I live in Logan Square and this is the best dry cleaner in the area. Reasonable prices and the owner is extremely friendly and accommodating. I've gotten men's shirts dry cleaned here and also a pair of pants hemmed. Instead of telling me when things will be ready, she asks when I need them and does her best to have it done within the time frame. Very reliable and I won't go anywhere else. Incredibly quick, professional, talented and kind. On my first trip I took a men's suit, a shirt, and a (formal/designer) jumper. After I dropped them off for cleaning I received a call from All Pro saying they'd noticed the hem on one end of the jumper was ripped - which I'd meant to ask them to fix but had forgotten to mention. They offered to hem it, which they did - all told, this order cost just $30. I was so happy and impressed... ...so when I noticed my mom's winter coat had a broken zipper, I returned. I mentioned that it belonged to my mom when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, the charge was just $15. I offered a credit card, not noticing they request a credit card minimum (which is completely fair, considering the charges credit card companies levy on businesses). I apologized; she suggested I just pay whatever cash I had, but it was only $12. I felt so awful - but the woman insisted that was enough, patted my hand and said "For your mother". This place, and its people, are wonderful. It's not exactly convenient, but they have earned my trust and my continued business. read more

My new favorite dry cleaners. I had a bridesmaid dress that was taupe. I brought it to a cleaners closer to my house and they wouldn't even touch the dress. They said dry cleaning would ruin it and it couldn't be done. When I took it to All Pro they said no problem and they would have the dress back to me in a few days. The dress was cleaned perfectly with all stains removed! Never going anywhere else. read more

Great little place with fairly convenient hours. When they say open at 7am, they mean it - I waltz in at 7:04 to grab my dry cleaning before work and they're ready for me. I gave them a heavily soiled blazer with some pretty deep set stains - just a few days later it was back to mint condition. They do all their cleaning on site (or so it would appear from the machines in back), so they are able to turn things around very quickly. Price was roughly $5 per woman's item, which isn't bad in the dry cleaning world. I haven't tried any other service, but I will continue to go a little out of my way to go here. read more

Staff was rude and inappropriate. We gave them 25 items, were told they were ready so made the drive in lot pick them up, and only 24 were. They couldn't find the last shirt and said they would call us. No one did we called the next day and they had found it. They indicated they didn't clean it because it was damaged, so we drove back in to get it. After picking up what was a damaged shirt (our fault not theirs) I shared we were a little disappointed. We were called to get our items indicating they were all done when they weren't, second we had to call you when you committed to calling us. Now we have made two trips and would appreciate better communication next time. They after arguing apologized, we figured the matter was resolved. As we left the employee who apologized said to the other, what bull-s@&$. I said excuse me? To which he said he was talking to another customer... we were the only ones there. If they had just left it we would have happily remained customers. read more

I had a great experience here. Found and messaged them on Yelp to see if they could do a quick enough dress alteration for a wedding. Everyone else said no or quoted very high prices. All Pro answered right away saying it might be possible but they would need to see the dress to be sure. Best Dry Cleaner in the city. I took a suit in to be cleaned and not only did they do a great job with the dry cleaning, but she also sewed back on missing buttons and fixed a small rip in the suit without me even asking.
