First out dated pipes were leaking everywhere and clogged up in the bathroom and kitchen, causing us to use a hose outside for water until we called JJ to our rescue. I called JJ after my mom, a real estate agent has been using them for years for her home and listings, recommended them. They came out and fixed the kitchen and bathroom clogs and installed some new piping and faucets that were much needed in my older home. They were clean, fast and efficient! They later replaced our old rusted, leaking water-heater with a new one, as well and fixed a leak in my garage. Since I was unable to be home during the installation I was very happy that during the process they called me and kept me informed of the progress. By the time I got home I had hot water YAY :) The prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. They are on call 24 hours as well. The last time I used them I called because I had a flood in the bathroom my main water line got backed up because of some roots cracking the pipe. I called and he was finishing a job in Mission Valley but said he could meet me there in about 1 hour. Called in 40 min to say he was on his way. THis guy was awesome!! Turned off water (with permission) to 40 units, took valve off and replaced with a "Cadillac" of valves. Since he was there, I had him replace the hot water valve as well. Afterwards, they put in drywall and painted it white. They went the extra mile and dry walled and painted a section next to the bathroom wall where a feisty house rabbit Einstein had nibbled about a six by three inch hole. Then they finished installing our Gerber round toilet, which we love because it's stain resistant to the hard water and flushes well. I feel they offered me a decent price and was glad to finally solve our problem. Highly recommended.
