This place is terrible. I will never take my dog ther again. I realized last few times my dog was not washed at all. His ears was dirty. His tail was dirty. His paws were dirty. I went back and I asked him if he washed him ,he said yes he did,and he never clipped his nail .this morning. I woke up to a blood on the floor everywhere Because my dog couldn't walk and I thought he's getting older. My groomer closed her business and she was amazing at grooming my shitzu Poodle but my dog was desperate for a good grooming so based on Yelp reviews and how close it was I decided to give them a try.. Wow I didn't know what to say when I saw my dog Coco she looked completely butchered she went from looking like a beautiful girl at her last groomers to a hyena from the lion king. This was my first time trying a groomer in The Valley. I recently moved and for a few months and was still making the commute to Oxnard to get my poodle mix Remi a trim over there. I hadn't been able to take him in a few months and I realized he was so matted!! I called on a Saturday and All Pro Dog & Cat Grooming offered me an appointment on Monday! They not only got out all of the tangles and knots but they still somehow made him cute! They left him a little fluffy and we appreciate that. They were also reasonably priced. I found this groomer on yelp and decided to take my dog there based on the reviews. I was very disappointed though when I saw my dog after her bath and cut. I honestly don't even know if they washed her because she didn't smell that clean. Also they gave her a horrible cut and it's not even. If I could give 0 starts I would. I do not recommend this groomer and would like to warn other pet parents who love their pups to avoid this place at all costs. We trusted him with our perfectly healthy fur baby because he said he would be able to cut his nails using a cone. Our pup does not like his nails trimmed. When we arrived to pick up our Louie he angrily said "your dog tried to bite me." That was a response filled with guilt, as we realized later in the day, he hurt our Louie. The groomer must have squeezed his back too tight in response to our dog trying to bite him, or held him down too aggressively, because we ended up in the ER that night after he began loosing movement to his rear legs. He required emergency surgery and had 3 swollen disks. He is now paralyzed and requires around the clock care. At first the groomer said he would help us with bills and after his insurance said they don't cover this type of incident he ghosted us. We went to visit him with Louie to ask for financial assistance again and he looked at our dog in a diaper and paralyzed and said "I am not an emotional person." This groomer was negligent in caring for our our fur baby while in his establishment, he broke his promise to assist us financially, and our lives have changed forever. Not only did this one visit cost us thousands, and continues to cost us, but it changed our fur baby's life forever. We do not wish this on anyone so wanted to warn others by letting them know what happened to us and how this unemotional and negligent groomer treated us. read more

The hair under her paws and on her mouth is blood red even after I personally gave her a bath. They scratched the skin near her ear so when I try to dry her ears with a cotton ball she flinches. Normally, I would always make an appointment but there are times when I lag and forget. They tend to always make time for him whenever I call last min. We have been bringing our Havanese pup to John at All Pro grooming for three years now. They are obviously knowledgeable about the needs of specific breeds, and our little girl always comes back fresh and clean! With havanese grooming needs to be done regularly, like a poodle, and sometimes our pup gets mats, but the guys at All pro are always willing to help her feel comfortable, as they get those mats taken care of. Rather than the super short cuts that can happen because of mats, we always ask for a bit of a choppy look, to make sure our dog Maisie will always have some fluff on her. Second time bringing my dog here & I won't go anywhere else. First reason is they're quick, about 2 hours and they're done which is great because having your dog at the groomers all day is stressful. The second reason is because they're great with dogs and handle the dogs gently and with care. I haven't seen any cuts of marks on my dogs after grooming. There was a Latino gentleman by the name of Eric that greeted me with the warmest smile and immediately treated my little puppy like they were his. I left feeling like I left him in good hands and boy was I right. I have been to other groomers, and they have never blown me away with their work like Eric did.
