SMH! Needless to say, Stockton saved our behinds (namely hers) from forcing her to forfeit the game. He was able to supply the exact racket and get it strung all within 45 min!! Annnnnnd help 3 other people. Just stupendous! If you need anything from a pro shop, go to this one. Excellent customer service!!

When I pointed out that it was 7x longer than his quote he said "so we won't do it then" and hung up on When I went to pick up my work that still wasn't done the manager screamed at me and had to be asked multiple times to lower his voice. When I collected my property and told I wasn't interested in doing business with him he screamed "That's right I defend my guys. Don't worry I know your name, I know your name, I KNOW YOUR NAME!" He repeated this in a vaguely threatening manner as I left the store. Don't go here. Not just rude but outright hostile. Unprofessional. Can't keep to their obligations or even apologize let alone inform you if work will be delayed. I would give a lower rating if I could.

I was a customer (September 2023) as they installed handlebar tape that I purchased in the internet. (Rough Rider Shop kept very little inventory on hand.) I recall the owner being a nice friendly man from Spain whose brother Pol was visiting for a few weeks and helping him at the shop. The store was not open on Sundays, so this was one of the drawbacks of patronizing them.

Beads all over the floor in the room I'm currently storing my stuff in where my son sleeps at my dad's. I made a decision, no more crystal jewelry except for one black tourmaline bracelet and I won't be buying another black tourmaline bracelet unless the one I have breaks which has happened a few times already. So I had some time before I had to pick up my son from school and I was off for coming into work on Saturday. I found lovestoned and wanted to check them out so I drove over. I looked around the store there's so much goodness I wanted to buy. I got a black tourmaline bracelet and an adventurine heart. From now on I'm buying crystal pieces and just placing them wherever I would like them to be to fulfill whichever purpose. I put the heart in my wallet to attract money even though it's likely the only money I'll be getting is my paycheck, an amended tax return I've been waiting an eternity for and my 2021 tax return if I'm getting one. But maybe it will help me get extra unexpected money we'll see. The set up here is nice and beautiful. I love every crystal store I've been in but one in Merrick although I love it and it is peaceful doesn't have that spiritual vibe set up. One day if I ever have oodles and oodles of money I would be dropping it in crystal stores, places with rapper merchandise, guitar center, vegan places, tattoo shops and on travel and food unless my interest and taste change.

LOL I knew I'd have a better experience than my daughter recently had Dick's Sporting Goods with low inventory of tennis racquets and nonexistent staff (not even considering their level of knowledge). I visited Topspin yesterday (Saturday) afternoon and met Bill Levin (owner) who was friendly and knowledgeable about tennis racquets. He asked me a few questions about my daughter to estimate the proper grip size. He suggested a few entry level full graphite racquets (prestrung) and told me that if I purchased one (before removing the tags and use) I should take a picture of my daughter's grip on the racquet and send it to his personal mobile phone to review. If it's not the proper size grip I could bring the racquet in and exchange. I purchased the Babolat 2020 Boost A W Prestrung Tennis Racquet in Black, Pink and White color. I took the picture of my daughter gripping the tennis racquet and Bill promptly responded with, "Perfect," so I felt comfortable with the sizing. I'm very happy with the selection, knowledge and friendly service at Topspin.

The machines go up to 60 mph. You have to feed the machine but you get a protective net so its pretty safe. You can also come here for T ball if you have young children. We usually pay $30 for a single half hour session, but I believe you can buy packages/bundles which will make each individual session cheaper. You can buy bats, gloves, helmets, balls, or anything else you might need. Great place!
