonderful! She and Dr. Sean are the "dynamic duo"! Our boy Kodi Bear developed non operable tumors. We did the best we could to keep him healthy. Dr. Sean and Dr. Harris helped us immensely, but on March 10, 2023, we had to say goodbye to our Kodi Bear. Dr. Sean came to our home, explained the entire process to us, and we said goodbye to our 14yr old Aussie in a peaceful, loving way. All Creatures handled our boys remains and sent him out for cremation. About a week later, Dr. Harris came to our home with Kodi Bear's ashes. Packaged beautifully with care. I can't say enough about these people. They're kind, compassionate and professional. They're "human" and humane. Now, we're learning how to live without our beloved Kodi Bear. His little brother Bandit misses him terribly. Thank you Dr. Sean and Dr. Harris. You two are amazing! read more

In May 2019 we knew our Great Pyrenees, Smokey, was in her last days afer 12 1/2 years. We live in Gardnerville. I called Dr. Peck and Sean came out the very next day. Today my mom had to call because her elderly cat has been sick. All Creatures came out within a few hours to see the cat. This is a father/son vet team who are very kind and competent. My mom's cat is very skittish and they were sensitive to this plus were able to help calm some of my mom's fears. The prices were very reasonable and the convenience of having vets come to your home is great as you don't have to further traumatize your pet by putting them in the car and taking them to the vet. We are waiting on some blood work on the cat but we appreciate Drs. Peck tremendously. read more

I have a dog that is very nervous and can be really disruptive to other dogs when waiting in the waiting room if a brick and mortar vet's office, so when he started to have ear problems, I was dreading taking him in. The fact that All Creatures came to my house alleviated so much stress for me and my dog. The prices are very reasonable and the exam was quick. The doctors are kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr. Sean Peck went above and beyond for us. We raise pigs and came home after work to a pig with a 106 fever. We called every vet in the area and no other vet was able to see us. A friend posted on Facebook that we needed help and Dr. Peck posted his cell phone number. We left him a message and he called us right back despite it being 930pm. He was able to advise us on how to get through the night and even offered to come that night. He then came out first thing in the morning to assist us. Dr.Gerald and Sean Peck are angels on wheels. After months of working along with my beloved 13 years old lab Harley to get him to health sadly we lost the fight. He couldn't walk anymore and I had to make most heart wrenching decision and help Harley cross the rainbow bridge. Both Doctors Peck came to my house. That was the only place I would have my baby pass away. They gave me so much compassion and understanding assuring me that this is the right decision I'am making. Called and left a message to get sick cat checked out. Never received a return call. Wasted a day waiting to hear back.

Dr. Peck senior visited our home to give needed vaccinations and to help us understand why our mastiff was limping. After watching her walk he immediately diagnosed her pain as a torn CCL muscle. He prescribed pain meds which have worked for our big girl! She is now back to herself and her regular routine. I appreciated Dr. Peck telling us that he did not recommend surgery for the torn CCL due to her age. I concurred with him. He asked us to give him a call to let him know how she was doing. read more

I cannot say enough about All Creatures and Dr Sean. My kitty Oliver was diabetic and needed special attention. The first time I met Dr Sean, he must have spent 2 hours with my boy. He also requested the records of treatment from my prior vet. Dr Sean got my guy back on track. Unfortunately over the Thanksgiving holiday my boy took a turn for the worse. Dr Sean and Dr Peck came to my home on Thanksgiving day and ended up taking my boy home with them to see if they could get him to turn the corner. It was not meant to be .
