Well the first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop, and the awesome counter top with donuts:-) I knew we picked the right shop..LOL - Then I met Josh who started the process of getting our car repaired. Brian the owner was very friendly and easy to work with.. Juan did a great job at evaluating our car, because we went to a few other shops and didn't have the same experience. APC was very patient with the insurance company who took their sweet time sending in their adjuster to approve the repairs after an accident. The work was minor and was completed in a day. This was the first time I had ever been involved in an auto accident and Brian of All Pro took the time to walk me through the entire process, explaining everything and calling me back with updates over the entire process. All Pro the best and Brian always very helpful. Has worked on my 1992 and 2007 Toyota Camry, 2010 Subaru Outback and always happy with results. Even let us know when not worth repainting(1992 Camry) or when prior painter left test paint on car. Just asked one of his workers to come over and wipe off. No bill and never heard a complaint from any of the multiple people we have referred. If I could give 100 stars I would. I have had a few minor accidents in the past and All Pro Collision made the process so easy from beginning to end. That's why Brian was my Go-To when my wedding band fell in a tiny hole under the bracket of one of my seats. Yep, believe it. I took it to Brian and there on the spot he tried to do what he could to find it. He told me to come back and he will have his guys remove the seats and fish it out. I highly recommend this auto repair company because they are truly dedicated to their work and pleasing customers. I did a really dumb thing to my car, brought it to Brian per my daughter's recommendation and the damage was pretty bad, with a repair estimate of about $2,000. It never occurred to me that my insurance would cover something that I did myself, but Brian believed that I would be covered. At his suggestion, I called my insurance agent and much to my surprise, it was covered and with no impact to my insurance rates. Had it not been for Brian's suggestion, I would have paid $2,000 instead of my deductible of $500. On top of that, the repair was done so well and so fast that I couldn't believe it. I even needed a ride for drop off and pick up and they were very obliging about that too. Best of all, if you have to sit around a wait or use a restroom, these are the most beautiful facilities of any auto repair place I've been to, in the class of a nice dealership, complete with good coffee!! Can't be beat. It's always great when you can find someone you trust, especially as an older, single woman who is often prey to not so honest repair people of all types. Thanks Brian!! read more
