My wife and I tried whatever we could do to unclog it, and just couldn't figure out why. We ended up calling around and trying to get general estimates. Depending on the task at hand, Bruce gave us the most reasonable quote and we decided to go with him. He was very responsive online and available the same day. Some of the plumbers had given us dates that were well into the following week, and almost twice the price. When Bruce arrived, he made sure he kept the work area clean, worked on our sink, and after we found out that the job needed was worse than we had initially thought, he encouraged me to look around in case I didn't want to go with him. The new project included sawing off the existing galvanized pipe to the laundry sink, which was severely clogged with corrosion and sediments, and having it replaced with PVC pipe she is replacement. We decided to go with him for the new job and he completed it quickly, with quality products, and at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend using this company for any house related tasks including plumbing.

His hot water tank stopped working and he called Superior Plumbing and Heating (Niagara Falls). they quoted my dad over $2000 and took $1000 as a deposit and told him they would be back 2 weeks later to fix it. my brother came over a few hours later and fixed it with a $29 part from Amazon. It now works perfectly. I called the company back and told them we didn't need their services. They told us he had signed a contract and still had to pay 25% ( which is ridiculous). We offered to pay $149 service fee but they still insisted that we pay 25% (if that were the case, 25% would be $500 and they kept the $1000 deposit my dad paid with a debit card). I asked to speak to the owner. His name was Anthony. He was condescending and rude. Turns out they use a phony address, fax number is not in service. This is a scam business. Avood them like the plague.

They say they can come today but they charge $149 for the estimate but if you get the work done they will deduct that amount from the fee. You agree to pay them for the estimate. They come over and provide an estimate that is ten times the regular fee that any other plumber would suggest. In my case, to fix a leaky garden hose valve they provided an estimate of $3,800.00 so I declined and got another plumber to do it for $340 total. So either the customer pays the exorbitant fee for the service or declines but still must pay the $149 for the estimate. Either way they win and you lose. This type of practise should be illegal!

I had a complete bathroom remodel done this spring/summer. Called Franks to provide an estimate on…read morethe plumbing work since they had done a couple of repair jobs for me in the past. Al (Alfred) and his team from Frank's were assigned to the job. Al came out to look at what needed to be done; the estimate also included a tub replacement ( I purchased the tub & had it delivered for installation). He also met with the construction contractor (walls had been removed) to discuss what needed to be done from his end. I received the estimate the next day - scope of work was very thorough, detailed & complete. So much so I was able to use it as a punch list for the plumbing work. When time came for plumbing work, Al & his team arrived on time, were completely focused on getting the pipe work updated & completed; tub installation completed on the 2nd visit. On the final visit, faucet installed in the new sink, all plumbing work was inspected by Al & ready for Township Plumbing Inspector. This was not an easy plumbing job by any means. Al & his team from Frank's did an exceptional job - all work was organized, performed professionally, work areas were all cleaned after jobs were completed. Final inspection done by Plumbing Inspector passed with flying colors. Pricing for the job was reasonable, given the amount of work that had to be done. Thank-you, Frank's Plumbing & Alfred for an outstanding job!

They dug from back downspot to street, laid new piping, added stone by street and backfilled the dirt. Excellent. The cement side was a different issue. I dealt with Ed R. The cement work is subed. When the crew came to dig up the sidewalk I saw on ring camera that they did not remove one of the contracted pads (they were supposed to do 4 pads but only did 3). I contacted Ed R. while they were still at my house. Later that day the three pads were cemented in. That part of sidewalk was well done (even if not all pads were done). A month later a new crew came to dig up the fourth pad, they did mine and the neighbors. Horrible job. They stomped all over my new grass, The new pad near my other ones was too high so they leveled it down the last three inches but you can notice that it's not level, the pads by the grass are sloped down (maybe they didn't pour enough cement), not very smooth surface, and when they cleaned up they did it by my decorative curb (leaving stains on it). Communicaton with Ed R. was lacking.

Point in their favour, and that makes it 2 stars. They quoted me $600. They said that replacing a washer wouldn't help, because they needed to do more, because the inner workings would be damaged by now. It was a small leak, I didn't have the money, so I waited a month and saved up. It became a big leak, so I figured I would replace the washer as a stopgap measure. Looked up a video on youtube. took me 5 minutes to pull out the faucet. Took me 20 minutes to run to walmart and buy a $0.50 washer. Took me another 5 minutes to replace the faucet. The inner workings were pristine brass. No lime, no corrosion, no scratches. The faucet doesn't leak. So while they were polite, prompt, and courteous, this was a blatant attempt at gouging me - I ask for a washer to be replaced, they tell me they need to replace the whole faucet? No thanks.
