When our dog was a puppy and vomited in the car (car sickness) on the way there, they came out and took care of him in teh car. I brought my chinchillas here to see Dr Shinkle. Chinchillas are exotic and not always seen. I have been to Vets in the past who weren't even knowledgeable about them. Saturday my boyfriend came in with one of our guinea pigs who was showing signs of bladder problems. We saw Dr. Shinkle for the first time since she's become a vet and she's just as wonderful as she was when she was an RVT! She did a thorough exam and we told her what was going on with our boy. Unfortunately we had to make a very painful decision to say goodbye to our little guy and Dr. Shinkle was very supportive helpful. The amount of compassion she showed us was so appreciated. The entire office was very considerate during this awful time for us, which I feel makes a huge difference. Euthanasia is never an easy or light situation but when you have a team that is so supportive it just warms your heart and means a lot. Thank you everyone so much for your love. read more

Wow I cannot recommend Dr. Shinkle enough! I can't believe I didn't find this vets office sooner. Front staff and vet techs were incredibly sweet and welcoming. Dr. Shinkle was so knowledgable and patient she answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed at all. She really knows her stuff when it comes to rats! I first brought my rescued 7year old labradane in early 2017. Dr Reiner & Dr Imada took great care of him up until his last days in 2023. Incredibly compassionate during that hard time. I've been taking my two cats to see Dr. Imada for the last few years. They were both seniors with a combination of kidney disease, thyroid issues, and congestive heart failure. I had to make the heart wrenching decision to euthanize twice; November 2022 and just last week, April 2024. This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but Dr. Imada and his staff were extremely compassionate and caring. If you're looking for an affordable vet who genuinely cares about animals with a loving and helpful staff then this is where you want to go. I had an old English bulldog with plenty of health issues that came up throughout his life. I've been to 2 other vets who were constantly price gauging, trying to add on different charges and even for a normal check up I was left with huge bills. I was getting so fed up, constantly coming in for the same issues and never having the problem solved By luck I tried All Pets and found out new forever vet. My dog, Gotti loved going. A visit to the vet became better than a visit to the park. The staff was always super helpful and sweet on the phone or when checking in. I left with a happy dog and a happy wallet! Their prices are so reasonable and they never try to add on extra costs other than what you are there for. They are also amazing at accommodating us if we had urgent issues come up. & if they were unable to they would never just turn us away but always suggest other vets or emergency vets we could go to. Even during Covid with all the different rules and regulations that came into play- the staff did an amazing job with getting your pet from the car and coming back to update you on how things were going, and bringing back a happy pet and keeping you safe and distanced during quarantine. The doctors are knowledgeable and amazing at explaining diagnoses and treatment plans in ways you can understand. They take the time to give you pros and cons if you're faced with making choices about treatment and giving your pet the best outcome. Dr. Imada made a difficult diagnoses easier for us. I can't stress enough how the staff and doctors made us feel like our Gotti was as special to them as he was to us. When it came time to say goodbye to our boy they made it easy as well. Explaining the process, giving him lots of treats. Giving us all the time we needed with him to grieve before leaving; and sharing so many kind words about him to ease the pain. I just wanted to take some time to update my review--I've had Millie Toast since May 2020, and we've been through a lot, from mammary tumors, to a CCL tear, to luxating patella, to teeth issues, to a dislocated hip, to heart and liver issues, and now Cushing's. Dr. Imada and the team have been there for us the entire time. They are so sweet to my girl and very patient with me and all of my questions. I love them, and I am so grateful. We have to go to specialists sometimes for her very special issues, and I always trust Dr. Imada's recommendations, but those other vets are never as good. I wish I never had to trust anyone else. I came here to this vet a few weeks ago because my friend has recommended it and my dog needed an annual exam. She had amazing things to say about this vet, and upon meeting Dr. Reimer and the vet techs, I was immediately impressed! They are so friendly and really took the time to exam my pet. I can also tell how much they loved my Cookie girl so I will definitely be coming back here! Only small complaint I have is that the front desk can do a better job at their customer service skills. The girl at the front desk, Carla I think, did give me attitude when I wanted to check on my wait time. It was a lot of unnecessary attitude and I can tell she did not want to be there. Personally, I really like coming into a place where I'll be receiving a medical service, and being received with hospitality and friendliness. Just my humble opinion. Dr. Shinkle is amazing with our puppy! She truly cares and spends the time to explain and answer questions. The staff is great too! You can tell they love working there. I highly recommend this place. We used to go to corporate vet hospitals, and this place is so much better and comfortable. We'll be taking our two other dogs here as well. I'm so thankful for all pets medical! My maltipoo got her leash stuck in the curve of her nail! She was bleeding and crying but wouldn't let me anywhere near her. It was terrifying. I called all pets and asked if I could bring in my dog. The receptionist went and checked with the doctor and said to bring my dog in. They were out to my car within Minutes. When they saw my dog was in defensive mode they went back to get a blanket and gloves and had my baby inside in no time. The doctor came out to reassure me they got the leash for it and her nails cut. They also gave her all the shots she was due for. Okay hey didn't even CHARGE me for an emergency visit and only charged me for the service. I would 10/10 recommend and will be bringing my other dog here when he's due for his appointment. read more
