AVOID All Pro Automotive & Collision at All Costs I took my 2023 Dodge Charger Widebody Redeye Jailbreak Last Call Edition, a $130k car for which I paid an additional $40k over sticker, totaling $170k, to All Pro Automotive & Collision (981 Old Country Rd Unit A, Westbury, NY) after an accident. Ahmad, the owner, assured me he would treat my car as his own and make it like new. He did not! Ahmad changed unnecessary parts and failed to fix the undercarriage damage. Upon picking up my car, I noticed burning smells and rear-end friction, which he dismissed. After driving home, my car smoked from the rear and needed to be towed back to the shop. Ahmad had replaced the rear end unnecessarily, influenced the adjuster to cover it, and failed to complete the paint protective film valued at $10k that was already on the car. He promised to cut me a check so I could go to the Wrap Lab that originally did the work, but he never did! He lied, contradicted himself, and refused to refund the insurance money when I confronted him. He was paid over $25k but did not fix all the damage, claiming he wasn't paid for the undercarriage work despite it being his responsibility to list all damages. Ahmad is inexperienced and a scammer. Absolutely excellent all around. They dealt with a ton of challenges from vendors, the insurer, and the rental car company so I didn't have to, and did a great job fixing up my car overall. I've had my 2016 Audi Q3 at all pro twice and couldn't be happier. The first time for being rear ended and my bumper literally fell off and the second time my car was completely wrecked on the passenger side. It had basically been scraped from bumper to bumper while I was parked and I was beside myself. When I say this place goes above and beyond, it's really just an understatement. Naderi not only offered to have the car towed from where I was (Bk) to the shop all the way in Westbury, Long Island but he also helped me through the claims process and was there for me every step of the way! While the car was in the shop he noticed that an oil change would be due soon so he took care of that too!
