Used to be my favorite, efficient, friendly, moderately priced. In recent times, the bill has been padded! Paying for time sitting in truck, going for a still, talking on phone. I suggest using a timer and complaining about any wasteful time. I did try to adjust my bill, but the "owner" said three hours was normal to tune up a gas generator!! of course, he said he had never done such work, but was only paper manager! Amazing, after 13 years as a customer! Also tried to sell my neighbor a new $12i heating system though his was perfect, claiming the 80 yo would save on gas bills! I was recommended to All Hours by the plumber who installed my Alpine high efficiency boiler 15 years ago. I needed a service and potentially a service contract. Paul, the HVAC tech who showed up, was outstanding. Took his time, explained the process, was thorough, friendly, tidy and went above and beyond to make sure that the boiler was operating at max efficiency. Then he took extra time to flush air from all the lines just because I mentioned that sometimes they make noise. My sewer pipes cracked and called All Hours Energy - I said it was urgent and they came right away. Took pictures and scoped out the job. Came back with a proposal for the work, which was acceptable, and began the work the next day. It was completed in one day. This is my second experience with all hours energy and both times were terrific. Very timely, efficient, and knowledgeable. They fixed what another company looked at 5 times and still couldn't fix. We worked with Carlos and Tim and both were wonderful. A bit pricey but unfortunately we had emergencies that had to be fixed on Sunday evenings both times and we were made aware of the emergency fee so it was very fair. read more

Sent tech in a timely matter but never got back with an estimate on the job that needed to be done. They new my issue was time sensitive. Called office about it and still never reeached out to me afterwards about it. The company must of been renamed. Original owners use to come out themselves and do the estimates and work themselves many years ago. Now they send new and inexperienced techs. So disappointed. Tech showed up at 1045 for an 8 am appointment. No call from the shop. Questioned tech about delay. He said Im a new customer and I'm far from the shop. All Hours should have told me to expect a 2 hour 45 minute delay, rescheduled me or should have refused the job outright if my location was unacceptable. Techs attitude was take it or leave it. Had a Navien combi which was installed post Sandy by some off the boat Polish plumbers who had never seen let alone install the on-demand system. From the get go it never worked properly. I was told it was finally terminal by John at All Hours Energy. Within 24 hrs he gave me three options and although we were without heat for 3 days (over a weekend) he had us up and warm on Monday. Sadly, the biggest rip off I've ever dealt with. I was charged for parts under warranty, told I needed a new furnace when I didn't, and charged over 3 times fair market prices for parts the manufacturer told me did not need to be replaced during a regularly scheduled maintenance call because they were functioning properly. To make a real long story short, I had a Navien combo boiler installed several months ago by a company that I have been using for years. After the son took over, The professionalism of that company became non existent. My boiler started leaking and for many weeks, this kid had every excuse for why he couldn't come and fix it. It got to the point where I think he blocked me and I was unable to make contact anymore. I went to the Navien website to find certified techs who are familiar with these boilers. After calling a few, I decided to give All Hours Energy a shot. They are licensed and had some decent reviews and local. I called to make an appointment with them. I explained my situation and that I had the parts sent from Navien and they set me up with Wed 1/23 from 11-4. I got a text and phone call close to 11am letting me know tech was on the way. The tech arrived about 11:10am. A friendly guy by the name of Juan. He assessed my issues and started working on the repairs. He repaired the existing leaks on the union and also repaired a leak on condensate line. Everything was done in about an hour. Juan showed me what he did and that was it. Simple, not too painful cost wise and a professional tech. Trying to find a new company for any type of repair can be discouraging. This has been the first new boiler company that I have needed in years. I am glad that I gave them a shot and I will definitely use their services again if the need arises. read more

Moved into a new home and installed this NCB-240 Combi Boiler because it was supposed to give me unlimited hot water and heating and reduce my bills.... So far it's given me a TON of problems. I went through 3 other plumbers before settling with All Hours Energy as my main service provider. Their pricing is VERY REASONABLE, and Juan Carlo knows the machines and is very helpful. Though i'm not a fan of this boiler, glad I was able to find All hours energy technician to actually help me fix some of the issues. I've reached out to All Hours Energy 2x to fix issues with my air vent within the machine, both times they came out quickly, replaced the part for me, charged me their hourly rate and was on their way. Navien on the other hand, frustrating as heck... i called them a 2nd time to get a new air vent for replacement, but they wouldn't send to me because i'm not a technician, so I had to call All hours to come out and replace the air vent which I knew was giving me issues (which I could have done myself). read more

If there were a ZERO star option, they'd be getting it. FIVE times they were dispatched for the same exact boiler issue and failed 3 times to fix the problem. Over-charged money for things that weren't even close to being the answer to the problem. Over $1200 for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Most recently came out, literally flipped a switch and had the audacity to charge me for a full hour. DO NOT USE this service or be prepared to waste money. read more

Got AC's up and running but cost triple what I was originally told it would be and required technicians to come three times over a month and left me with no air in heart of the summer. Never got back to me unless I hounded them. Over billed for hours that I called them out on and rather then apologize for the entire ordeal (No AC for a month, not calling back, charging way more then originally told and over billing hours) just said we'll adjust the bill how do you wanna pay it. AC is working so that's good but rest of experience was not ideal (far from it). read more

Absolutely despicable. Called them for emergency service since my house has no heat. Navien, the company that makes my boiler, is sending me the three way valve that is causing my problems but it won't get here until Tuesday. I asked if they could swap it out today so my pipes (and family) don't freeze and I would replace the valve when it comes in on Tuesday (I offered to drive it out to their warehouse). Even though they have the part in stock they were unwilling to do this since they had no guarantee that I would give them the one from the company when it came in. This is after I explained that I was willing to pay their ridiculous emergency price of 225 p/hour. Please, if you can avoid this company, do so. I am also lodging a complaint with navien to get them off their service list. read more

I would give this business zero stars , I had a service contract for annual maintenance on my boiler, not only did they flood my basement during the job but denied responsibility for causing the flood, Gee I thought they were the experts as they blamed my equipment. The owner even have the nerve to submit a proposal $2000 higher than his competitor to install a new boiler, no wonder why the small business owner can not make it today.
