Our clothes washer was broken and I called a repair man who ordered the part we needed to repair the washer and I drove down to Millilani to pick it up only to find he ordered the wrong part. We were notified of a gas leak at a recent home inspection and we were referred to All in 1 by our realtor. I read the reviews and they seemed to be all over the place but we gave them a try and they didn't disappoint. They came out on short notice the next day to troubleshoot. Our refrigerator and freezer broke, we tried to use our American Home Shield insurance the repair our unit but had a very difficult time getting any assistance from them. Two weeks later we decided to abandon AHS and use a local contractor for the repair. Junior contacted us very promptly and helped us with a self diagnosis. The next morning he came over with the necessary parts and was able to fix the problem. I really liked Junior's affable personality, his customer service and how quick and efficient he was. I initially called Junior because my brand new washing machine kept tripping the circuit. He asked me to check another outlet, giving me details on how this should be done, so that I would not have to pay him to check the outlet in case it was a defective washing machine. My machine tripped the other outlet too. Got another washing machine, same thing happened. Junior came out this morning, called me to let me know he was on the way, and appeared on time. He explained the issue, gave me a couple of options and after discussing solutions with him, he resolved the issue. He was professional and polite through the entire process. After only 3 years the balance springs in our washing machine were toast. When I googled "appliance repair" All in 1 Services had the highest rating so I gave them a call and they came to diagnose same day. Parts were not available and needed to be ordered. Parts ETA were 5 days and were received in that time. Junior texted immediately to schedule repair. Sele arrived on time and repair with test run to confirm all was working to spec was completed in under an hour. Sele even figured out why the springs died at such a young age. On March 5 2017, we called this establishment to fix our air conditioner unit because my husband and I saw all 5 star reviews and led us to fully trust their service. They came to our house and inspected the a/c unit, they replaced two parts but it didn't work and said that they will come back and order the right part for the airconditioner. On multiple occasions, we were led to believe that they will fix our a/c but didn't show up! For weeks, he would answer my husband's phone calls and gave excuses as to why they can't show up and eventually ignored my husband's phone calls. So I tried calling and this man finally answered my calls but made empty promises such as he will come tomorrow at 9am (but didnt't show up) or he will call after 30 minutes and talk to his crew (but did not call), and also said that he will fix our airconditioner for free next week but still did not show up on that week. Take note it's the month of May the 12th 2017, our airconditioner is still not fixed! read more

One day I noticed that our front-loader washer was leaking, looked around and couldn't see a leak, not sure of what was happening we searched for an appliance repair company and came across All-in-1 Repair. We simply placed a call and was pleasantly able to get through to Junior who was friendly and informed me they should be able to come the same day to check out our washer and give us a quote. After being in town for another job that ran long, we received a courtesy call giving us an update and option to reschedule for next day if we preferred, but opted for that evening. If you're reading this, I am now happily sipping on some iced water thanks to these guys. The ice maker in our Bosch fridge hadn't been working for months, so my husband finally called these guys up. I called this company today and in 1 hour they were at my door. They explained their minimum fee to assess the problem with my Maytag dryer, only 3 yrs old with lots of features, and in 2 minutes Jr. the lead tech, figured out the problem and advised. If you want an honest, knowledgable, easy to work with team, this has got to be your first call over and above the standard brands' suggested repair technicians. On June 6, 2016 I got a gas stove installed. Not only they installed, but they uninstalled the old gas stove and installed the new one. They also hauled the old one out! That was a plus. After installation, they made sure that the stove tops, dashboard, and oven worked. Justin and his partner was exceptionally nice and respectful to the appliance when uninstalling and installing.
