Received a window for the next day between 9-12. Tech arrived at 12:15. He diagnosed the problems and told me he would have to get back to me with an estimate as he needed to find the exact cost of the parts and that I would have the estimate by 5:00pm that day. No estimate came. Called the office at 9:00 and was told they would have the tech contact me right away. When noon rolled around and no response I called the office again. This time no one answered so I left a message. They obviously received it as shortly thereafter I got a text with some excuses but telling me it was being prepared and he would send it ASAP. Again, received nothing. I effectively wasted an entire day waiting for an estimate that never came. Now I have to start all over again with a different company. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Totally useless.
