We requested the next morning around 9 AM, and they gave us a 9:00-9:30 arrival window. Christian arrived at 9:15 -- exactly as promised. He was friendly, professional, and honest from the start. He even let us know about their $79 drain special they were running, which we really appreciated. The job was completed quickly and efficiently, and he was in and out in about a half hour. Mr. Rooter was highly recommended to us by a friend who had recently used them, and now I completely understand why. I definitely thanked my friend afterward! Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Knowing that the coming week had a heat wave in the forecast I was hopeful that the fix could happen quickly. Not even 3 days later they called to schedule a repair for end of week. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call back from Albert and he said someone would be there in 30 minutes to take a look. Oscar came back and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was once again extremely professional and took the time to explain to me the issue and what he did to fix it. These guys work super hard and provided A+ service. I highly recommend.

We came back from a couple weeks vacation and all of a sudden our water was not heating...we tried all the "tricks" from Youtube and Google but we kept taking freezing showers. I asked around and a friend recommended Primo Plumbing & Heating. We couldn't wait any longer and without looking for an alternative, I called Primo to make an appointment. They had nothing available right away but after explaining our situation, they were able to squeeze us into a faster slot. Steve came on a Friday morning at 9am and was very professional and knowledgeable. He tested the tankless water heater, which had a 11 year life already, and was honest when he came to present us the options. A couple hours later, we met Jordan and Charlie as well. Overall a fantastic experience with an amazing customer service delivery! By the end of the day, we had a brand new installed water heater and HOT water! After taking freezing showers for a couple of days we can take nice warm showers again YAY! Oh and they work with you when it comes to payments since this is not a cheap kind of service but they have financing options available. I am so grateful for Primo and wish that every company treated their customers this way. I will forever recommend them to anyone who needs their services! read more

Very happy to have chosen Primo Plumbing. I had several plumbers come out for an estimate and by far was Primo Plumbing the best option. Not only were they super friendly from the time I made my first appointment to the time they left the job. Aaron was first class all the way. He came and did the estimate as well as was one of the two plumbers for the install. He couldn't have been a genuinely nicer guy. Both Aaron and Charlie (also very friendly) went the extra mile to put back together my very complicated doors. There was also a delay in my HOA approval, beyond the quote expiration date but Jordan was very understanding and extended the price and quickly arranged for the final install. read more

They were detailed in their approach and explained what they were doing in a way that didn't talk down to us. They installed pedestal sinks in two rooms in our business and took care to make sure the finished product was structurally sound and visually pleasing. I would not recommend this plumber. I used them to do a major repair at my home totaling $1700. Not only did they not do the repair what I needed done, they caused other damage that ended up costing me even more. I paid them for work of $1700 and then had to pay someone else $2900 to fix everything. Not only that, the assistant plumber that works for this company is a very angry and hot headed individual that I would not want in my home or around my family ever again. read more

I especially appreciated that they provided a photo of the technician beforehand, which gave me peace of mind knowing exactly who to expect at my door. Our technician, Roy Ruelas, was absolutely the right person for the job. Although I was not home, my mother was there, and Roy's customer service was truly A1. He assessed the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done, demonstrated his knowledge and professionalism, and provided a quote before beginning any work. Beto and Humberto were quick, clean and professional. for the pool leak PVD recommended a pool professional that located the leak, removed the tiles affected, resealed the wall and replaced the tiles with new very similar tiles, again professionally done.
