No one wants to be in an accident that requires their car to be towed due to damage, but when I found myself in that exact situation, All Points Towing was great when I called them for help. They provided an upfront quote right away and told me they'd have a tow truck on the scene within 30 minutes. Justin, the driver, showed up in more like 15 minutes and was very professional at all times. He wore a face mask while I was in the cab of his truck, which I appreciated. Hopefully I won't have the need to tow a car again anytime soon, but if I do, I would use All Points Towing again and I would recommend them to others. read more

The response time was really good up until the point where Brandon their driver showed up I asked him to please jump start the car with his jumper box before trying to tow it to see if that would fix the problem because we had attempted to do so with my son-in-law's car and we're unable to do so cuz the jumper cables were substandard and he had seen us earlier he refused to do so he then attempted to unlock the shift lock release using his house key gouging up the area around my console when I asked him to please not do that and to get the correct tool to do that with he promptly disconnected his truck and drove off this is not professional service will not recommend this company ever read more

Everything started off awesome with this company. I called AAA and they don't offer bike towing at the membership level I have but they recommended All Points. I called and they said they could be there in 30 minutes with a flatbed for the bike. The driver arrived promptly but seemed really unfamiliar with motorcycles. We wheeled the bike onto the flatbed together and then he left me holding it and raised the bed to flatten it out. Everytime he worked with the bike I had to tell him to put it in neutral or first depending on what he was doing. He added a few tow straps to the front and cinched them down. He drove off and we followed. As we drove along McCarran I wound up getting in front of him. I met up with him on 395 and followed him off the Mill Exit. At Mill he pulled off abruptly into the center divide. It wasn't safe for me to do also so I went ahead and drove the rest of the way to the dealership. When the driver arrived a bit later he tried to laugh and say he almost lost the bike. He only put the two front straps on and it started to tip over. He forgot to put a strap through the bike wheel / tire. Not what you tell the customer. My bike arrived (barely) and an employee at the dealership helped unload it. Next time I will strongly emphasize that someone better versed in towing bikes be sent to my aid. I'm just glad my bike made it out unscathed in the end but I could have done without the panic attack update re: the possible tip over/ loss. read more

I was assigned this company through AAA. The driver was very rude on the phone prior to meeting me at my car. During the onloading, Brandon Pennet, was on the phone the entire time. He asked if I was going to meet him at the drop off location, I said yes. And gave him directions on where to leave it. His driving was very aggressive (I was following him), he rode the ass of every car on front of him and jumped between lanes very erratically. Once we got to the repair shop, he refused to bring it into the back and argued with me about it then left it in the middle of the parking lot without saying a word to me. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a towing company. read more

All Points driver (Jason) is THE MAN. I got my truck stuck in a ditch off of Mount Rose HWY during the blizzard on 02-28-2023. Got in an accident and needed a tow to body shop. I called the accident claim site for State Farm Insurance and requested a tow. After a nearly 2 hour wait, I still had not received a response to my request for a tow despite subsequent calls to request help. Eventually, I decided to call someone on my own and called All Points Towing. The dispatch person was very friendly and helpful and within 10 minutes a tow truck had arrived. The driver of the truck was friendly and very adept at working with my disabled car. Within a few minutes the car was loaded on the truck and on its way to the body shop. What great service! I felt the fee was very reasonable for this great service. If I need a tow again, I will call All Points right away and not bother with a call to State Farm. read more

**BEWARE** They are a bunch of shysters!! I was desperate for a car so I attended one of their auctions in hopes of finding a decent running vehicle for an affordable price. The first car I bid on I was getting out bid.....BY THE OWNER. I had to stop bidding when I felt that I no longer was going to get a great deal when the owner of the company refused to let it go for what HE wanted it to sell for. I ended up buying a little Mitsubishi that, when I started it, the engine sounded good. It was the ONLY car that was completely blocked in so I couldn't put it in Drive to see if it actually drove. After paying $500 for it, they moved the car blocking it in only for me to discover the transmission is shot! Lesson learned. I hope All Points Towing chokes that $500 and karma pays them back read more

My boyfriend and I were stuck on the side of I-80, just south of Verdi, Nevada when our car overheated. The car was done and we would have been as well, if it weren't for Tommy and Bobby at All PointsTowing. I had lost my wallet in Reno and so did not have my ID, money, or my AAA card (who we called to get help), but it didn't matter! They graciously worked out their schedules at 10:00 pm on a Saturday night to get us and our busted a@$ Jetta back to the foothills in California, about 75 miles away. Oh, and one more thing: I managed to leave my phone in the tow truck, and Tommy insisted on sending it to me via priority mail. He would not allow me to pay him for the postage, either. On Friday the 13th 2017. AAA dispatched this towing company to retrieve our vehicles. We were located in a semi remote area. There was a 1 year old baby with its mother and father and myself with both vehicles stuck. The driver showed up with a vehicle incapable of doing the job. We were told he would return with a different vehicle and help us out. He never returned leaving us stranded. We also were never notified that he would not return. We had a bad experience also a huge concern for the little baby. After much cold wet work in the snow we got the one vehicle out and made it back to Reno. Would have been a nice thing to have the towing company follow up with a phone call notification. Such a disregard for life and safety. Shame on this company! read more

My son locked my keys in the car. We called roadside assistance and they dispatched All Points Towing around 8 pm. The driver never arrived and never called to tell us no one would be coming out. When I was able to get a hold of someone the next morning, they said that because we were in Red Rock they couldn't help us at night (a call would have nice to at least notify us of this information!). They apologized and said they'd have a truck out within an hour. An hour and a half later, I called back and was told it would only be another half an hour. Ten minutes later I received a call that they wouldn't be coming because it is snowing. What kind of towing company doesn't travel in the dark, or when there is weather?!?!? I got a flat at 7PM on Wednesday, July 8th 2015. I called my roadside assistance through USAA- and was told City Auto Towing would arrive in about 30mins. My 5 year old son and I waited for their arrival, in the rain. By 8:45- I called back to get an ETA. USAA called City Auto's dispatch- who informed them that their truck had broken down and a second truck would be dispatched, and that they should have called (they didn't). By 9:45 - I again called, USAA contacted City Auto's dispatch again- and was told they would now be there in 15 mins. By 10:45- I called for the third time- USAA called City Auto- & I was told the driver was not coming. He had decided not to come, and USAA could find a 2nd Tow company to dispatch to me. Keep in mind- City Auto had my phone number, and never once called either time to say they were not coming, & instead stranded a single mother for 4 HOURS in the rain while her frustrated 5 year old begged to go home and go to bed. Never in my life have I been more appalled by a company- & shocked at their lack or concern and care. They left me on the side of the road, without a word , in the dark and rain, with a child. The point of all this - I had someone pick me up, & came back this morning , calling USAA insisting they send any company but City Auto. All Points to the rescue! They arrived quickly- contacting me throughout & arriving well before the estimated time. Once there, the driver was funny, kind, and quick! What an efficiently run business. I'm impressed they were able to turn my experience ultimately into a positive one. From now on, I'll ask for All Points. read more

This is the company that AAA is contracted with in the Reno (and outlying) areas. Meet have an imported SUV and a supercharged Silverado SS. With these two vehicles comes lots of towing (and flatbed towing, at that). We use All Points approximately 4-5 times a year. Every driver we get is kind and courteous. We always request a flatbed and never once had All Points sent a non-flatbed. I've had issues with that in other areas. All of their trucks have been in great condition and look brand new. Although we have no choice in towing companies, I am happy to say I'm glad. I wouldn't choose any other company. Another plus is their community involvement. I always see them at different events around the community. They were at a truck event for kids in Sparks and they always visit my daughters preschool to let the kids see the trucks. On Sunday August 25, 2019 we requested a tow foe our Nissan SUV. The driver was Leah and delivered the SUV to the address below. We requested that the drop be in our driveway that has a slight hill. Leah indicated that a driveway drop is not normal because of the possibility of damage to the driveway. She took the time to explain the difficulty and answered all our questions. We talked about possible ways we could minimise the risk and came up with a plan. To protect you company she had us sign a damage waiver. The drop went off perfectly and I was highly satisfied. I requested a tow from my insurance and I was sent a text message stating that all points towing would be there with in a half an hour. After an hour of waiting I called their dispatch and was informed they would call be back with an ETA on the driver. After a half and hour of not receiving a call back I call their dispatch again and was informed the driver was right around the corner and would be there in a few minutes. After another 20 minutes of waiting I called my insurance back to see if they had better luck with Finding a correct ETA, but after making multiple call my insurance was told that I had already spoke with the drive, and got a new ETA, which was not true. My wife and I were running some errands in Sparks, and at our last stop, found our car's battery was dead! We are AAA members, so we called and they told me All Points was the towing company that would respond to our situation. I didn't get his name, but the driver showed up within 30 minutes, was smiling and friendly. He asked a few questions about the state of our car, then hooked up his jumper cables. The car started right up, and he suggested we go to a nearby Autozone to have them run a diagnostics test to see if the problem was with the alternator or the battery. We did just that, and discovered the battery needed to be replaced. All Points' driver and his suggestion were spot on! They are on AAA's recommended auto service and towing for a very good reason. They are great, and I'll keep them in mind should my family or friends are in need of a tow or jump start. read more
