AWD light was on, they could not determine the cause and left the check light on. they suggest a…read more"smoke test". it was more than I could afford and left. a few days latter I went to have a tire repaired. the looked at the check light and said there was nothing wrong but suggested that the cause was probably a bad seal on the gas Capp. they reset the check light and I bought a new gas cap. two weeks latter and all is well. were they going to charge for test, after test, after test? be cautious.

I used my diagnostic tester to try to determine what the problem was. The tester indicated that there was a misfire in one of the cylinders. I finally reached Cruz Auto Repair in the late afternoon. Corey replied back that he could come to the house between 6 & 8 that evening (Sunday). Corey came at about 6:45 and immediately began to diagnose the issue and found that the cylinder had a bad spark plug. We talked about a price and I decided to have Corey change all the plugs. which he did. running a test again, he found that one of the coils was also bad. Since it was late at night, after 8 PM and the auto parts store was closed, we discussed a price and agreed that Corey would come back the next morning with a new replacement coil. Corey came back the next morning and replaced the coil and now the car is working just fine. From the start, Corey showed knowledge of auto repairs, did exactly what he said he would do for the price that he quoted each time. I would highly recommend Cruz Auto Repair for all repairs. At this point we asked for our money back and the owner got aggressive. Additionally they screwed up our lug nuts so we can't get our tires off. So now we have to repay to do their work and fix the lug nuts/bolts they destroyed. They started out ok, but went downhill fast. A shame because at first we thought they were trustworthy. I recommend not taking your chances unless it's something you have time to do two or three times over....

After reading the reviews I called Shepherds and they said to come right in. They found a razor blade stuck in the tread but the cause of the leak was a damaged needle in the tire stem. Went there for an oil change and to check out if I have any issues with my car, since I have an engine check light. The professionalism wasn't there, wanted to give me some average oil even though my car requires best oil, which I personally had to tell them. Then told me nothing about the engine. Speed: Took 1.5/2 hours to get the oil that I wanted and change it. Value: Terrible, paid $220 for an oil change, where I can go and spend $250 at the professional shop, with all the original parts.
