My husband brought the screen over and was told the person who fixed then was out but they would work on it when they got back beginning of next week. They never called to say the screen was ready. They gave me a husband a hard time when he went in to inquire about it like I he was bothering them. Said if he wasnt called it wasnt done. (Btw it was done). Then there was a phone call from the owner asking the employee if she was ok. Minute after he started conversing with her. My husband is even tempered, laid back and non confrontational. I guess the owner saw he was biracial on the camera, and that apparently made him scared for the female employees safety. (He could hear the whole conversation) Oh by the way my husband works for Suffolk County jail system she was probably safer with him in there. We will drive elsewhere the next time we need a screen fixed or buy the materials online and do it ourself next time since it isn't thay hard. Good customer service goes a long way, unfortunately that's not what we received here. Very unfortunate.

It took under two hours and I was done. They would've come to me but because of snow I thought it was better to bring it to them. It worked out great. They have a comfortable waiting room and Kim is great. She's knowledgeable and personable and fun to talk with. They took my insurance so I had no charge. I would recommend them for all your glass and mirror needs. They do glass shower doors too.

He did an excellent job on all my windows. The cost was reasonable, he and his helper arrived as planned, and finished and cleaned up very well. If you wish, you may use my name as a positive reference. Pricing goes by the size of the window(s). You'll have to do some measuring in advance, send the dimensions to him, and then Jerry can give you an estimate. He'ss answer any of your questions and concerns, and is a very congenial guy. Now that the sun is aimed directly at us, the difference is great!

He discovered both clips had broken. But the window wasn't. He was prepared and brought a window with him to replace ours. As it was, someone had put the wrong window into the right box. Then Austin did something we never would have expected, he traveled 45 miles to get the right one. He kept in touch, off and on. Within one day, he came back and installed it. He also went above and beyond, and cleaned the window. All of this only cost us $280.30. Glass Advantage didn't call us until the next day and quoted us $300 and something. If we ever need a window replaced again, we're calling Austin as he gave us his business card. Not only did we appreciate his fast service, but that he was very personable with us old folks.

I heard squeaking that gave me, a non-car person, belief there was a brake issue. As he explained to me a car that's not driven very often will develop rust and sometimes sound like brakes I was shocked. He could've taken me for a ride for hundreds, but was honest and forthright. They will have my business for all.

I walked in when first opened to ask about their tint summer special and they were able to get me in right away since I'm not local and they both understood the hassle for me back and forth. 1.5hrs later, my car is complete night and day with 35% driver and passenger while the remaining rear received 20%. Now you see, i bet if it was any other mechanic shop they would keep your car, have you wait and then later on charge you for a couple of hours for their man hours. (I know this from experience) i took my car in to pep boys one time in Queens they kept my car overnight. And lets just say the next morning i wasnt a happy camper! The repairs on my car were done same-day and look good as new. While the car was being repaired, they noticed I needed an oil change and one of my windshield wipers wasn't working properly (was mis-aligned) and they did those fixes free of charge given all of the other fixes I was about to have to cover for myself and the other person's vehicle. I'm grateful to finally have a reliable shop I know is where I can go for anything automobile related -- big or small. Thank you, Masters!

Say X and do X and deliver not on time but early was the outcome in dealing with the awesome and super Paul and his company, Cannon Collision in Hicksville, Long Island NY about 26 miles east of NYC. Mom got into an auto accident with another driver coming into her lane and damaging the right front of her baby, her peppy mobile, her 2001 Honda Accord with 63,758 miles on it. I figured the car is done being 18 years young. So went out and got the 7 Series in the Ultimate Driving Machine, the BayerischeMotorenWerke for her and the services of a driver to take her anywhere. The gentleman quit after 3 hours and 40 minutes. Mom made it very clear that she was used to and very comfortable with her original vehicle and that the new wheels were a bit much. Hence, the new purchase with 241 miles on it sits in a garage in Gramercy Park in Manhattan. Started the process with the Insurance co. Adjustor Mike came out and loved the car stating current value $3780, repair estimate $1540. Got jerked around by a collision place in Westbury that was recommended - they kept the car for 17 days and did not do squat or even try. I called Paul. Great vibe, sounded like a straight shooter on the phone. Jose, his stellar employee came out to the house and towed the car( not drive able). The adjustor Mike came back as he had low balled. Then he called me to tell me that the car was a total loss and that they could" help me out" by reimbursing me the salvage value of $500 by signing the car over/selling to the Insurance Co. Mike and his coworker Jean from Claims had just attempted to graduate from the class" How to talk out of every crevice in my body'. Paul jumped on the phone in my presence and with my authorization spoke with Jean, talked the talk like her in her language and negotiated the fair reimbursement to ensure that the car that the Adjustor Mike loved was repairable with not a dime from my pocket.
