I can not say enough good things about them. Last night, my dog was throwing up blood and no one would take him. I called them and they told me to bring him in immediately. From the second we walked in, everyone was compassionate and kind, which I really needed after hours of trying to find a vet to take him. He needed some tests that were going to take hours, so they kept him overnight with no additional fee. He is back home today, healthy and safe. I truly thank them for making a bad night so much better. I know they rarely get to see people who are having a good day (a hurt or sick pet is so painful) but they treated everyone kindly and with great care. Once again All Creatures was there when I needed them and thanks to them, a really special dog is going to be OK! As an animal shelter volunteer I find that every so often a shelter dog really tugs at my heartstrings. Yesterday it all went awry when I found my special friend, Ben, had been vomiting continuously, not eating and he'd become incredibly lethargic. One of our officers immediately rushed Ben to All Creatures where, I am happy to say Dr. Rhiannon Lewis and her staff were able to quickly diagnose Ben and get him setup on a course of treatment. Because money is ALWAYS an object, and since I was footing the bill from my pocket, the doctor actually put together a course of treatment that was effective and affordable. All creatures has been there for me on a few occasions and I hope to NEVER need them again, but I know that if I need them, they'll be there. read more

Unfortunately, this is the only 24 hour emergency vet open in Santa Clarita. Between this and everything related to Covid that is going on, it is understandable that wait times are long.. however, this establishment clearly does not have adequate staff and resources to give animals the time and attention that they need, ultimately putting them in danger. We recently brought in our dog who suffered from a high fever, vomiting, lethargy, and profuse bleeding from the nose. After many hours wait time outside they finally took her in, and she ended up having to stay a couple of nights. Every single time that we called to check in on her, nobody seemed to know what was going on. There was no communication. Nobody would ever call us back, nor tell us a treatment plan. The did, however, have no problem asking if we would leave our credit card "open" for them to automatically bill any charges that came up. $2,000 later in tests, one night we were finally told that we could come and visit our poor sick dog. We were let into a room with her by a receptionist, and we asked for clarification about the tests and what was found.. the receptionist literally had no idea about our case.. When we asked about the bloodwork, "Yeah it wasn't normal or whatever I think.." "Don't quote me on that", and when we finally asked if we could talk to someone who knew anything, it was "The vet is too busy to see you. You already talked to her on the phone once didn't you?" Not even for five minutes of our time and a couple of thousand dollars later, she couldn't see us. We visited with our baby for an our or two and then someone came in and said that we could take her home that night if we want.. because basically there was nothing more that they could do for us there. They recommended that we see a specialty emergency vet for further tests. So if we had not visited that night, how many more nights would she have stayed and when would someone actually tell us that, since nobody would ever call us back? We were told that they would email us our dogs chart including the lab work and tests completed, but of course they never did that either. I feel like if they weren't so overly busy with cases, perhaps they could have given our dog more time and attention, and actually tried to figure out what was going on. I would rather have been turned away and recommended somewhere else from the beginning so that we did not waste our dogs time here. We have since taken her to a new vet in the valley, and while wait times are still long as expected, the communication and compassion is so much better. They even ended up redoing her bloodwork because they said that the results and notes transferred from this clinic did not make sense. We now at least have an idea what we are dealing with, and guidance of our options from here. It feels like someone is at least listening and gives you the time to ask questions without feeling rushed or ignored. I am not saying that the staff as people are bad, but they are clearly overworked and the animals brought in are suffering as a result. It is important to recognize limits, and whether more staff needs to be hired or the clinic needs to be expanded, this is borderline malpractice. I would highly recommend seeking other options before coming here. read more

This is the VERY WORST vet I have ever gone to. They put my cay on a special cat food 2 years. They NEVER have the food in stock so I have to order it. Last week I called them for an updated prescription. They said I had to bring the cat in for a checkup. We made the appointment and took the cat in last Tuesday. They tried to sell the dental cleaning for $600 but we declined. When my husband left they told him they would send the updated prescription to Chewy. He checked the receipt and they charged him $120 for cat food that we didn't get. Today I checked the order and they had not updated the prescription as of yet. I called the vet and now they say I have to order from their website and she would send the info to me. I told her I was out of food for my cat and I needed the food. Its now been over 2 hours and they haven't sent the info yet to allow me to order the food. I called again and the person said that the tech is busy and will get it done when she can get to it. I explained that I am now out of food. She didn't care. Needless to say, I lost my temper. This clinic doesn't care about the animals well being. They only want the money. I had a very sick dog with pancreatitis, we came during Covid time and expected long wait times. Took us 5 hours to get her in on a busy day but she got in. They called me for everything as your not allowed inside (waiting in your car, dress appropriately for weather). Our dog has tests done and had a bleeding tumor in her stomach, we did everything we could but had to put her down. It was one of the hardest days of my life and they were there for me considering. I am grateful for the team and vets who helped us during this difficult time. Reviews bite on here and YES THE WAIT TIME IS LONG. you sign a sheet when you check in, shouldn't be a surprise. I used to like this place because of the location, their app rewards, and Tango the black cat who roams in the waiting area. I thought that the quality of the staff was decent, but not anymore. I will never go back to this place for the care of my cats. This is my first review on yelp, I felt that I had to share my experience so that other pet owners won't be risking their beloved pets' lives. (I say pets, but really they are our family!) Disclaimer: This is for those of you who are seeking medical care for your pets. I have not used their grooming service, etc. What you can expect from this place: -Wait time can easily be over an hour -Even if they escort you to the patient room right away, you're going to have to wait another hour or more to meet with a doctor -Appointments don't mean a thing. Sometimes they are made incorrectly on their end, and the receptionist will tell you to come back some other day -They say that they prioritize patients in need of urgent care. Of course, I totally respect that. But then, why not give the others in the waiting rooms updates? During my last visit, I had to wait 3hrs. I could've left and come back when the emergency patient was well taken care -They'll give you an estimate that includes unnecessary tests/medications. Sure you can decline, but the doctor will come back and convince you that they are strongly recommended -Their vet techs are inexperienced (straight out of vet school, or still in training) -The doctors are difficult to comprehend- maybe because of their accents, or because they only talk to themselves -Some won't even look at you or listen to you -You'll never get a clear diagnostics at all -High turnover of doctors and vet techs -Open 24/7? Well the front door might be, not the service itself -Constantly understaffed -Poor communication within the staff and with the clients -They call you as a follow up the next day. But even if you DO have a problem and explain it, the person on the phone can't answer anything and advises you make another doctor visit -The receptionist on the phone is either a young inexperienced staff who would say "I wasn't there so I don't know. We can't take your words, because people sometimes lie.", or a manager who thinks that a partial refund would solve all the problem, and brush you off October 2017, one of my foster kittens collapsed at 4am, and I immediately called this place for urgent care. They said that the doctor was unavailable. I got devastated by the answer, as this place was our last hope. The kitten died right before we arrived at another vet office in SFV. April 2018, one of my cats was not eating at all, and she was having bloody stool. After the usual long wait and repetitive questions by multiple vet techs, the doctor finally showed up. He said that my cat is fat and I should cut her daily intake to 2/3. Did any of you really listen to what I said? I tried to explain to him one more time from the scratch. He constantly cut me off and said "Maybe it's a behavioral issue. You should consider rehoming her." I desperately sought a second opinion from another vet office. It turned out that indeed she was having a digestive problem and they gave her anti-inflammatory medication, and now she's doing great. Oh, and they said that she's not fat at all. After all the incidents I witnessed within a year, I refrained from visiting this vet office. But last week, we brought our 4 foster kittens because it was urgent- they were having constant vomiting and diarrhea. The rescue organization for which I volunteer called this place in advance and got a quote for the kittens' exams and injections. Waited and waited. We were charged more than the initial quote. Injections were done by 2 vet techs who didn't wear plastic gloves, and one of them even poked her finger with a needle. It was so horrible that our kittens cried like I'd never heard before, which made another vet tech rush in to our room. They said "Kittens are hard to handle." Seriously, if you can't handle a kitten, do you think that you can handle an adult cat? I think not. My conclusion is that this place is not feline-friendly. All in all, this place is a nightmare. This vet is amazing. I arrived early and it was raining and instead of making me wait they let me in. The girls were very accommodating and my dogs are the most mellow and they put up with their craziness. The prices are a bit high but when it comes to my babies Ziggy and Jazmine I will pay the higher price knowing the are in good hands. They also are open Sundays which is a plus as well. read more

I called at that awful hour and asked if I could bring him in so they could end his suffering they said yes. Given what an awful moment of my life this was, I couldn't have asked for a more compassionate more helpful group of people. They did everything as quickly as possible so he didn't have to suffer much longer and everything was done with the compassion and dignity that he deserved. I'm very thankful for these guys. I could not of asked for a better veterinarian!! My dog Jax had been having physcomotor seizures. These types of seizures are very mild and hard to tell if the dog is even having seizures. After months of back and forth vet apts I finally took him here and they immediately knew what it was and referred me to a great neurologist and gave Jax the proper treatment he needed. Tawny the vet tech went above and beyond for me during this time! They called me through out his stay with updates and kept me well informed. Without their help and support I would of never been able to properly diagnose and give my dog the right medications. I truly don't know what i would do without them. I unexpectedly and tragically lost my kitty last week. It was late at night and I wanted to have her cremated. Thankfully All Creatures is open 24 hours a day and I was able to bring her body in to have her sent out to be cremated. This was my first pet loss and I didn't know what to expect when I received her ashes back. I was overwhelmed with emotion when I picked her up. Her ashes are placed in a beautiful wooden box with a lock & key and a name tag with her name engraved. I also received her paw print in clay, a small baggy with some of her hair, and an adornment inside a card that is to be planted where wild flowers will blossom. I'm so thankful that they were able to add in the small keepsakes that I wasn't able to think of (I was a wreck when she passed away). This is such a sweet way to remember my beloved kitty Haikei. They also mailed out a card that all the staff had signed. I had only been here one other time for an emergency visit with my dog. The staff is very kind and understanding here. Beware.. I would give this place negative stars if possible!!Don't take your pet here if you truly care for them and want them to live. I took my dog here on emergency. And they basically killed her. I did not know at the time but my dog was having a reaction to a anti-inflammatory after a dental procedure. Her stomach was really sore she was panting like crazy which I was told later could cause her to have a fever. I showed Dr . Sandhu the medicine our dog Koda was on, he held it in his hand and wrote it down in his notes. He told us he needed to keep Koda , put her on IV fluids get her fever down and give her some antibiotics. Well I was called later that afternoon and was told she was doing great ready to go home. As soon as I got her in my car she started vomiting. I brought her back in and the vet said she was just excited to see me and she gave her a Antinausea injection. Needless to say Koda got worse throughout the night. I took her back to our family vet in the morning. Our family vet finally received the records and could not believe what All creatures veterinary had given our dog Koda. They never gave her anabiotic's but they did give her a different anti-inflammatory . Our Dr took X-rays and found air pockets and fluid in her abdomen . She sent us to Access Emergency veterinary hospital on Ventura Boulevard. They also believe that the combination of the different anti-inflammatories caused our dog to become septic she had bile in her abdomen and was bleeding internally. If All Creatures Hospital wouldn't have given her that injection our dog Koda most likely would be with us today. read more

I went out of my way to avoid reading any of the other reviews here, since they range so widely from low to high and due to the fact that they have been entered over an extended period of time. Both of my experiences with the All Creatures Emergency Center were with my dogs, four years apart, both emergencies. In the first instance, our 14 year old lab had died in our backyard. Naturally, the experience was traumatic. We called our regular vet and were advised to take our beloved dog to All Creatures. It was on New Years day and naturally we were in shock yet relieved to have a place to take him. We were received with sympathy and understanding and allowed to remain with our pet until we were ready to leave. His body was treated with complete respect and kindness. From there, All Creatures helped us arrange for a cremation service and delivery of the velvet box that carefully held our friend and family member. Shortly thereafter we received a sympathy card, hand-signed, by the staff members at All Creatures. We were comforted to know they were there and appreciated their sensitivity. The second instance was last month. Our younger lab, only five, suddenly began to bleed profusely from his groin area, in the evening. We, of course, panicked and immediately got him into the car and rushed him to All Creatures, where they helped us stanch the flow and gave us two diagnoses. We were given three treatment options and they spent a significant amount of time, both the on-duty veterinarian and the technical staff, explaining the diagnoses, the treatment options and the costs involved. We realized that emergency care for a companion animal can be almost as expensive as it is for a human member of a family, and, though it wasn't easy to fund the best procedure, we did it and worked out an arrangement with All Creatures for treatment to take place the next day. The following day was a nail-biter. We had thought the work would be done in the morning and when it was late in the afternoon, we did have some misgivings. I called All Creatures at various times during the day and finally was told why the delay had happened, that the treatment would be done before the end of the day, and then follow-up would take place as originally explained. And that is what did transpire. The treatment was completed, our dog was housed overnight to receive fluids and medications and be under careful observation. We picked him up the next day and were given all the instructions and medications for his treatment at home. Right on schedule, we brought him back for his final observational visit and now look forward to his complete recovery. Our regular vet, when consulted, told us that they recommend All Creatures. In addition, we had had a slightly less urgent emergency that was treated at an All Creatures affiliate in the area and received similar attentive care and kindness. Ultimately, despite a few bumps in the process, largely due to the fact that All Creatures is constantly dealing with emergencies, some of them with sad outcomes due to the severity of the injuries the animals suffer and to the fact that I was a nervous mom, the experience was very positive. We found, for the most part, they were efficient, very friendly, patient, understanding and though perhaps understandably harried, competent. The facility is clean, too. Our pet was housed in a large, completely steel, individual kennel that was clean and comfortable. He received constant care and we were invited to stay around the clock or drop in and out at any time. We were also told we could ask questions and call as much as we wanted, and I took them up on that offer with very positive results. I want to particularly thank Jessica for her professionalism and sensitivity - she went out of her way to 'hold my hand' while I expressed all my nervousness and apprehensions. I also want to thank Johnny, for caring for our dog and giving me reassuring information over the phone when I spoke to her. Both Jessica and Dr. Switz not only treated the patient, they treated his parent. Thank you to everyone on staff. We are very grateful for the treatment we all received. read more

Dear Lillian, (or concerning manager) As one of your returning clients, we would like to inform you of unsatisfactory customer service we have received consistently over the past 6 months. Our 9 year old pitbull Blu has been diagnosed with Addison's disease the beginning of the year and was admitted to your facility during a crisis where she almost lost her life. Thanks to the veterinary team and their competence, Blu was diagnosed and her disease under control. We have had recurring monthly appointments for her monthly dose of Percorten and electrolyte test to treat the disease, along with refills on her daily medication Prednisone. She has never been healthier! Unfortunately, each visit consisted of terrible customer service from the receptionist team (namely Amber but have encountered others but didn't catch name) from eye rolling, to their unfriendly tone, to the way they are conversing with us and tendency to "cut us off" while we are speaking (we have even witnessed the same lack of service towards other customers while waiting in lobby). Our biggest concern is the multiple times we've had to call them to obtain a prescription refill. Due to the nature of Addison's disease (as explained by your veterinarian team), Blu must get her daily dose of prednisone in order for her body to properly function and not shut down resulting in crisis or death. We have been given inconsistent information on the prescription process from needing to call them 3 days in advance, to 5 days in advance to a week In advance. Promises were not kept every time we would come to pick up the prescription, but would be received by the receptionist who would answer with attitude with a different process than we were given any of the following times. this is not acceptable to be giving a client the runaround at the expense of our dogs health. As animal lovers, the health of Blu is the most important thing to us as pet parents and was hoping you would help us resolve having to choose between the health/life of our dog and terrible customer service which is not something a pet parent should have to feel like they have to sacrifice for the well being of their pet. We have gone to several veterinarians in this valley and none of the vets have been able to diagnose Blu over the past year and a half. It means a lot that Dr. F (younger male dr) has been so diligent in helping us better Blu's quality of life while we still have her, and hope some of our concerns can be resolved read more

My wife and I picked up a kitten from Sarah Reyes who worked at this clinic located at 22722 Lyons Ave, Ste 5, in Newhall. She apparently was rescuing animals and going through a network called "Lost and Found Pets of SCV" on Facebook. I am not on Facebook, but my wife saw a post of a kitten and decided to adopt him. He was being treated and kept at All Creatures with the owners knowledge for over a week since my wife was out of town on a business trip. All Creatures veterinarians was providing care for the kitten until that time. We picked up the kitten on October 11, 2015 and returned for well-kitten visits. As soon as he was old enough, we had him scheduled for micro-chipping, neutering and front de-claw. The staff was very familiar with our kitten and he seemed comfortable with them, as he had known them from about three weeks old. We had no reason to feel concerned about leaving him there while we went on a 7-day honeymoon to Tahiti, so we left him with Sarah and Amanda thinking he would have these procedures in our absence and be ready to come home by the end of our trip. We were wrong. The day we were preparing to fly home from Tahiti, we eagerly made an international call and asked about arrangements to pick our kitten up. The staff told us there was a "scheduling problem" and our kitten was being taken to another hospital in Lancaster-Palmdale area for the surgery by Dr. Sandhu. We were very upset but in another county. Sarah assured us that our kitten was in good hands, and would be back with us quickly. She later informed us that he had a "slight complication" and that he was licking one of his paws excessively and it was infected. She wouldn't provide details. She only said he would need to be in a cone and be monitored for a "bit longer." This turned into weeks. After several phone calls, we finally went down to try and get our cat back in person. They made us wait a long time, citing "several emergencies." When we finally got our kitten home, he was very nervous and traumatized. When we tried to take him back to All Creatures for a follow-up check up appointment, he was very different. Normally he was fine in the car and at their office, but this time he was fearful and unmanageable. He ripped everyone's arms to shreds, was defensive and pissed himself. He was afraid of everything and combative. He definitely did not want to be at this vet office anymore. We only recently discovered many other instances of animal negligence and poor care that we also suspected happened to our cat. We will now be submitting our complaint to the state attorney's office for investigation. Taking our cat out of the county without our permission, the infection, and the abuse he appears to have endured has left scars on him as evidenced by his neurotic behavior. read more

We've been here twice and I really appreciate the doctors. Last night I came here around 9:45 pm and my puppy had to be parvovirus tested( their policy) even though he was vaccinated and had a negative result. The receptionist was extremely rude talking to her coworkers about how she will NEVER administer a parvo test or touch a dog that could have parvo because she spent a lot of money on her dogs and they're expensive. The walls are really thin and it's absolutely disgusting how she was talking. I hope management talks to this woman about her behavior and give her a reality check that she works at at an animal hospital. 5 stars for the doctor and 0 for the receptionist. read more

This place has such a great and caring staff. My husband and I had taken our puppy Chopper here who stayed there many days at a time (he was sick from the first week we got him) and the doctors updated us on his condition every day, and every time we called for a check up on his condition they would let us know how he was doing, and if the doctor was able to stop what they were doing they would stop, get on the phone and explain the condition more thoroughly. They're open 24/7 so if I called at midnight they would be able to speak with me.. we actually were going to take him to a different vet before finding this location but they said they were too busy and told us to come back the next day which we knew we couldn't wait for especially since we knew our puppy was having breathing problems. Unfortunately we had to put our puppy down after days of treatment and the night doctor (male, whose name I wish I remembered) was the one who explained everything to us on the whats, ifs and buts of our choices. No one wants to put there pup down but In the end we all knew that was the best but toughest solution. Days after that they had received the test results and we found he had distemper and the doctor explained to us what to do to avoid this from happening again. This animal hospital turned away my very sick puppy AFTER I filled out the required paperwork checked him in and went to wait in my car because they told me the wait was "very long" . I received a phone call about 20 minutes after I checked in and was told the puppy would not be able to be seen because they had a parvo Outbreak earlier in the day. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME WHEN I CALLED YOU EARLIER ASKING ABOUT SERVICES AND WHILE I CHECKED IN!?!? AND WHY WERE OTHER PETS STILL WAITING TO BE SEEN IN YOUR WAITING ROOM?! Shouldn't you clear your waiting room and turn ALL pets away???? The reason they didn't want to see my puppy is because they believe he has a very contagious virus. And they referred me to other hospitals outside this valley to get him tested. They simply didn't want to deal with a very sick puppy. This is totally unacceptable! read more

Please know- my frustration was NOT because of the lack of care. The doctors were very knowledgeable and I believe they wanted the best for my 2 year old cat. My frustration and review is about the lack of responsiveness. I'm guessing they are massively understaffed right now because after being on hold for 25 minutes, it still took an hour for someone to come outside to retrieve my pet. Then 3 hours to get a call back. Then 3 more hours to get another call back with prices. Then about 4 more calls back and forth between the techs checking with the doctors, well into the evening to negotiate services. In the end my cat was there for 7 hours before actually getting treatment. I know they prioritize based on level of trauma but this felt excessive. **Be prepared to pay ER prices for everything** I dropped my cat off with Happy Pets this morning and was able to speak with the doctor within an hour even though she had a completely booked schedule. It's also worth noting that getting medical records from All Creatures is very difficult right now if you transport your pet. read more

If I could put no stars I would. Do NOT take a sick cat to All Creatures Veterinary Center! I do not know whose bright idea it was to put all laminate floors in a vet's office unless they were only thinking dogs. This might work for the canine species but for felines, it's a huge no-no. The sound alone will scare any cat that is not super outgoing at a vet's office. When I arrived they were cleaning the dog grooming are upstairs (yes, I said upstairs) and it also has fake wood floors. The sound of the mopping, pounding, and general running of sinks really scared my kitty. Then I am led to an exam room and, needless to say, the dog grooming room is right over my head. The sound was magnified twice as bad as in the waiting room! The unfriendly, uncaring, veterinarian walks into the exam room and does a brief assessment. No bloodwork, no tests, just tells me my cat is very sick and wants to give her a Covenia shot. I ask how long will the shot last and she says a few days but I can bring her back for more. Seriously... walk into that fake floor nightmare again?! My kitty had to be euthanized exactly one week later. I took her to VCA West L.A. and they did a full workup and found what was causing the illness in my cat. Maybe if I had gone to VCA a week earlier, gotten the proper tests, and found out the diagnosis, it could have prolonged her death. I feel guilty as heck wasting my time at All Creatures Vet Center. It's taken me a while to write this review and it's still hard to type the words that my kitty is no longer here. My dog Mimi passed away in the middle of the night. This was the only place open to take her and I hadn't been there before. But more importantly Monica was amazing. From her gentle voice to her giving me time to grieve in a private room this made things a little bit better in a difficult situation. Last Saturday I took my dog to this place! I was able to email them all my dog medical records and medicine she was on! I took my dog because she was not breathing good due to a heart problem and a trachea problem, fist thing they did was mande me sing a paper if the dog need a emergency care was going to be 600 or 800 for it Then another charge the is my dog need it a cpr assistant will be an additional charge! I keep on asking about my dog and all the staff was doing was talking about money! I didn't get to see my dog after that. One of the nurse come out and told me my dog need it some shots that was going to 250 more I was like please make sure she don't get medicine that will affect more her heart she said oh this is for her to breathe better, I ask her can I see her she said no one can go in due to covid 19 so here I'm outside in the heat waiting to hear from the doctor, he finally call me after an hour to tell me exactly what the nurse told me I was like so you haven give her the medicine? Is she in the oxygen chamber he said yes, I ask how is her breathing he said we need to do some more study. So and hour lady I get a phone call telling me the treatment she need it so Is she stay there 6 hours was 1300 if she was there 12 hour was going to be 1800. I was so after this she will be breathing fine, the nurse said in my opinion she need to stay! So I ask them to give her medicine to clear her lungs! To get her stable to breath and I will talle her to her regular doctor on Monday so she told me ok she will be ready in a hour! So hour and half went by she call me telling me thay my dog wasn't responding to the medicine! So I was like oh so what is next ? She said well your dog is dying over the phone I was scare didn't know what to do! She keep asking for permission to do cpr another 200 dollars of course I said yes! And I ask her if my dog suffering she said she is dying I was omg what should I do? I ask her let me talk to the doctor she said he is helping your dog! So over the phone she asked me if I give them permission to put my dog to sleep! I was crying I told her to wait for me thay I didn't want my dog to die alone! My kids and I drove back there! When we got there they took their time to open the door for me, when I finally go inside the condition of emergency room is bad! My dog was on a dirty table. With dirty blankets in the same room with like 20 dogs she was with tube on her mouth and only the cpr was keeping her alive! My point here is the doctor and nurse if you are not a animal lover and you are doing this job for the money please look for another job! First you don't call the owner patient over the phone and said your dog is dying is another 200 for cpr. I feel that all they did was run my bill knowing the my dog wasn't going to make it, instead they made my dog suffer more by putting all kinds of medicine and pocket her and god know what else! Be honest wirh you and your patients tell the owner the true and make sure u find a better way to give bad news. For us our baby love mean a lot she was a part of our family now I'm here without my dog and I had to pay a bill that all they did was adding more charges to it, I hope I won't have to go back there with my other two dogs read more

Thank goodness for All Creatures when My little dog was bit by something venomous (we don't know what) she could have died. So happy we have this local 24 hour hospital available to us in SCV. Thank you All Creatures!! read more

I brought my dog here and they seemed nice, and told me that she did not require immediate attention but they wanted to do some x rays. I said okay, and they did not tell me how long it would be. After an hour and a half, they refused to give any kind of estimate on how much longer it would be and asked to sedate the dog. I said OK. They also told me that the dog could not wait with me because they were about to see her. Another hour and a half later still no dog, and they could have just left her with me like I asked, and called her when they were ready so she wouldn't get nervous in there. They should have also told me at some point that the wait was at least several hours. I waited 5 minutes to talk to someone and told them I wanted to check out and take my dog home so she could get checked in the morning. It took another half hour for them to give me my dog, and during that time they managed to do the x-rays and doctor visit that I waited 3 hours for so that they could charge me. I received no diagnosis from the doctor. I got my dog back stressed from being left alone in a cage after they told me that the dog could not wait with me, as if the vet can decide where my dog has to wait. read more

i use them for emergency when i am in town people are usually pretty helpful and i would give them a 5 star rating but last time my puppy needed treatment because she found an unknown pill on the floor in the hotel room , the vet called in sick with no backup and the guy that answered the phone wasn't helpful at all ... i had to seek help through the animal poison control center and by the time i was able to talk to them it was too late to pump her stomach since nearest ER vet was 35 miles away at almost midnight ... luckily my 13 week old puppy was ok and saw her vet back in az asap ... they have never failed me before so am willing to continue using them in emergency if i'm in town read more
