After being 2 hours late I called to see if my tow truck was even in route to find out that he had to drop off a toolbox on the totally other side of town. The driver was there in less than 15 minutes, changed my tire to the spare, and directed me to the nearest tire store, less than one mile away. On the phone and in person they are friendly, professional, and efficient. They gave me quotes over the phone and that was what they charged me, no hidden costs. i will never take my car to this shop again. i had a ford focus blow an engine and all points was the first on the AAA list so they came out and towed my car. i understand that auto shops do have a certain amount of wait time for a repai; but i waited a week and a half before it was even looked at to assess what needed to be done to fix it. after that i waited another week and a half before i was informed the possible cost of the repair and was told that it would cost more than the worth of the car. i know that this is not the businesses fault for the potential cost but it really would have been nice to know that it was a lost cause so that i could have begun looking for a replacement and not continued to pay for a rental car while waiting for my destroyed car to be fixed. i will never take my car to this shop again and i advise others to do the same. they received two stars from me because their tow service does a good job and is very quick with response and pick up time. read more

Great service and incredibly friendly staff. Pricing is also incredibly inexpensive for the level of customer service they give. I was expecting to pay $100 or more but it only costed me $77. Jeremy was great and gave me some ideas to start checking for fixes. If I'm ever in a jam with a dead battery or stuck car I'll be calling them again and recommending them to my friends. read more

I sadly have had to have several vehicles towed thank God for AAA as it happens all points has gotten most of those calls we have been fortunate to have the same young man Paris I believe he has always shown up with a smile been pleasant eve. If he is sure I'm an idiot he has been professional and when I haven't had AAA the rates seem steep till you call around 284 304 185 all points 140 from cold springs to sparks I would recommend all points towing to every other idiot who knows nothing about taking care of their cars and end up needing a tow thanks guys read more

My vehicle broke down in the subway drive-thru on Kietzke ln. I had City Auto Towing come out and tell me they could not get it out without special equipment and left. All Points Towing comes out, while later than I would had prefered, and Jeremy had me loaded within 20 minutes without the special equipment. The understanding of his job and a cheerful attitude is why I will be requesting Jeremy at All Points Towing from now on. read more

My daughter had a flat tire at her office (flat like all the way to the ground flat). Called and spoke with Savannah for an ETA and pricing. Savannah explained we would be looking at about 90 minutes, but she would try to get the driver there sooner and there would only be a $65 hook-up fee and no mileage as our tow was under 5 miles. My daughter and I received a call from Savannah about 15 minutes into our wait, giving us an update of the drivers ETA. All total, we waited 55 minutes and the driver, Perris showed up! NICE guy, hussled, professional ~ got us towed over to Tires Plus in no time and we were home for dinner to ENJOY the rest of our evening! Needless to say, we are VERY impressed with the EXCELLENT customer service this company provides! HIGHLY recommend! read more

They were first rate. I bought a classic car that was not running. It was difficult to get onto the truck due to the location and the flat tires. The driver was patient and resourceful about getting it loaded. He arrived quickly and positioned the car right where I wanted it. I will think of them first when I need a tow. read more

my insurance roadside assist called some other tow company first and they wanted near 200. don't remember the name. but they called All Points Tow the second time (next time i'll just tell them to call All Points first and eliminate the middle man. William came 20mins sooner than even his dispatcher quoted. he was kind, polite and even helpful about who to switch to when it comes to better roadside assist that covers more than the crap i have now. he also came in a few dollars under the price quoted. excellent and safe driver. will always use All Points in the future. read more

Very good customer service it seems like here in the Reno area it is hard to get somebody just to tow a car.

I found myself stranded at the post office in dire need to pick up my dog from the groomers, when my key would not fit into my ignition (a peg popped out and blocked the key). Thankfully having AAA, I called for an automative locksmith. Instead, I received a tow to the dealership. The dispatcher was kind and called more than once to keep me posted on estimated arrival time - something I appreciated greatly. The young man that came out was nothing but kind and helpful. He even stopped at the groomers so I can pick up my dog. Such kindness and consideration that saved the day. I hope to never need a tow again, but I know that I'll defiantly be calling All Points if I do. read more

My car got stuck on Mt. Rose HWY 431, due to an engine blowing out. I called a ton of places and got quoted more than I could afford, and All Points was the cheapest, responded quickly, and was very respectful. Even though it was a mission to get my car out of the snow bank, especially due to the storm, they still got it down safely, and quickly. I have got to learn to read these reviews before getting any kind of service! I can not say enough good things about the people, the service, the response time, the fact that I was called with updates and the quality of their equipment. When I called All Points I had already waited over two hours for another company in this "Silver State" of ours. I called and the nicest lady answered, checked her current load and quoted a price (25% cheaper than the other company) and could have a truck to my house in 30 minutes. Will was the driver that arrived and went right to work after verifying the job and the quoted price. This young man is what the work "service" is all about. Explained everything, double checked where the car was going, knew how to hook up and load the car to avoid any damage. I met Will at the repair location and he was just as careful unloading. He was a pleasure to have met and the lady in the office was also very polite in tone and you felt that she cared. This is the company I will call every time from now on for any of my service. I called All Points Towing as they were recommended by my Allstate agent. They quoted me $50 and they would be there in 25 minutes maximum. The sheriff spoke with their dispatcher to let her know that they were helping with traffic control and I was in a bad spot on a blind turn in the middle of the road. I asked them to call me if it would take longer than 25 minutes so I could let the sheriff know. After waiting 30 minutes with no call, I called back and was told it would be 15 more minutes. In all it took 55 minutes for the driver to get to me. He was great and towed my car fine. Then they asked to pay $60 and the supervisor wouldn't honor the $50 quote even after having waited longer. I will not use them again since they didn't call to say it would be longer. $10 more isn't a big deal, but they could have had much better customer service. I wouldn't have minded to pay a little more if they would just have communicated better. read more
