He asked if I had shut the main water shutoff valve off, I told him I had just moved into the house and did not know where it was. He instructed me where and what to look for in my basement. He told me he could come out that evening but if I could get through the night and wait till the next morning, I could save 50% on the labor charge since overtime rates were mandatory. But suddenly they had a new policy that they would not make any purchases because supposedly another client was unhappy with a prior purchase. They refused to listen when I told them I didn't care what they purchased, and Chris never bothered to respond to my email. Needless to say, we immediately hired another plumber who came right out (after purchasing the part) and did a great job, and this was our last attempt to work with Belli.
