Came here at the recommendation of my wife. Overall it was a great experience, better than any previous dental place I've been to. The two times I have been here, my wait time was less than a few minutes (I filled out the patient form the night before online to speed up the process). The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Pham herself is a caring and skilled dentist - going beyond what's required to take care of you as the patient. It's too bad I will be moving in a month and have to find a new dentist when I move, because this place has been great! Dr. Pham even offered to help me find a new dentist to where I am moving! Like many of you, I hated going to the dentist. But after finding all day smile I can now officially say that I have no problems going to the dentist. Dr. Pham is so gentle and precise. She not only worries about your comfort by giving you a massage, she even puts on Chapstick after she is done!! I've had the pleasure of not only working with the dentistry side but also the orthodontist staff as well. Both Dr. Pham and Dr. Lee are phenomenal. They are hands down thee best! Found this place on yelp so I gave it a try since my last dentist didn't open on weekends. I'm pretty good about my teeth but it was time to see what's really out there. I made an appointment for a sat and they put me in their schedule right away. Everything seems to be a breeze with no complications. I came in and was greeted by the reception who was very friendly. After that, I got my X-ray taken by mayra who was very gentle with the digital X-ray. Everything is nice and updated with new technology. I finally got to meet Dr.Pham and she was very nice and honest about what I needed to get done. I had my cleaning with their hygienist and she was super Gentle!! Made my visit so much easier. Before I left, they went over what I needed to get done ( I had 2 cavities) and showed me what my benefits are with my insurance. They didn't try to up sale me on anything or pushed me to do work right away. I love that about them! Overall, everything about this office is exactly what previous yelpers wrote. Hands down the best dental office I have ever been too! The ENTIRE staff is so nice and professional!!! I must confess, that I have a major phobia for the dentist, Dr. Pham made me feel so relaxed that I almost fell asleep in the chair (and that was while have 3 filling put in!) The staff is professional, yet very friendly and easy to talk to. Easily the best customer service I have ever received. Erika will explain insurance information, billing, and procedures in the most simple and patient manner. Any issues that arise are treated in the calmest and most logical manner. For cleanings I would recommend Huong, I have very sensitive teeth and this hygienist always does a thorough yet gentle job. Dr, Pham is highly skilled, with a prestigious education and extensive experience but at the same time has the most approachable and humble manner. All procedures from simple to complex multi-visit projects, are completed in the most gentle manner possible. All the work I have had done ( and it's a lot) like cavity filings and crown procedures by this doctor has stood the test of time. My teeth feel comfortable and I have never had any bad side effects from any procedure here. Me and my husband have been coming here for four years and do not intend going anywhere else. This is the cleanest and most organized dental office I've ever been to. We drive all the way from Newport Beach to come here and it's worth it every time. read more

However those annoying wisdom teeth were starting to become extremely bothersome and I decided it was time to finally pay the dentist a visit. I was always afraid of the dentist growing up. So when we moved to Anaheim a few years back, it took me this long to find a dentist that had really good reviews. Thanks to everyone here on Yelp, I found Dr Pham and All Day Smile and decided to give it a try. My experience was sooo amazing. Dr Pham is so sweet and gentle and always making sure you're doing ok. I'm a huge wimp and it really takes a lot to numb me (about 4 or 5 times on my right side to be exact) but Dr Pham was so patient whenever I told her anything hurt. I kept apologizing but she assured me that her main concern is that I'm comfortable enough to the point where I could take a nap if I wanted to ;) I've been back a few times since then and everyone here is so sweet and friendly. I just return from All Day Smile Dentist, although I still can NOT smile because I just had my Left Lower Molar Tooth taken/pulled out, but inside my heart I am SMILING :) The last time I had my tooth taken/pulled out was 30 years ago back in my country, and I remember the injection of Anesthesia hurt,... but today Dr. Pham did a very amazing job ! It did NOT hurt at all, from the first injection to the third injection. She did several injection to make sure I won't feel any pain during the extraction process. Plus during the extraction process she was very gentle, patience and took her time, I don't even know that my tooth were pulled until she said it is over ! I also asked her a lot of questions and she answer all of them in details and complete. Next week, I am going to come back for Deep Cleaning, and I am looking forward for this next step. All the staff there are very nice too, from Erika the front desk, to Chris and to one more female staff that assist Dr. Pham during the extraction (that I forget to ask her name). so I also want to say Thank You to the entire Staff of All Day Smile :) Thank You Dr. Pham, from now on, if my family ever need dental treatment, I would surely came to your office :) read more

They really truly care about you here. Me and my wife come here twice a month for my braces and they always take great care of me! Experience is subject to opinion. This is my opinion for my first visit here along with my interaction with the dentist (Dr. Pham), Kris, and a few more people that I don't want to try to butcher their names. I was impressed by the fact that they have an online entry form to speed up the process of my first visit. To elaborate, I filled out my personal information online, and everything was ready for me the moment I stepped through the door. I gave the front desk my ID and insurance (to identify myself) and was getting my x-ray within the first 3 minutes. Right after the x-ray, I met the dentist and was on my way to getting my issues addressed. The facility is cutting edge and Dr. Pham is highly skilled. There were times when I cringed because I thought she was going to stab my gum with some of her sharp tools. She never did, and I walked away from my visit without any unintended bleeding. She is very good. I'm also happy that she gave me many options for treatment, free consultation, and recommendations. I won't be taking many of them, but I appreciate her extra effort. The office and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They're both very clean too, but this is just my opinion. If there is anything that I have to critique about this place, it is the location of the facility. From the outside, it is ordinary and similar to other dental offices in the area. Nevertheless, the inside looks and feels expensive. I have PPO insurance so I can go anywhere and do anything. However, I wonder if people with limited dental care insurance can even get the kind of benefits that I got here. Overall, this place is amazing and is a hidden gem located in a very old strip of town. My family (mom, dad, siblings, cousins, aunts, uncle, and grandma) will be going here from now on. My only wish is that they can find ways, in the future, to accommodate lower tiers of dental insurance. Great office, beautiful staff, and highly skilled dentist. P.s. I got my crown done with them - right after a root canal procedure at another clinic. My jaw was so numb and tired from the root canal but Dr. Pham and her staff made sure I was comfortable. She even gave me a relaxing jaw massage. That really helped alleviate the jaw pain. Also, she kept asking if I was alright. She has excellent "bedside" manners! She then called the day after to check on me and left me a VM. I also love the fact that she's very thorough. Dr. Pham, Huong, and the rest of the staff (Erika, Kris, Ofelia, Asia, etc) are very professional but friendly, conscientious (without fail, they call you the day before your appointment) and fair with pricing. I use to hate going to the dentist. I've always had bad experiences and was traumatized to see a dentist ever since I was young due to the pain from the treatment I've received and during my young adult life when I'd visit the dentist and rack up bills upon bills due to the treatment some of these dentists had told me I needed to get. My previous history or should I say bad luck with the dentist before I found All Day Smile I've had 2 major root canals done on the same tooth by the same office. My First root canal was done 2004 I believe, 4 years later my crown broke from chewing on a brown rice. The first, root canal cost about $4-6k I didn't have the best insurance at the time. So I went back to the same office, unfortunately the dentist was no longer practicing there and a different dentist performed the root canal the second time. Imagine the second time around my visit cost another $4-6k, after this I told myself I'd take care of my teeth and hopefully will not get billed for this much next time. So second root canal, it lasted about 4-5 years until I ran into another problem. Sometime around 2013, my left gum, close to where the root canal, started to form a bubble at this time I was done going to that same office. So I decided to go to this other dental office my roommate referred me to, first I asked if they were in my MPN they said yes. They did my cleaning at that time and asked if I wanted to do this laser procedure that's the top of the line that would clean my teeth, they told me it wouldn't cost a lot, and my gullible self who thought ok since it's not a bad price let's go ahead and do it. So the cleaning treatment was done, then they finally looked at the bubble they said I might need to get another root canal done, from there I was like FML not again, that dentist then said he cannot save the teeth and will have to extract it then place a bridge he quotes me close to 8k!!! I was like let's just finish the cleaning and I will have to look around. Btw 2 wks later my insurance send me my EOB and said this provider was not in the MPN and had to pay most of the cleaning done, and this provider said they were from the time I walked in their office. I got billed closed to $1500 but fought them and explained to them they told me they were in the MPN so they agreed to reduced my bill to half, I'm so mad that I still have to pay that much. I'm really traumatized to see any dentist from this point but I had to get my gums check due to that bubble forming. I was really mad at this point, and pretty much lost all hope with all dental office, then I told myself why don't I Yelp? I was never a yelper, this was the first time I've ever used Yelp lol. So I found All Day Smile, saw their reviews and comments from people and that Dr. Pham and her team are nice and basically will quote you and give you a decent amount and will never trick you from doing other treatment you don't necessarily need. I came to Dr. Pham's office with caution, from the moment I walked in I was greeted nicely by Erika and had told me they are indeed in my network. Then I met Dr. Pham who probably is the nicest dentist I've ever met, she checked my gums and the bubble and told me the cause of the bubble is coming from my root canal, and I definitely need another root canal done but she also said there's a small chance she can save the tooth but be also prepared that I might not be able to save it. They quoted me less than the previous dentist, I even had to ask "are you sure this is right amount?" and she said "yes." So they scheduled me with her Ortho. Finally, a 3rd root canal was done, and on that day the Ortho said the cause of the bubble was that the other dentist failed to thoroughly administer treatment on the root canal and basically germs were going in to the teeth and throughout that 4-5 years it accumulated a lot of bacteria. Luckily, I was able to save the teeth for a lower cost! I was happy from the treatment I have received from Dr. Pham's office. From there, I started going to all day smile and getting my 6 months check up and cleaning routine, and I am so happy I found this office. I'm grateful for Dr. Pham for saving my tooth and she really changed my perspective about not all dentist are bad. And to top it off her team is amazing. They are group of individuals who really care for their patients. I love coming to her office and just interacting with all of them. Sorry for the rant, but I had to tell my side of the story. Hope this review will be helpful for someone, like it once helped me. I used Yelp for the first time searching for a dentist, I did my 1st check in at All day smile, and now I'm doing my first review for Yelp with All day smile lol I sound crazy but I'm just really happy and feel confident that my teeth will stay healthy and get the proper treatment it needs, thanks to Dr. Pham and her amazing team! :) read more
