Reconstruction: Avoid at all costs. They clearly maximize their profits by hiring the cheapest subcontractors they can find, regardless of their quality. I fired their first team after they drywalled over both a/c intake vents, gouged a hole in our ceiling, and tore through the drywall behind our fridge. The guy they sent to repair the damage behind the fridge, drywalled around the water line in a way that wouldn't let us push the fridge far enough back to open both doors. They had to call the subcontractor's owner to fix the problem, as the dry-wall guy didn't speak English or have problem-solving abilities (per the owner). They'd estimated 1.5 days for the job; it took 8.
When I emailed the company to complain, the manager acted insulted, rather than really listening. He offered to make good any remaining defects, but didn't offer anything to make up for my poor experience, or to consider reviewing their selection process to keep similar problems from happening in the future.
Drying service: The initial technician brushed me off when I showed him an issue that might complicate drying. The next day, I called his boss and told him, but was assured the technician knew his business (better than "the little lady?"). After 4 days of industrial blowers roaring in my kitchen, and 4 different technicians, the guy agreed it was a problem and fixed it. Our insurance agent had to come out to agree to 2 extra days of drying, but it finally worked.
