I cant say enough good things about All Pro Collision. My fiance Hannah took her car there last year on the recommendation of AAA, and now she won't take her car anywhere else. They are incredibly friendly and personable, and do business with a great deal of integrity. I have never worried that All Pro was trying to overcharge us or charge us for something that we did not need. She has since brought her car in many times and has always been thrilled with the service. They even contacted her weeks after they had worked on her car to tell her that her insurance actually had covered some of it and to give her a partial refund. They easily could have kept that money, and it speaks volumes about their business that they sought her out. My car battery recently died and AAA roadside assistance told me there was likely something wrong with my alternator. I called All Pro Collision and was able to bring my car in within half an hour. Less than an hour later they called me and said there was nothing wrong with my alternator and I just had a battery issue. Again, they easily could have charged me to replace the alternator and made more money from me, but they have integrity and didn't do that. I recently had work done at this shop after being rear ended. It was a very minor incident, so this is the place that the other party's insurance recommended. I took the car in for an estimate, but ended up leaving it to get the work done because the place was great from the beginning. Upon my arrival the lady in the front verified my appointment and while doing so the owner came up to me, greeted me, introduced himself and offered assistance right away. He called Enterprise and asked that they pick me up so that I could get my rental. Super easy! That really impressed me. He was a very nice man. I left the car and Josh emailed me a couple of days later with an estimate. I approved the job, and picked up my car a few days later. Juan showed me the work that was done on the car and made sure I knew the work was guaranteed. He was extremely nice and helpful as well. They were quick, efficient, communicative, and very fair priced, not to mention that Brian and his team were all a pleasure to deal with.
