Now NEXT upcoming HERE is where Nor-Great Neck Repair Makes An Error! On MAY 1, 2022 they enter in that my car is getting an oil change. They don't put in the mileage. I get my Oil Change at the same previous North Brunswick, NJ Chevy dealership on MAY 23, 2022 with 90,796 miles. Through out the years Noted Above this Nor-Great Neck has been entering in NonExistent Repairs to my car!! On AUG 7th, 2024 i get my car repaired with 113,315 miles. AND HERE COMES Nor-Great Neck Garage AGAIN entering in my car data on APR 4, 2025 , but THIS TIME entering in a Fake Odometer Mileage of 55,960 !! As of MAY 12th, 2024 my odometer is 133,335 miles. I have had to leave my cars there for a few days while they were being serviced and he always gives me updates. He even calls my husband to fill him in as well! The most recent time my car was serviced I was quoted $3000 (brakes, rotors, air hose, etc) on LI and Jason did the same work for MUCH less than that. He even showed me the parts that he replaced to assure me that he wasn't running game. He even found another hose that needed to be replaced that the last mechanic didn't mention to me and replaced it for free. Jason and his crew now service all my vehicles and my dad's. Between us we have a Corolla, Camry, BMW X5 & Dodge Durango and they do it all. If you don't live in Queens it's definitely worth the trip or phone call!

Hasib had ordered the wrong front tires for my car, which caused several dashboard errors. He had me come to Rice's Automotive (new shop he is now at) to resolve issues from my inspection. Hasib realized and admitted he had ordered front tires that are the wrong size for my car but he blames the mechanic (Ernie) for installing those wrong tires and he says it's Ernie's fault. He sent me to Hempstead Discount Tire (where Ernie is now at) and that Ernie will take care of the situation and fix it. I went there and Ernie said it's not his fault and it's Hasib's fault and that he (Ernie) will not be fixing the tires. Hasib said he feels bad and he will have his mechanic (Cruz) fix this situation Instead of providing the new tires I was owed and paid for, Cruz installed old, used tires from 2023. The proof was undeniable: one tire had a visible, pre-existing patch on it. This same patched tire went completely flat hours after I drove home I called Cruz immediately and he said to bring the car back and he'll take care of it. At this point, my trust was completely broken. A shop that passes off old, defective parts as a legitimate 'fix' is not a shop that operates with integrity and an excellent standard of service and I refused to waste any more time in receiving a bare minimum standard of service Their solution was minimal and dishonest I would not recommend this shop to anyone
