He stated that he would fix the car and have it painted. After calling him at least 12 times the car was returned to me in the beginning of June covered in bird poop and filthy inside with a spray paint job from a can. After the equinox was examined by the Genesis Chevy dealership, they gave me a diagnostic with all of the issues wrong which is posted in review . At this point, my posts about the terrible service are affecting Kouder's business ,so he called me today and threatened to come by my house and hurt me if I don't stop. Please don't deal with this dishonest man, as now I have to file a police report and sue him.

They tell me that one of the stems on the rotor was broken and asked me who serviced my van? I told them not once has it been serviced by anyone other then oil changes and fixing trivial thing like blinkers. They then said it would have to be done submitting a claim. So I waited for just under a week for them to get back with me. And discount tire said they called you on a different number. I asked them when they called me to tell me they had issues with my van, they had no problem contacting me. They are nothing but liars. For a 240.00 fix they choose to lose a customer of about 30 years. Good riddance. Belle tire, Walmart or even a used tire shop in Detroit would be better then discount tire. This site won't allow me to post a review without giving at least one star. They are worse than one star!

I knew something was going on with my car and I had a few ideas but needed to get it checked out. I talked to Chris when I arrived and after lifting my car up, It was pointed out that I needed to get two new wheel bearings and new tires. I pretty much figured that's what was going on, and they were really nice about showing and explaining what was going on. I had an idea what it would cost before I came in based off the thought I needed wheel bearings but was hoping I didn't. They helped me out price wise, and it took around 1.5 hours. I got here about 1:30 on a Friday and it wasn't as busy, but when i left it was a full house. I appreciate the service, it was great start to finish and my Ford Flex is back to riding like a dream. They said it was going to be 2.5 hours be for they even pulled my vehicle in. I asked the guy at the counter what did i set an appointment for and he just shrugged his shoulders. Talked to the manager and he gave me some BS on if i go to the eye doctor it could be three hours after my appointment i got seen. One, don't offer appointments if your not going to honor them. Two, get a new eye doctor if thats the case. Three, a persons time is valuable don't be McDonalds and only focus on drive thru when you have people that made appointments. Four, this is really the most important don't treat your customers like they are stupid some of us rebuild vehicles and know what required to do a job we're not all ignorant about vehicles. The guy on the phone was a dick head as well. Going somewhere else, maybe. I already have it close enough just wanted them to fine tune the toe on the outer tie rods after I had already replaced the lower control arms, sway bar links and inner/outer tie rods. Would have taken longer to connect/disconnect the equipment then it would to crack two nuts and spin two inner tie rods 2-3 times and tighten the nuts back down. Belle Tire always tries to scare people into buying extra crap. I repair all my vehicles i just don't have an alignment rack. Find somewhere else for auto repairs and if you just need tires go to discount. Have a nice day.

Pulled in with a leaky bleeder valve , barely dripping, left with paying them just under 400 for a thermostat car didn't need and bleeder valve still leaking but when they looked at it , pulled the hose to hard and cracked the nozzle on the overflow tank and not car is spraying like a garden hose. Wasn't when she pulled in , but after they did it , told her , there's your problem . Liars and theives, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE IF YOU WANT IT DONE RIGHT .
