They do a very complete job leaving things like the problem never happened. My walls and ceilings were replaced (new drywall) and painted perfectly. When they couldn't repeat the paint that was there, they painted the entire room a new color and did a perfect job. The first time i used them they have to move a cabinet with a lot of delicate items in it. The emptied the cabinet, moved it, repaired the wall, put it back and put back all the items just like they were before. When I came home later, it looked like they magically repaired the wall without moving the cabinet. For the most recent work done, they also cleaned my carpet in two rooms and replaced the padding in one. They were a little sloppy. When I moved the bed later, the carpet was clearly not cleaned. That would be my only complaint. Overall, excellent work and I would recommend them to anyone, anytime.

Rather than calling our Home Warranty company and potentially waiting days for a plumber, we gave Loyall a call. We had used them once before through the warranty company and they had done good work. Amy answers the phones and is pleasant and helpful! She scheduled the appt and even gave us a call when the plumber was available to come earlier than originally planned. Great communication! Loyall, the owner/plumber arrived right on time with a mask on. I appreciated that during these times of COVID. He has a great demeanor, communicates well and clearly knows his craft. Now, towards honesty and integrity.. he asked if we still had a home warranty, which we do. It's not with one he is contracted with, but he said "you know, they would cover both of the repairs you're requesting". How kind! He was willing to give up a job to help a customer save money. I wanted it done right away, though and had him proceed. Ultimately, we only paid $20 more than we would have paid to the Home Warranty company! Our faucet apparently only had a loose insert. He tightened and tested it to make sure. He could have sold us a new cartridge or faucet, but that's not his style. They charged a $60 house call fee for an estimate but applied that to the work. They didn't charge by hour, but by the job. I got all the work done in under 2 hours and was charged under $350 for everything. I was pleased. No more leaks. Frank cleaned up and took pictures of his finished work. He had me check to my satisfaction as well. Customer service also was excellent. I received a call in the morning on our agreed upon appointment window when Frank was dispatched as well as an estimated time of arrival. I had called other plumbing companies who either didn't return my call, or were a no-show at our appointment time without any explanation.
