Bait and switch. They promise that parts are in stock and promise fast delivery then they fail on both. I purchased an "in stock" thermostat and when it did not arrive after a week I emailed (of course they do not give out a phone number) and was told (after waiting an additional day for a reply) that the part was on back-order and would arrive in 2-3 more weeks! They had no intention of telling me this if I had not inquired. Terrible customer service! About the only thing they did right was refund my money, so while they are not a total scam I would say they are disingenuous and unreliable. Shop elsewhere. read more

I placed an order on 3/20/2024. The order has yet to b received, today being 4/4/2024. I contacted ALL Mopar Parts and explained that my order had not arrived on 4/1/2024, to which I was told my order was on the way. I was given the same tracking number I had before, which showed that the order has been in the same place for a week. I responded by stating those facts and I was told they would reach out to UPS. I was updated that UPS lost the order, clearly not All Mopar Parts' issue. However, I was then told that they filed a claim and that my resolution was pending the claim results. As such, they would refund my money, or send a replacement order, AFTER the claim with UPS was approved. This is terrible customer service on resolving the issue. They have my money and I do not have the product. As a business professional, the proper response would be to issue a new order and expedite delivery, or refund the money, and deal with UPS for recovery. I have since emailed All Mopar Parts and stated that they can overnight a replacement order, or refund my money. I have yet to hear back from them. While the issue is clearly one with UPS, their response to resolving the issue of my order not being received is on them. My customer would have received an expedited order to replace the missing order, then we would have followed up with UPS for recovery. read more

I got my first Jeep--a Wrangler--a month ago (so I'm still learning about all the ducks! and loving it). As my Wrangler only came with the factory carpet floor mats and I live in the north, I first went to Weather Tech for all-weather floor mats/trays. Weather Tech has gone way downhill from the last time I ordered them (maybe 10 years ago). Anyway, I hung up on their rude customer service rep and found All Mopar Parts. parts seem to be second had or factory flaws. I've placed two orders and both times the packaging was terrible and the parts were scratched up. my latest order looks like it was placed on the ground then drug around. obviously they wouldn't sell these to someone in person. now I'm stuck having to paint the deep scratches on "brand new" parts or else I have to pay to ship it back then pay to receive a replacement. customer service is slow to reply. Just buy parts from you local dealer to save money and frustration in the long run. read more

Ordered some air filters and cabin filters for my two Mopar vehicles. Received package which was poorly packed, the filters were all crushed due to the fact they were shipped in a box that was to small. I contacted them several times for replacements. Asked to speak to the parts manager and left my contact number. I never received a call back from manager or any other employee. Horrible customer service!! Communication is horrible! I ordered floor mats for my new dodge truck. After 2 weeks of no email or receiving the order I tried to find a phone number for the company...I cant find one ANYWHERE! Uh-oh, that's not good. So I sent an email to check on my order. After another week I got a response to my email saying they were on back order, 2 WEEKS AFTER I ordered the items. I then was told it will be 2-3 weeks before they come from the distribution center. Okay no problem, communication, I had to ask why I hadn't even received the order in the first place. Total scam! Ordered parts that were supposed to be in stock. After a couple days I notice my card was charged but hadn't received an email confirming shipping. Emailed them and they said part was on backorder. I canceled the order and now they refuse to refund my card or return any correspondence. Had to get my lawyer, my bank, and NY police involved. Due to covid the phones are no longer on. So l go to the website and leave a call back request. That was Sunday night. Monday morning, not receiving a phone call and I didn't see an email by 10 so I emailed again. The EMAIL was finally replied to, not the first email from from Sunday night, but the one I wrote Monday morning. ( they obviously don't go thru emails first thing, and certainly not in order of received ) I answered again. Requesting information about a product that it supposed to be in stock local to me. I asked to buy the product online or in person and be able to drive to the local spot to pick it up. The next day I get another generic email response with absolutely no help. Confirming that the product is indeed in stock at the local building by me. But didn't offer any help to buy, or pick up the item. The place is a joke, covid has been around over a year, get your employees back to work and answering the phone in person. I dont enjoy writing negative reviews but consumers must be warned about ordering online from this store. You have plenty of options to order your Mopar Parts. Dont make the mistake of ordering from All Mopar Parts. It took 2 months to receive my shipment after they confirmed all items were in stock. I then receive the shipment and due to poor packaging and handling by the carrier, most of the parts came in damaged. After sending photos, they tell me, its only a scratch. After offering me a small credit which I rejected, I requested they send me a replacement part that was not damaged. Since then I am forced to send emails on a daily basis only to be ignored. Not sure this is how you treat an online customer that purchased $3000 worth of parts from your location. Do yourself a favor and go to your local Jeep dealer and order the parts from there. Their shipping costs are astronomical. You want to make sure you order from someone that is going to provide service when something goes wrong. Clearly this is not their concern. read more
