We had to go in for emergency care. We didn't know where to go. They were wonderful and took care of our dog and gave us hope he was going to survive his ordeal. They were absolutely the best and we couldn't have asked for quicker or better help. They called to let let us know the steps we needed and kept him calm. Due to Covid we were not able to go and assure our dog and be there with him but they quickly calmed him and got him sorted out. read more

This place is horrible!! Not sure why this place is called a 24 hour facility when they're unable to see your pet. I was turned away by them twice in one day. Initially when I called they told me that they were no longer taking appointments, and that I would be able to bring my cat in the following morning. I brought my cat in because he had a mass on his tail that I wanted them to assess. They told me that they were too busy to see him! Thank god I found another vet right away. They were happy to assess my cat. Unfortunately, later that night my dog wasn't feeling well and was really uncomfortable. I had no choice but to bring him back to this place because they're supposedly a "24 hour facility". However, without hesitation I was rejected again because they were too busy! What's the point of being a 24 hour facility if your pet can't be seen. read more

Can I just start by saying this is to me, the BEST vet in the Santa Clarita Valley!!! Why, because I have taken my Golden Retriever here twice within the 2 years I have had her and both times the staff and Drs. were so accommodating. They care so much about your pet and even give you a call the next day just to see how your pet is doing. Now the reason I am writing a review, is because my second visit here with my Golden (Lilly) was great! First off, there was no wait to bring her in at 9pm, we were taken straight into the treatment room, second, the nurse was so great to Lilly and answered any questions I had before the Dr. came in, third, Dr. Sandhu was so nice and caring to Lilly's needs and mine when it came to my pup. Basically, my pup was acting pretty weird for about a week, her stomach was so enlarged and hard when you tried to rub her belly and she was panting for a week straight. I took her in and Dr. Sandhu requested some blood test for her and X-Rays. Now, let me just say I was a bit paranoid because the price and at the time did not have insurance for her. The nurse came back with a price sheet on how much everything would be, I freaked out because it was way over my budget at the time...... Dr. Sandhu was very caring to my financial situation and caring to Lilly's needs making sure that everything was okay with her, so him and his staff let me do a small payment plan with them for the first two months to pay off the X-Rays and blood test. It was so kind of them and if I never to come back for whatever illness Lilly may have it will certainly be here!!!! Thanks guys for all your help - Lilly is doing great now! read more

Let me start by saying how nice the staff is. Nurses and receptionist are very sweet and helpful. However our 10am appointment turned into a 2 hour ridiculous wait. This is our second time waiting for more than 1.5 hours.My dog had an ear infection that needed antibiotics. This vet ordered a $202 blood text and another $100 in tests. This is a joke right? Needless to say we won't be coming back. Thanks for responding to resolve the matter. I truly believe that Vet was someone we are not familiar with and his bedside manner was sadly lacking. read more

Not sure what happened to this place. I used to highly recommend it because I never had a bad experience here and always felt they actually cared and wanted what was best for my dog not their bank account. Last 2 times I got bent over ugly here. $700 bill for upset tummy, it would have been more if I didn't decline other "non-sense" testing and over night observation for an "upset tummy" . Old review ....needed to be posted thou....went to this place during the pandemic for emergency with our little fur baby. Understandable people were on edge about Covid-19, however, staff at this facility along with its sister facilty(which also will be recieving a poor review) in woodland hills are extremely rude and uncaring. Coming from a healthcare background and working in intense situations can get overwhelming, yet, you need to remember that you are taking care of someone who is special to someone else. Empathy is a great key, and tool to learn. Put yourself into someone else's shoes and understand the emotional roller coaster they are on and listen.After much debate we were finally allowed to come and see our dog and walk him anytime and try and feed him...speaking of feeding...they allowed us to bring food for him and then lost the container it was brought in...under 24hrs.....next we called yesterday 4-23-21 with an emergency....our dog got bitten and crushed by another on a hike. They turned us down because their doctor wanted to leave at 6pm....how does a 24 hour emergency Veterinary clinic........ NOT HAVE 24 HR COVERAGE!!!! read more

My dog became ill and the only place open was All Creatures in Newhall. Do not go here!!!!! The only agenda they have is how much money they can extract from your wallet! I spent over $600 for my dog to be on IV fluids for 12 hours (they divide it up into 6 hrs sessions, then fail to call you about a treatment plan causing time to extend into a second costly session). I picked my dog up after waiting for 3 hours at the curb to knowing nothing more than when we got there about what was wrong. They did no blood work, you would think that that would be the first thing they do and the first $382 initial treatment deposit would have at the minimum covered the blood work! The only service they performed was to over sedate my dog for 12 damn hours stating he was anxious! And here is the kicker... They said he had infected teeth, so I asked for a prescription for some antibiotics, boy did I ask an expensive question...$211 later. I will never take any of my animals there! Oh yeah, they want to give every creature that walks in their door X-rays! That's another $307. If you love your animal Please don't take them here. read more

Vet Tech is one of the best Just took my Dog there for the second time, scratch that caused bleeding on his belly Caitlyn is great! when the Dr came in he wanted me to have them do SURGERY over $700.00 when I asked if they could do what they did the last time Caitlyn went to ask she came back and said he would not and that I should just take him back to my regular Vet. And if the bleeding starts again to put corn starch on it and they won't charge me another office visit I Asked to speak with him he wouldn't talk to me. The girl at the front desk never even looked up at me when I was checking out. After making the difficult decision to euthanize my beloved cat Sephora on 1-29-2012, two days later my family received a beautiful card from the staff at All Creatures Emergency Center with their condolences. It meant a great deal to us that they would take the time out to follow up with us in sorts. Regardless of whether it is always done and that's the norm (business as usual), I commend them for going the extra mile because it really does make a difference. I will gladly recommend them to my family and friends who cherish their pets as much as I do and god forbid if another emergency should arise with my other 4 legged family members, I wouldn't hesitate for one moment to bring them to All Creatures again. It takes very special people to have to deal with other folks who are concerned for their pets. Thankfully All Creatures has some great staff and doctors. Our dog Nova woke up one day not feeling well, thought maybe she had eaten something to make her sick. Upon arriving they laid out what the fees would be and took our girl back to be evaluated. Then the unimaginable happened and we got news that her red blood cells were down. Nova's quality of life would not be the same. Nova was 12 years old and our first child making the decision to euthanize was the hardest thing we've had to do. The staff kindly took her back and let me go pick up my kids and notify my husband. When we returned they set us up in a room and we were able to spend as much time as we needed to say goodbye. My kids learned a lot of valuable lessons that day and one of them was compassion. People and animals need compassion. Thank you All Creatures for show us and our angel Nova true caring and compassion. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! Our cautionary tale should be a warning to anyone thinking about taking their beloved furry members of their family here. We took our 8.5 year old pug Marley in because his belly was very full and he was whimpering in pain. After X-rays they informed us that it appeared there was a blockage from his stomach to intestine and he would need to stay overnight on IV to see if the doctors could get things moving. The next day they called to say that he had thrown up several times, and pooped but was not peeing. A second X-ray confirmed bladder stones, and one was blocking his urethra. Emergency surgery was needed to remove the stone. Life or death decision. We asked whether or not this surgery was futile and while the doctor could not confirm that Marley would not have any kidney issues post operation, she did say that she believed with surgery he would recover. After surgery at 8:00pm on a Friday, the doctor says Marley did excellent under anesthesia and was sleeping and snoring soundly. The bladder stones caused far more bruising to his bladder than they anticipated, but she said he would be coming home to us in 36-48 hours with a catheter. At 12:00pm on Saturday we had not received any update. At which point my husband called to check up on Marley. The doctor he spoke to was incredibly rude, and matter-of-factly told my husband Marley was not doing well and was lying in his cage barely breathing. He then spoke condescendingly to my husband as though we should have seen this coming. My husband asked that the doctor who performed the surgery call us back immediately so he could speak to someone who was involved from the beginning, who would not be so rude. In 11 minutes we got a call saying our dog was dead. We live 1.1 miles from the vet. From 8pm Friday to 12 noon Saturday, not one person called us to say our dog was dying. Not one doctor gave us the opportunity to come and say goodbye to our dog until it was too late. We went from thinking we were bringing him home, to saying goodbye to his lifeless body on the vets table. And not one person called us to tell us this was happening. If they checked on him and saw he was doing badly and did not think to call us, shame on them. If they just didn't check on him, shame on them. Either way, they are completely at fault for their negligence and miscommunication. And after all that they offer us NOTHING but a $3,105 bill. If you love your animals, keep them far far away from this place. read more

Omg my dog is 13 years old and has had to be Sedated to remove a fox tail from inside her ear canal before I was sent over to all creatures as my other vet said they didn't have appointments today I dropped her off in the morning with distinctive instructions that you're going to have to sedate her because it hurts when you touch her left ear From dropping her off in the morning I don't hear anything until 520 pm the vet that calls me is quite hysterical and is extremely Spanish with a thick accent and it's very difficult to understand as she doesn't really speak English she's telling me Bonnie not sit still I can't look in her ears I said I know I told you on checking her in she will have to be sedated as it's very painful for her then they tell me it's going to be $560 I called my regular vet and booked her in for the next day early 8 am appointment and it's $240 including sedation half the price ! I called back all creatures and I expressed that my husband was coming to pick her up immediately and not to touch my dog or do anything to my dog as he's on his way to collect her ! The receptionist starts raising her voice at me and says well I didn't check your dog in so it wasn't me who was told by you regarding sedation and then she hung up on me and I had to call her back and ask did you just hang up on me! STAY AWAY THIS VET DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO BE A VET my dog has been poked and prodded around for no reason! read more

I have been coming here for over a year. It started off as great service, they are available 24 hours and take walk-ins. However, they definitely push more services then you need and go right for the costly ones. I have had pets my whole life, been to many different vets. All of them follow the same procedures. I was surprised when we came in to have our elderly dog looked at for what we thought was an ear infection. The vet was rude and condescending. Instead of saying let's do a round of antibiotics to get this obviously infected ear under control he went right for let's sedate him and do an ear cleaning. Telling us he could have foxtails in there. When we said he had not been in contact with foxtails he bet looked at us and said "oh really? Foxtails are everywhere". Then when I asked if there was a less invasive way to look in his ear he asked "why? do you have a problem with sedation?" I felt pushed into doing that type of procedure on my elderly dog. When we went to pick up after the cleaning the vet tech let us know that his ears weren't even that dirty. The more dirty ear was actually the one that didn't even have an infection. We even sprung for the pointless lab work to determine the correct type of anabiotic for them to apply to his inner ear during the cleaning. They said we need to come back in five days for a recheck. Before we left I asked if there was any medication that we needed to take home and they said no that what they put in side should be enough. However here I am five days later for a recheck lo and behold his infection is still there they want me to have an anabiotic injection a swelling reduction injection take home anabiotic's and charge me for a $40 exam fee. What I asked them was why none of these things were done the first time we came in. Any other vet I have ever been to for an ear infection and an animal Has put them in on about anabiotic's and let me know to return if the condition did not improve. I trusted this vet instead of my own experiences with my own animals and all they did was stein me along for more and more money. I am sad to say I will not be returning to see All creatures veterinary care anymore. read more

Our appointment was at 6:45, and we did not get seen until 7:15 PM. They also made us wait in the room for, medicine for our cat, and never came to do it. When I went out to ask, they suddenly said we are supposed to do it at home. What was the point in waiting in the room? Dr. Maloney is great! He saved me from a $2,000+ surgery that one of the other vets at All Creatures recommended after waiting for almost 3 hours to see a vet. The first vet, who I was not impressed with AT ALL, told me my cat needed immediate surgery to repair damage done to her lung after a dog attack. This "immediate surgery" was recommended after waiting 3 hours to see the vet. We left my cat there at about 4pm and went home. I got a call about 7pm from Dr. Maloney (God bless him!) who said he didn't feel my cat needed surgery since she was stable and had been for hours. Not sure what happened to the "immediate surgery" she was supposed to have, but thank God it didn't happen. I was able to take my cat home the next morning with pain meds after paying $600. Much better than $2,000. I don't recommend any of the other vets there, but I would definitely recommend Dr. Maloney. read more

Jeff and Veronica at All Creatures were amazing to my baby Lola, she had tooth fall out because shes very old and I took her to All Creatures to make sure it was not infected. Veronica took me the day of. All other vet offices I called turned me away for an appointment and said I could walk-in with no guarantee with being seen. All creatures did an amazing job of fitting me in and taking care of my baby! They were so sweet to my Lola and gave me a free syringe to clean out her wound, they were also quick and convent, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you All Creatures! read more

I brought my dog here because my regular vet was closed. She was there twice within 24 hours, and I spent hundreds of dollars for them to say they don't see anything so they don't know what wrong but just give her these drinks and see if that helps. There was clearly something wrong with my dog. The first visit her jaw was spasmodic. Well they couldn't get a good look in her mouth so they just said it might be turrets but they don't really know. I took her home and the next morning half of her face was swollen. So I brought her back. It's an hour before they can bring her in, and 4 more hours before they even look at her because they had a lot of "emergencies"... well I think my dogs face being swollen is more of an emergency than Karen's dog eating half of a chocolate donut (fake chocolate doesn't hurt dogs, only pure chocolate does). When the vet finally called me she told me after sedating my dog, she looked but didn't see anything so she'll just give us some antibiotics and pain killers and if her face gets swollen again just "bring her in much sooner"..... I BROUGHT HER IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BUT YOU MADE HER SIT THERE FOR 5 HOURS.... so needles to say, I'm not returning to this vet. My dog clearly was not important to them. read more

DONT GO HERE this is by far the worst place ever and becuse when I went here to take my dog to see what is wrong we'll all they did was nothing he had something in his paw but they don't even bother to check I spent over 500 DOLLARS and it was a waste I left my dog in the vet and waited and WAITED but nothing I got there at 9:00pm and they were done at 12:00 am can you believe it? We had to take our 5 year old kitty, Hansel, on Monday morning when he was showing signs of urinary distress (straining to pee, going outside of the litter box, and blood in his urine). The entire staff at All Creatures was amazing as always. We called ahead so as soon as we got there they took Hansel to the back so he could get on IVs & have his exam immediately instead of having to wait for an available room. All of the techs & the receptionist were so kind and attentive. Dr. Hall did a great job at going over Hansel's symptoms & possible diagnoses with us in terms that were easy to understand. He had to stay overnight so one of the techs brought him out for us to spend some time with him first. They were all just as sweet when we picked him up the next morning, and the cost of everything was so reasonable! All Creatures is still our favorite animal hospital! read more

All Creatures Veterinary Center in Newhall was fabulous with my two feral kitties who got spayed. I was so impressed with the speedy recovery of my two feral kitties. I first had the mamma cat spayed and then her daughter. I had to have antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, and pain medicine given to both cats as a shot because they are both feral cats. Both girls got all their vaccines m, including the rabies. Finally both girls got tested for FIV and FELV. The Mamma cat was pregnant, so I saw that her body took a little longer to recover. I was so impressed with this place's thoroughness, professionalism, and quality of care. Amazing!! I did not see either cats lick themselves in their surgical areas... not one time. Neither cats could wear a collar after surgery, so it was very important that they did not scratch. And they did not scratch. I am very grateful for all that this place did for my cats. read more

You should probably make sure that you have enough staff on your shift so that you are capable of handling multiple EMERGENCIES, considering you are an emergency vet and all. I sure am glad that my dog's injury wasn't life threatening because we just loved being referred to your office and having to drive the 45 minutes there, only to be told that we need to go another animal hospital ANOTHER 45 minutes away. I feel bad doing this but then again they never recorded my info, let me explain. So I took my mixed terrier dog to get spayed. They did an excellent job and took care of her very well, and for that I'm very thankful. But I called to get a certificate and so they asked for my info and pets info. And the girl said I'm sorry we don't have any information any other number I said no. She put me in hold and she was looking for more information but nothing. I was told that a veterinary can see her and verify if she really was spayed or not, if that's the case why wouldn't they offer me at least that?! That's why I'm giving them a low rate because I was so upset that after filling paperwork they didn't have any kind of information about me or my dog. read more

NO COMPASSION, JUST GIVE ME THE MONEY... On July 4th at 2am in the morning, my daughter's dog Peaches needed to go to the bathroom (Stevenson's Ranch Area) so she let her out for about 7 minutes and realizing that she was taking too long they went outside looking for Peaches and did not find her. Thinking she was back in the house when they opened the door and Peaches came in right behind them crawling and crying living hell. They noticed that she was muddy they turned on the lights and realized she was covered in blood. She was attacked by a coyote, they did not see it but their neighbors did. So they called information for the nearest 24 hour vet in Santa Clarita Valley. The nearest vet was "ALL CREATURES EMERGENCY CENTER" on Lyons Ave, BAD CHOICE. They took their dog in and were asked to go out the room. After 35 minutes of waiting, the doctor had not done anything to their dog, she was still wrapped with the same towel with blood all over and in a lot of pain, is like they never even examine her. The Doctor with his assistant give them a quote for almost $2,800.00 to start working on Peaches.They decided not to continue with any medical help from that doctor and wanted to leave, they saw the "HUNGER FOR MONEY" written all over doctors face ready to take advantage of the circumstances, like a coyote. The doctor told them if they wanted to leave they would still need to pay for the doctor's visit (they knew that) which was $85 dollars for the visit PLUS $39.50 for a pain injection Plus $15.75 for three (3) pain pills with a total of $140.25. This people wanted the money before they did anything to Peaches. So, my son-in law asked Dr. Sidhu, what did you do so far to the dog because after waiting 35 minutes and being still all bloody and wrapped in the same towel they brought her in. Doctor couldn't give them an answer and was very difficult to understand what he was trying to say with a very heavy accent. They asked again what did he do for Peaches? Basically and straight forward, nothing, NO MONEY NO SERVICE, they did nothing, the dog does not matter in this place.. They ended leaving and paying their office visitation of $140.25 just for nothing. WOULD they GO BACK?? Not in a million years. Today my daughter took Peaches to TAGS on Soledad, Dr. Donahue examine her at no charge, provided pain pills and antibiotics and all it cost was $20.00 for the medicine. Compared to $2,800 " RIP OFF "All Creatures Emergency Center" on Lyons . Peaches still in pain but eating and walking slowly and with an excellent prognosis. I'd like to give minimum three minus stars to this place and to the vet as well. On 3/15/12 my dog started to vomit and shaked badly, was in a very bad shape. I live five minutes form this place, so I went there.. The vet was very concentrated on pushing everything to sell. I told him I need only the x-ray and meds. He certaInly became very upset to hear this, evev run out of the room. When they asked me to pay I gave them my husband's card. He was on his way back from Europe, on an air plain . So they declined the service. The same morning I went to another vet and had no problem at all. I can't tell anything about other doctors who work there but this one was angry , not compassioned , cash hungry, pushy. Interesting but there is vet place very close, I usually go there , where I was adviced never ever go to this place and recomended another one. This is quite surprising because both doctors are from the same country. Please don't go there ever if you can choose and you love your animal. I got sick after the whole experience. read more

The staff is absolutely AMAZING here! I must say that while I was in the waiting room I read some of the yelp reviews and had to call my friend to make sure I was at the right place. I'm not sure if they have new staff because none of these reviews described anyone that helped us. Our experience here was quite the opposite of most of the reviews of this place. First off, my dog is truly the love of my life. I never thought having a four legged little creature would change my life so much for the better. So when he sniffed up a foxtail right in front of me while on our walk I just about panicked! The harder I tried to get it out the further it went in. I quickly googled what to do and all resources pointed to seeing a vet ASAP. Of course it was in the evening strike #1. Having just lost my job strike #2, I was dreading the cost of something so ridiculous as a foxtail extraction. So off we went with our Boston Terrier Herby to All Creatures. Right away the girl that checked us in (which I feel very bad for not remembering her name (she was pretty with a kind smile and curly hair)) was very sweet and led us to our room. The vet tech Alexis then came in to check Herby's vitals and take note of what had happened. And she too was very sweet and kind. Shortly after Dr. Cull came in to take a look. We were hoping that it'd be a quick fix but unfortunately she informed us that she'd have to sedate him to remove it and warned us of the dangers if we didn't do this immediately. We must have asked her to give us a minute over three times to really think it over. This was money we didn't have and Herby had never been sedated before. I asked about a hundred questions to Dr. Cull and the two ladies working and every question they patiently answered. Never losing patience with us and never showing not one sign of annoyance. It wasn't the extraction I was so worried about but the fact that Herby's of the brachycephalic breed which means he already has a tuff time breathing so being under is that much more stressful on them and some bulldogs don't make it through anesthesia. So finally we decided that it needed to be done before it got any worse. And as ridiculous as it sounds I started to cry. I was leaving my little bundle of joy in the arms of people I had met only 30 minutes prior. Would they care for him as I would? Would they give him too much anesthesia? All these things raced through my mind. I hugged and kissed him and they said he'd be done in about 2 to 3 hours. That means he'd be ready around midnight, ugh! The nice girl with the curly hair reassured me and off he went. 45 minutes later Dr. Cull (herself) called me and said Herby was all done. When I sat down to speak with her she gave us a vial with the stupid foxtail and told us everything went well and that just to be safe she checked the other nostril and both his ears. Dr. Cull went above and beyond what she needed to do and so did the other two ladies in being so kind, patient and helpful. When it was all said and done it was reasonably priced and there was no late night fee. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU to the 3 ladies that helped us that night and we HIGHLY recommend this place if you love your pet as much as we do! read more

In a time where money is hard to come by- this place does NOT care. DO NOT GO HERE. If you have an Emergency, and you can find another place within 5 miles, go there. We brought our dog to this place in an EMERGENCY. My wife brought my credit card with ID and they REFUSED service. I can understand being careful, especially, these days, but my dog needed help and they REFUSED. We have 16 month twin boys at home, sleeping, at 9pm. They wanted us to find a babysitter at 9pm, so I could get in my car and drive out to sign my card. I am SO angry right now. DON'T let this happen to you... Take care of my dog! read more

Do NOT go to this hospital. It is poorly run and the vets absolutely do NOT care an ounce about our animals. My experience: One of my senior dogs had a history of pneumonia and started showing signs of decline around 4pm. I called my regular vet,as I knew they were not going to be opened passed 5pm, and he advised to just keep an eye on her and felt that we did not need to bring her in right away. Later that night she got worse and we took her to All Creatures Emergency Center around 11pm. I advised the receptionist that she was having a VERY hard time breathing (obvious just by looking at her) and she had a fever (104 degree temperature). She acknowledged our presence and we waited in the lobby for an hour, then we were finally moved into an exam room. I used to be a vet tech and had a hunch that her pneumonia may have come back. A vet tech came in and took her temperature again and it had gone up to 106 degrees. At this point, the vets should have run in and treated this as a very urgent matter. Instead, the vet came in 20 minutes later (not sure of the name as I was more concerned about my dog, but he was Indian). The vet barely examined my dog. He only wanted to do a bunch of diagnostic tests first before anything. I asked that he stabilize her first and put her on fluids or DO SOMETHING. He only wanted to take her in the back to have diagnostic test done, which I wanted her stabilized first and wanted to at least go back there to insure she was not just sitting around and put on the back burner. He was very short, rude, not compassionate, and not knowledgeable. I felt like I was making all the suggestions and he only wanted to do the diagnostic test to get $$ and did not give any sense of direction. When I asked questions about the medications she was on, he had a blank look on his face. In the end the vet said he had another emergency to deal with and so we asked to have a bag of fluids to take home so we can start it immediately. We waited for the fluids for another 30 minutes. At this point, I was rushing them because my dog was an emergency situation! The receptionist was not doing anything and sitting on her chair when we went out to the lobby. This was so upsetting because not only was my dog dying, they obviously didn't care enough to speed up the process. They were very inefficient and even the receptionist should have been scrambling if they supposedly had another emergency to tend to. I ended up taking my dog to Valencia Veterinary Center and her temperature went up to 107 degrees. The tech/ receptionist, Shaun, IMMEDIATELY took her back to the vet. My dog was immediately put on IV fluids and an oxygen mask. The veterinarian allowed me to stay with my dog the whole time. I think because they saw how upset I was and how critical my dog was, they gave me a blanket and pillow so I could stay with my dog (by this point it was 5am). The vet (I didn't catch her name either, but she was female and is only there Mon-Wed nights) at Valencia Veterinary Center was knowledgeable and understood what I was going through. I believe that if I would have taken my dog straight to Valencia Veterinary Center, my dog could still be with me today. With that being said, All Creatures Emergency Center is the worst hospital I have ever seen and been to. If you love your pet, please do not go to All Creatures Emergency Center. read more

I am writing to express the absolutely horrible customer service provided to me. They were rude, treated me like a criminal, and I felt like I was talking to a "bookey" off the streets. I called to try and explain my situation and they repeatedly cut me off and threatened to send me to collections. I want nothing to do with that company. I have never had a check declined and the only reason it did not go through was because of their systems. I had to take my dog to another vet. That vet had absolutely no problems accepting my check. She continuously accused me of writing a bad check. I had to pay 2 vet visits because of that. She then even tried to charge me for the X-rays that were never performed. They like to take advantage of people in a vulnerable time. Do not go to All Creatures if there is another option. read more
