I was excited to see they opened a new location in Arcadia , it's spacious, stylish, and conveniently close to home! I visited about a week after the grand opening and tried almost everything on the menu. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. The owner was incredibly welcoming, taking the time to walk us through each dish, explaining what might suit our tastes and how everything was prepared. Amazing food, great portion, and very welcoming! There is street parking in front of the store and a small parking in the back of the shop. But since this located in downtown Arcadia, there are plenty of other nearby parking options. Came with my siblings to enjoy some authentic Indian food and the food did not disappoint. We got the Pani Puri Shots for our appetizer and each got our own platter through the lunch specials. 2 chicken tikka masala and 1 Tandoori Chicken, we upgraded 2 of the basmati rice to saffron rice and 2 regular Naan to the garlic Naan. Everything was very delicious! The platter comes with 3 different types of curries, depending on what you get, and a side of salad with house sauce. The dishes on each platter look small but don't underestimate them because it is a lot of food. The Saffron Rice is also a nice upgrade because its more flavorful and mixed with nice spices. This is our second visit, and once again, everything was amazing! We absolutely love the food, the attentive service, and the clean, comfortable ambiance. The battered appetizers looked like something a goat rejected, and tasted just as bad. Food was great! My partner and I always drove past this spot but we saw it on dine LA and we decided to try it out for lunch (we're very happy that we did). Service was amazingg, we didn't catch the servers names but they constantly walked around and made sure we were attended too! Nice vibes for a casual lunch or even a date Rose Lassi had the perfect texture and tartness to it. The curries were rich and flavorful without being too oily. The naan portions are generous. I really enjoy their food. Very flavorful and crave more at times. I've realized the only way to enjoy it though, is to eat it fresh there and not do take out. The take out food get placed really hot in plastic containers. All I imagine is the microplastics contaminating the food and then I find it hard not to think of what I'm consuming. After the lovely take out the previous weekend, we decided to try dining at All India Cafe. We chose the Arcadia restaurant this time to avoid the parking hassle of Old Town Pasadena. The ambiance is warm in a restaurant with high ceilings. The lighting was lovely. We took a small table, but ended up ordering a lot. Did we remember to take pictures this time? Sorry, but no. We just enjoyed an incredible meal. We ordered off of the street menu, and tried Malai Paneer Tika which was new to us. Oh yum. The cheese and the veggies and the marinade and pickle were great. We ordered the Green Tandoori Chicken again. That stuff is downright addictive. The green mint and basil are so incredible on savory tender chicken pieces. This is a new favorite. We ordered Lamb Saag. I always feel as if we need spinach if we are going to eat meat dishes, especially two. Yeah, the lamb saag was one. Anyway, the lamb was fork tender, ready to fall apart. The savory saag was just so, so good. The other new dish we ordered was a vegetable korma, that was really yummy, too. The vegetables were really yummy in a mild sauce. It's just our household, and friends, but everything we order is mild. Boo. I am waiting to order biryani for next time. It is a true favorite of mine. The waitress seemed confused that we did not order rice, but with an order of Plain Naan and Garlic Naan, we had enough carbs, and for two people who way over ordered. We got spooked at black seeds on the paneer pickle as we were boxing up our food. I finally remembered the name of the seeds when the owner came to assure us they were nigella seeds. Onion seeds. We've been on this Indian kick partially because sesame seeds are not a ubiquitous ingredient as in East Asian food, and one of us is allergic. We were cool, but the owner generously gave us a dish of Kheer. God I love that stuff. It was perfect and a lovely ending to the meal. We happily had many leftovers, as the food is rich and tasty. We are thrilled with the meals that we will have this week. The restaurant gets five stars for superb. read more

I was craving Indian food and decided to try a recently opened restaurant in Arcadia. The interior was beautiful. I came in about an hour before closing, and the service was a bit slow at first considering there were only two tables seated, but it picked up soon after. I ordered the DineLA course, which included an appetizer, salad, entrée, side, dessert, and drink for just $35. It was a great deal to sample a little of everything.
