She explained the process, apologized for having us pull forward to wait, and thanked us throughout each interaction. Bring it to their attention and the manager starts rolling her eyes, due to her staffs incompetence to read, putting the blame on the customer. Her response was to make a 6-inch, to make up for the missing half, my response was to please remake the whole sandwich as it's cleary hard as a rock. She had the audacity to look me straight in the face and said "NO", which is an unacceptable response in the food service industry. Customer Service is half the job, along with making the sandwich correctly, if you can't do either of those, you don't deserve to be a manager. Rant over, go to Main steet Subway if you want a pleasant experience, they got it going on over there.

went here, under new ownership- take a fly swatter, their order window is swarming since they dont clean outside-scary- their kinda rude- oh and they believe as did Yvonne that 4---------- count them 4 medium sized- no bigger than 3 inches in diameter makes up an order of Onion Rings and they charge you 4 bucks for that. They will also pull out a tiny pineapple from a can, full of juices, put it on a burger and call it a Hawaiian, thanks for the soggy burger. I've read all the reviews and have seen many complaints and comments about Wingers on the various webpages available. I was prepared for what is kindly called sub par service and an almost comical availability issue that i'll speak more to in a moment. We visited on a Tuesday afternoon at about 4:40 for an early dinner. The restaurant wasn't busy and we were seated immediately. It took a good while for the order taker to come over and accept our order. The drinks took what we feel is a normal amount of time to arrive, and the food even a bit longer, but we were prepared for slow service based upon the experiences of others. We ordered some buffalo wings (bone in), tacos and onion rings. (we didn't order alcohol by choice). The wings were standard and probably a little better than what's currently available in Fernley, and my wife enjoyed the tacos (salmon). The onion rings had a nice batter. I felt the wings weren't fresh as they held no temperature heat and the onion rings appeared to have been sitting a while as well. We requested No Special sauce for the onion rings and No ranch/bleu-cheese for the wings but rather BBQ and some more buffalo sauce. The flaw I experienced in their service delivery is the fact that the food came to us with the incorrect sauces (instantly corrected - thank you ) because they were delivered by runners who have no idea about the special instructions relayed to the order taker. I dislike group service efforts- it's like the old game "telephone" and the product never comes out right in the end. While seated we heard others asking for on tap beer. The scuttlebut around here is that this "Ale House" has not served any "real beer" yet and there is no ETA about when that will change. You're an Ale House? This is a franchise and obviously the franchisee is struggling big time. The place is relatively clean but a bit cold as the AC seems to be set to overdrive. We found it a little pricey $80 with tip for basically wings (15) onion rings and tacos (2) supported by two soft drinks. At best i'll call and order some wings ahead of time to pickup during football season but it is highly unlikely we're coming back for another sit down meal. We were not impressed with the rest of the menu. Essentially the rest of the menu consists of burgers and some salads. We did not even look at the dessert menu as it was small and insignificant to us. It's a good step up from what is considered diner food but it isn't anything special. I hope they do ok. Their business lay in attracting transients from the interstate. The locals are tuning out fairly quick.

They have a home taste to them like a real burger not a frozen patty. Milk shakes are always sooooo good, I've had almost every flavor.
