PREDATORY, DISHONEST, & EXPLOITATIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES! DO…read moreNOT take your vehicle to All Transmission World Kissimmee!!! My 20 year old son, a first responder, went in for transmission repairs and was completely taken advantage of by Tanner. What should have been a $3800.00 rebuilt transmission for a Jeep turned into an OUTRAGEOUS $11,000.00+ FINANCING TRAP through the financing company Tanner uses called EasyPay. I have owned many cars and dealt with repair shops myself, and in speaking with Tanner he PROMISED to "take good care of him" and pushed him into a so-called 90-day 0% interest plan without ever disclosing that is was actually a LEASE TO OWN PROGRAM WITH MASSIVE PENALTIES. He pressured my son to apply on his phone which seemed very odd, and when the system crashed and sensitive questions were being asked Tanner "helped" my son to get it to finally go through. My son trusted Tanner thinking he was helping him when in fact he was being tricked. Tanner provided NO paperwork or terms or conditions, the only thing my son had to go by was when the first payment was auto debited from his bank account on 10/24 reasonably he thought the 90 day interest free period ended 1/24. On 1/18 he called to pay off his debit and was told he missed the pay off date and now owed $11,200.00 and if he didn't pay they would come and repossess his Jeep. When we called Tanner he put us on hold to go and get the contract, interestingly he had a copy of it and we did not. He came back to the phone and laughed and said "He didn't pay it off on time, that's the price he has to pay"! This business preys on young and inexperienced customers, hides critical information, withholds documentation, and used high-pressure, deceptive tactics to push people into PREDATORY AGREEMENTS. THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING TO THEM FOR YOUR REPAIRS.

I had a shop trying to over charge me for services and Charles was straight forward and honest about the service and pricing they offer. All I ask for when it comes to having to repair my vehicle is honest and fair work and not to be taken advantage of and that's exactly what you get here and I would recommend them to anyone. There's a reason they've been in business for so long.

As a military retiree, I am familiar with do-it-yourself auto shops, and how they operate. This DIY…read moreshop is no different from those in the military, as it provides its customers with the tools necessary to perform every repair you can think of, and staff at one's disposal to answer any repair related question that may arise. For instance, I was replacing the brake pads on my corvette, and the owner provided me with a few pointers on how to do the job more efficient. Also, as I was making my repairs, the owner was working on additional repairs to my corvette, that was above my skill set (i.e., Flush the brake lines, and flush the radiator to meet manufacture standards). As mentioned above, this particular shop functions as a Do it yourself shop, as well as regular auto shop, whereby one can drop off one auto for regular repairs and maintenance. In a world of shady businesses, this one is truly a gem in the rough, as he's HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. In conclusion, I usually do not trust many people with my Corvette ZHZ, as I have had many bad experiences with mechanics in the past, but I trust Mr. Verdejo to work on my corvette without hesitation, as he has earned my trust and respect.

Here is my Google review: Since there is a text limit on google reviews I decided to screenshot my…read morereview and add it to the images. Now... To respond to the Shop owner... It's genuinely astonishing that after 42 years in business, this is the level of professionalism and maturity displayed -- both in workmanship and in communication. I truly hope you keep your original response public, because it perfectly illustrates exactly what I and others have had to deal with. Rather than taking accountability, your reply is defensive, condescending, and riddled with petty digs -- including one directed at my girlfriend, which is incredibly unprofessional and unnecessary. You speak as though you're above your customers, yet your response shows the opposite: a lack of ownership, a lack of basic courtesy, and an apparent inability to address valid concerns without resorting to belittlement. To clarify a few things: First, regarding the bumper damage, I actually contacted AAA well before your response was posted and apologized for initially assuming the damage happened at your shop. I've attached proof of that conversation to show that I took responsibility for the misunderstanding -- something your response could stand to learn from. I asked AAA for the before photos of my truck because the after photos -- the ones taken at your shop -- did not match what I saw in person. Even the AAA agent reviewing the photos agreed the damage was not clearly visible in the second image. So while I admitted my mistake, your response takes a moment for grandstanding rather than simply acknowledging the confusion and moving on. As for the state of my truck -- residue left by your "highly trained technicians," mixed-up keys, and receiving the wrong invoice -- you dismiss it all with excuses. A truly professional business would acknowledge the oversight, apologize, and ensure it doesn't happen again. Instead, your response just reinforces the lack of accountability I experienced in person. Regarding the fuel: you claim the $20 in gas was necessary to flush the system, yet 5+ gallons for that task seems questionable without further detail. You also mention recalibrating the onboard computers -- but system recalibration is generally necessary only when components like new injectors are installed. Since that wasn't disclosed, I have every right to question what was actually done. Ultimately, I'm relieved I'll never have to return to this shop. This experience has been nothing short of a lesson in how not to treat customers. For anyone reading this: my original review and the owner's response speak for themselves. If you value professionalism, accountability, and basic respect -- you may want to look elsewhere.
