The company is very willing to make special adjustments to suit your dogs' needs, be it delivering medications, feeding them, watering them, or even something as particular as playing with a "special" toy that the dog loves. Ownership is very personable. Heidi knows each dog personally and individually trains walkers by accompanying them to visit dogs. My dogs *love* Heidi and the walkers; I've actually been home a few times for their sessions, and both of my dogs positively freak out as if a family member is coming over. They are the only pet service that I know of in the Western Suburbs that will actually run with your dog! We have a 4-year old pug who is not a runner, however, they take our pug out for a full 30-minute walk which is incredible excercise for him. My husband and I work long hours and we are so pleased to know that while we are gone our dog is getting love, attention and excercise from this wonderful group of people. All dog runners/walkers are extremely professional and kind and truly love their jobs. We don't know what we'd do without them because there simply is no comparable service offered in our area.
