Yesterday, while taking a shower, the water did not drain and I figured it would eventually...it did not. To make matters worse, the toilet got stopped up almost immediately. My heart dropped at this point because I had no one to call and refused to call those many flyers that get dropped off once a week in the mailbox. I called a neighbor who recommend Primo Plumbing immediately and I will be forever grateful he did. I spoke to Jordan who calmly listened and more or less held my hand through the phone as I explained what my issues were. It did not help that I was in excruciating pain as I just had surgery a few days prior. He understood I made this phone call with a sense of trepidation and that I felt at their mercy (it was late afternoon). He calmed my apprehension, told me about the family business, his father, and his own work ethic and what he could do to help. I felt so much better! Update: Primo came out first thing in the morning the next day after our shower started backing up. Steven came out and did our periodic roto rooting. It had been about two years since our last one, and Primo has really grown and developed. We started using Primo when we first moved into our home in Cal Heights about 16 years ago. It was originally run by Tom, then began being a father and son team, and now is run by his son, Jordan. He has expanded from doing mainly maintenance services, to now doing much bigger projects. My wife and I have been contemplating the replacement of our original 100 year old plumbing. Jordan came out and they both evaluated our situation using a scope and sensor to map out the pipe. Steven crawled under our house to evaluate all the remaining old cast iron pipes. And then later, Jordan sent us an estimate for the job. Steven Payne was my guy this time. Jordan and his team sent out his "gas guy" Steven to help me instal an applianced. All went well in terms of the install and Steven left. Later I tried to install the drawer underneath the appliance and it would not fit. Jordan was great in the follow up and sent out Steven again to do the fix. We all thought the worse.. that we would have to "undo" some of the work that Steven did the day before but he did a great workaround that solved the problem. I called Primo Plumbing a few days ago and was able to quickly schedule a sewer line inspection. They even provided a quote over the phone, which was very helpful. Steven arrived right on time and went above and beyond in helping me locate all the plumbing pipes throughout my soon to be renovated home. I now have a clear idea of all the pipes throught my homw. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain the pipe layout, which I really appreciated. During the inspection, he discovered a severely broken pipe that would have gone unnoticed without the camera inspection. Got a better deal than other offers that included hydrojet and camera. Aaron was a little early and got to my house before I was there, but had no problem waiting. I even explained how he could access the drain before I got there. He showed me every step of the way what he was doing. Helped me identify the direction my drain goes on its way to the street which is a big help for identifying where roots are coming from. He cleared all the roots and showed me again at the end with the camera the same places where the roots were initially.
