Frank just finished replacing a tankless water heater in the middle of my two story house. As it turns out, the galvanized venting was no longer considered safe and other plumbers told me it would have to be replaced a great cost. Frank took the time to find the only possible replacement heater where the new venting could be run inside the old galvanized venting. It was an extremely difficult job. By far the absolute WORST plumbing experience I've ever had. I called him to come into our business to fix a leak and he showed up shortly after. Claimed he had to go through the roof to unclog toilet and apparently he forgot to turn off water because TWO bathrooms began leaking and overflowed EVERYWHERE. And by that, I mean at least 4 inches of water deep in the bathroom and all over the carpets to which point they were DRENCHED in our showroom. Comes back and blames me for the leak when this was the reason I originally called him. Then tells me he needs another tool which would cost an extra 150 and I was "lucky" he wasn't charging me to clean up all the water HE did.... even though my carpet is still soaking and I now need to call a carpet cleaner. Once he left I called another plumbing service and fixed the entire problem in 15 mins and snaked right through the toilet for half the price. No need to go on roof. Worst experience in every aspect. I thought my company could come to them for quick service with troubles we had with our plumbing here. Let me explain why it was the worst. First off, they complained about having to do walk around a couple of objects to get to the restroom (how hard is it to walk a couple of feet to a restroom, all that was in the way were a couple of shelves that could easily be walked around) second, they went the extra mile to charge us an extra 175 than the plumber we went to after just cause they were snaking from the roof when they could've easily done it right from the restroom. They flooded almost half of our showroom floor and continued to say they weren't responsible and left the place a mess. Argued with the females who were present because of the mess they made. Thanks for the useless service. The people we went to after did an amazing job. I had to call Frank cause I had a gas leak. He and his team were amazing. He was 100% honest about the job and we started with one plan and due to my house being an older house, we had to get plan B going and re-pipe the house due to the leak being under the house and my house has no way to get under it. He and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job. They made sure everything was cleaned up when they left, which was amazing cause I had nothing to worry about. After a couple days of work, the leak was fixed. He made sure to come the day of the gas test and 100% a help to me making sure everything went smooth. I gave Frank 5 stars cause he deserved 5 stars. I called Frank out yesterday morning for a clogged kitchen sink. Never used him before, but he was out within a half hour and I was extremely pleased with his work! He fixed the clogged and then I asked him some questions regarding plumbing fix under the sink, he was very honest told me how much it would cost to fix (I was surprised that it wasn't expensive as I thought) and told me the disposal was fine and "You don't fix what isn't broke". My experience was quite negative. I had Frank install some replacement parts for a shower and replaced the vanity. My conclusions are below. Dirty - He was walking all over my condo with his dirty boots, so needless to say my flooring was fill with dirty foot prints. Also, when he was done, he didn't even bother to clean up the debris in the bathtub. He just tried to flush it down. Incompetent - He caused a flood when he was replacing the shower parts because he didn't turn off the wrong water valve before he started the job. The shower was on the second floor, and the flood caused some of the food in the kitchen cabinet on the first floor wet and there was even water all over the first floor. He claimed he has been doing plumbing for 30 years, but even I know that I need to turn off the main water valve and test the faucet to make sure no water is coming out before trying to replacing any parts. Expensive - For about 2-3 hours of his labor, he charged me more than $600. His original quote was $378. At the end, I still need to find someone else to come in and finish where he left off. Be careful with his way to do business, he would give you a quote over the phone that you agreed to and then when he gets to your place, he will find ways to charge you more. If you need a plumber, I strongly suggest you to find someone else. I wouldn't mind paying a bit more just to get things done right the first time. However, not only did he not do things right, he just kept finding ways to charge you more which is a total turn off. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I was one of the people who believed the reviews and used his service. read more

I had a bad leak coming from the bathroom upstairs that was supposedly fixed several months ago by a plumbing service I will never call again. Made another mistake calling another place whose prices were seriously highway robbery and left me with a big hole in the shower. Once Frank came to look at it and gave his recommendation and price for correcting the horrible tile damage and backwards plumbing job previously done by Reliance. We called Frank at All in One Plumbing to install some pipes for a mini kitchen we were adding to a room in our home. Not only did Frank make time to fit us in his schedule, he showed up within the hour, gave us a free estimate, which was VERY reasonable, and scheduled an appointment for the install. Now...Frank is a contractor, right? How many contractors do you know who have showed up on time and did the exact job, the exact way they said they were going to do it, finish on time, clean up after themselves and not jack up the price?? Well...there is a first time for everything. Frank did an amazing job for a very reasonable price... Frank is a great plumber, but he does SO MUCH MORE than plumbing. He did quite a bit of work (pretty much all the work) for remodeling a room in our home. When Frank arrived, the room was completely trashed from a former roommate. All Frank did was: remove all the furniture, pull out the carpet, install a new laminate floor, install a vinyl tile floor in the kitchenette, put thresholds and molding where they needed to be, hung oak cabinets on the wall, evened out said cabinets (leveled them), hung shelves, built wooden/oak counter tops for some cabinets, installed a new vinyl screen door, door locks, dead bolts, installed faucets, pipes, a new sink, replaced window screens, and built a brand new counter top for the sink cabinets, made of corion. Frank even went the extra mile to create a beautiful backsplash with some extra corion. He is responsible for the beautiful kitchenette we now have! This guy can DO IT ALL! So, you know Frank is a talented, creative artist when it comes to his job, but let's talk about his reliability and work ethic. Frank showed up on time each and every day. If something came up and he couldn't make it at his usual time, he called and communicated to us what was happening. He never once stood around and wasted time talking to his buddies or making phone calls. Frank showed up and worked until it was time to leave. One thing that is unique about Frank is that if any decisions had to be made, big or small, or something came up that we hadn't talked about, he asked for our input. He was perfectly capable of figuring it out on his own, but he wanted us to feel like we had a say so in the remodeling of our room.
