I had such a great experience with Joseph! He repaired my Canon PowerShot G7 X Mark II within a few hours!! He was very upfront about the cost from the beginning, which gave me the option to decide if I wanted to move forward. This was a complicated repair. There was even sticky residue inside the camera. He took the entire camera apart, cleaned it out, replaced internal cables and screws, and got everything working perfectly again. He also fixed my lens, which wouldn't close all the way before. He is honestly the master at this specific camera. He was very communicative throughout the process and even included a new battery just in case. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and his customers. (He scolded me about having liquid near the camera LOL) He honestly saved me from having to buy a new one. I highly recommend Joseph!! :D

Joe was amazing. I brought Mac in as a last hope to recover some important files from my doctoral thesis which I thought were lost forever. My iPhone 17 Pro Max had a cracked screen, which was caused by a drop to the bottom right corner in a parking lot. Best Buy Geek Squad was unable to fix it unless I replaced both the screen and the body of the phone (there was a dent to the right corner body) which would cost around $700. I found All Electronics Repair on Yelp and Joseph was able to replace my screen as well as fix the dent on my body without replacing the body of the phone. Joseph is a knowledgeable, hard working man, who is true to his word. I highly recommend Joseph for all your iPhone needs.

To start I did not use this company because he only works on iphones which is not what I have. With that said, the person helping me was very nice and provided lots of information that was useful regarding what to look for and how the repair will take place. Not sure about the pricing since I didnt inquire about it however based on my conversation, he was very knowledgeable. Was a good experience and a rare one since I called other places but he was the only one to give me information on the differences between install, parts, anand functionality which I appreciated. Lousy customer service. I called because I was having problems with my Nikon J1 10-30 lens that was recalled several years ago. I tried to explain this to the guy on the phone, number one he kept talking over me and then tells me for me to listen to him when he's the one interrupting me the customer then he proceeds to tell me he does not work on Nikon cameras and doesn't know anything about Nikon cameras and then very rudely tells me it's not worth fixing. If you want to be entertained by a rude guy with terrible customer service than I highly recommend this company they won't listen to your needs and they will tell you that your electronic possessions are not worth fixing. They deserve this one star that I've given them completely. Lousy customer service communication. read more

I put the wrong lens cap on the back of a Nikon zoom lens after taking pictures of my niece playing volleyball and it became stuck. Reached out to a couple of places but did not hear back, then I came across "All Electronics Repair" close by. I live in Rancho. Joseph answered the phone (how often does that happen anymore?) and said to come down, no promises. He was familiar with my Nikon 70-300 lens and said a tech could look at it. He suggested I hang out close by if I had time. I went to get a couple of tacos and while I was eating, received a text message that they had successfully taken off the cap. Got home and put the lens on the camera and it worked just as it had before. Very grateful to Joseph for saving my lens and the quick service. Definitely know who to call or recommend for any future electronic repairs. He saved me from having to buy a new Nikon zoom lens! That would have been an interesting discussion with my wife. read more

I brought in my canon power shot due to the lens not opening and the camera itself wouldn't turn on. Joseph helped me out extremely quickly by figuring out what was wrong in 3 days! He explained to be the issue but even better came up with the best solution. He did not care about ripping me off but instead was extremely kind, honest, and fair with prices. I ended up with the same camera I had come in with but even better because he swapped it out for another one in perfect condition and a wider screen. This was because the piece that my original camera needed replaced would've cost me much more money. My IPhone 13 was having some very annoying issues charging due to a problem inside the charging port on my phone. Within 30 minutes Joseph was able to not only correct the charging issue, but also went above and beyond by deep cleaning the inside of the charging port AND the speakers on my phone without me having to ask him to do that. The customer service he provided was 10/10 and the work he did was also 10/10. You will not find a better place to get your electronics fixed! read more

I called Joe to help me fix my iPhone 14 Pro screen as the other shop I tried was going to be $400. He said he could do it for $200 which he did but failed to mention the quality of the screen. The screen was obviously third party with brightness issues and glitches. However, I had to take it back in within the week as the screen started completely not functioning. He asked if I dropped it and did believe when I said I didn't and gave me another one. However, this screen also stopped working with a couple days. I ended up taking the phone to apple who did it for only $100 more and it was a genuine screen. When I was unable to give him the screen back he ghosted me and did not return any of my money at all. I appreciate him attempting to give me a new screen but at the end of the day I paid $200 for nothing. read more

My husband found this place on google for me because I took my canon g7x to the beach and got sand stuck inside the lenses mechanism and it was giving me a lenses error. I walked in without calling ahead and Joseph was straight forward with me and super helpful. He explained to me the process and I was on my way. Called and spoke with Joe, told me to come in and I was honestly a little worried about having to drop off my camara. My sony a6600 wasn't recording right it was like choppy video, and he worked on it billed me $89 and fixed it. I't amazing what he did for the price. The honesty of just telling me it was a software glitch and fixing it on the spot was awesome. He will be my camara guy maintenance shop moving forward. Highly would recommend him. read more

Let me start off by saying last year I bought my wife a Nikon 1 J1 digital camera for Christmas! Being that Christmas was 3 days AFTER our wedding day (December 22,2012) she absolutely loved it and together, through the lens of that camera we have captured and shared some of the greatest memorable moments of our first year of marriage together! Well, what would you know that this year, 2 days before Christmas I accidentally drop my wife's camera as we are preparing for Christmas pictures with family!! HOW DRASTIC!? Well, after the impact, my camera wouldn't start at all, it was completely unresponsive. I called Nikon and told them what happened. They told me I had missed the warranty by 2 days, just to open the camera was $175 and if it needed a new circuit board I'd be looking at additional $389!!! BONKERS RIGHT!? Might as well go and buy a BRAND NEW Nikon for that!? Unfortunately, I didn't have that kind of money to spend on such short notice, so I started researching alternative options. It seemed like the only places that could fix cameras were all in LA which is over an hour away, and their prices were a little cheaper, but by the time you add gas expenses it would've almost been the same. Well, I came across All Electronic Repairs in Upland, just 3 minutes from my location! I called and spoke to Joe, who was friendly. I was straight and to the point and did NOT deny dropping the camera. He was honest and told me what the possible cost could be, but he would need to see it to give me a diagnostic. NO PROBLEM JOE! So I went to his store, he examined it, told me I had shorted out my circuit board and it was possible to be fixed... I say "fixed? how much will it cost me?" He went through great lengths to assure me that his technician would open the camera, examine it himself, and fix the ACTUAL circuit board that got fried...INSTEAD of buying a brand new one that would cost me $389! I left the camera with him, and came back 2 days later. The camera works like brand new! Joe and his staff were very friendly and more than anything... he knew the sentimental value this camera had and how badly I needed it, and only charged me $210 for the labor! WHAT A DEAL AND PAL!? So I am writing this review to let you all know that Joe and his company are the BEST! He will take care of you and your electronics! I'll be going back to him...as soon as I break something else! I feel so beyond lucky to find this business. Where do I start, I came here on a Sunday in a panic as I just badly dropped my new camera dented it. I called everywhere as this was a hour from me and no one could help me. On a Sunday he kindly waited for me tk show up. He taught me so much About my camera and was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the camera a true genuis. He made sure he stayed and finished my camera so I left same day with working camera, cannon said for one part it would take 5 week. Not only did he do the impossible fixing my camera i dropped badly he explained everyone he was doing to me and tripled checked everything for me before I left and made sure I wouldn't make the same mistake of dropping my camera or using faulty products without trying to sell me. God slapped me in the face today. I had taken in my camera to Joseph for a quote on repairs. It didn't take long for the quote to come back to me. Unfortunately being low on funds I could not have it repaired and that I would pay him the diagnostic charges. He said give me a couple of days and you can come get your camera. Like clockwork he called me and told me I could come pick it up. I went this morning prepared to pay the charges and you won't believe what happened. We got on the subject of my car needing a battery and that's why I didn't have the funds for the repairs. What does Joseph do, He finds me a vendor, forgoes the charges and says GO do it now and get your battery. Of course I left my camera there and we will work on a arrangement to get my camera fixed. a Angel in disguise? God slapped me and told me not to worry about anything. This place is truly incredible. This spring, I dropped my ~$2,000 70-200 Canon camera lens and was terrified that the fall might've broken it somehow. I brought it in and Joe opened it up to see if it my lens was internally okay (which is usually very expensive on a lens like this) for a price that was even reasonable for a broke college student like myself. And he threw in a camera cleaning on my Canon EOS 60D for no extra charge. When Joe was done with my camera equipment, it was like they were brand new. The customer service is second to none, the prices are unbeatable, the repairs themselves are done well and happen quickly. I've referred all my friends with broken iPhone screens to All Electronics repair and they've felt the same. Joseph was absolutely incredible. I have an old Cannon DSLR that I took in to him due to an issue with the lens and the SD card port. He was able to repair the broken pins for the SD card to still work as well as replaced our lens for us all within 2 hours. Then, I had to go back the next day due to a separate issue with a corrupt SD card and he was able to recover almost all pictures I took on it. I feel so grateful to have had Joseph to help me with these issues. He not only fixed the issues with my camera and SD card, he gave me such helpful information and taught me how to use my camera to ensure these same issues don't happen again. About 3 months ago my iPhone was cracked and needed a replacement very badly. This is a very friendly business and a fair price to get my badly cracked iPhone screen replaced. (FYI this place is cheaper than the mall or Apple Store to fix iPhones and other electronics) I recently came back because I notice the edge of my screen was coming apart from the iPhone. I told Joseph (the very friendly owner) that I recently came in to get my phone fixed and showed him my problem. Instantly he told me what he could do, and fixed the screen free of charge for my customer loyalty. I took my Klipsch Outdoor Speaker to Joseph for repair. The threaded stud that holds the speaker in the c-mounting bracket snapped off. Klipsch customer service was fine on the phone but wouldn't repair, they referred me to Speaker Works in Eugene, OR. I called them only to be told they would not repair, and they supposedly do all the warranty work for Klipsch, the man I spoke with just had a poor attitude. When I Googled speaker repair in the area I came up with Joseph. When I called he was polite, courteous and more than willing to answer my questions, told me to bring the speaker in he would take a look at it, I did. I highly recommend All Electronics Repair. When my iPhone has broken in the past, I used to settle with replacing it because it was so difficult to get fixed. Now, thanks to Joe at All Electronics Repair, that all has changed! My friend referred me to Joe when my iPhone wasn't charging several months ago. I went to Joe and told him I had a strict budget for fixing my phone. He said he would we do his best given the budget, and he did! Not at all surprising that Joseph gets 5-star reviews. I needed a part for my highly overrated, overpriced, and infuriating Ulefone Armor 9E, which of course is nowhere to be had in this country, but he went to the effort of checking with seemingly every distributor in this hemisphere. As I desperately need the phone for work, in lieu of waiting for the part to be slow-boated, I bought a nice new Samsung Galaxy as a temp / backup; now I can throw the old phone into heavy traffic, or use it for skeet. Joseph switched the SIM, activated with my carrier, and ported the number in maybe five minutes, saving me untold time, expense, and the sheer aggravation of dealing with my carrier's remedial employees. My Canon SX730 HS had issues with the flash and main button, and he diagnosed and fixed it in about an hour -- super fast and professional! I came here based on reviews and I also needed my iPod touch repaired. Joe was nice and told me he'd call me in two days but he never did. I call him and he told me he'd have it done in two more days and that he'd call me back. I felt it was ok as long as I had my iPod fixed. Joe doesn't call me again so I call him again he tells me he is eating and he'll call me back. Joe doesn't call me back and his store is closed so I can't reach him. I was pretty tired of this unprofessional service so decided to just get my iPod touch back and when I went into the store the next day he told me my iPod was finaaaaallllyyy fixed. I just paid him and got my iPod touch back because I didn't want to deal with anymore of his excuses. Good luck to everyone else who come here. read more

For the first the time ever coming to this repair store ...We are extremely satisfied ! My fiancé was in a bit of a tight situation with his cell phone. Besides the fact that it had already been badly cracked for about a month, it was still working fine. With that being said the phone was already extremely fragile... so with one more drop it completely died. Fortunately joe saved the day!!! He was able to completely fix the phone inside/out within a 2 hour period or so. Being a cable technician, having a phone is crucial because without it, the work simply can't be done. Highly recommend this place! My girlfriend had water damaged her phone, her phone went inside a cooler the following day in the morning we came by to see if it can be fixed Joesph with great energy greeted us at the door and had a really good vibe about him. His customer service was amazing!!! He went over with us the possible reason why the phone wasn't working because the phone was having an issue with the sensibility of the screen. Very hard to find honest business people these days. I went in to see if my Canon camera could be repaired. Joseph asked me a few questions and then informed me of the few things that could be wrong with it and the quoted me a starting price for the repair. He said he didn't want to take my money and that the Camera wasn't worth repairing. When I asked him what I owed him ... he said normally there is a $45 change to have it checked out. He said he wasn't going to charge me because he knew the camera wasn't worth repairing. What a nice man. If I have camera issues in the future I will definitely go back to him. Joseph saved the day! I thought wife's iPhone 8 was basically bricked. A restart loop had started and online suggestions for Recovery Mode weren't working. Found out thanks to Joseph that the phone had taken on water, and we don't even know how. Joseph saved her data, which was invaluable because this included a long Contacts list and many many irreplaceable photos. We were also able to save the phone with a replacement battery.
