They did a diagnostic and did a tune up at my okay. They closed at 6p and I went on my way to pick up my car. I canceled it when the discount ended and they were charging me like 15$ extra. The thing is, my car was never as clean as it is after I went to Blast. Also, the wash lasts twice as long. Another issue with Jax is that more than half of the times the employees went to the computer and marked 'No' to the option for tire shine, so my tires were cleaned sporadically. In Blast, the employees pre-wash my car VERY thoroughly. As soon as the wash ended and I saw my car I got a membership for me and my wife's car. Definitely recommend.

Just before they started, we asked on a price clarification to make sure we weren't getting ripped off. They quoted us a completely different price than what was on their Google business page and they claimed its because they have "no control over whats on their own page because of Google". A mechanic, right in front of us, starts explaining to the manager "yeah, APPARENTLY they've gotten an oil change here before for this price..." in a degrading and annoyed tone. We politely asked the manager if they could at least match the Pep Boys coupon we had since they wouldn't honor their own Google price and they gave us a really hard time. When we asked to leave and go to Pep Boys they claimed they have already drained all the oil -- before even quoting us a price (of course). After speaking with a manager they finally took the lousy $10 off after arguing back and forth for fifteen minutes. Upon leaving, the mechanic gives the other mechanic a dirty look and says "yeah, real nice" since we didn't give him a tip. Maybe if you weren't so rude the entire time we would have left a tip. Never again.
