I recently brought my dog, Charlie, to this grooming location, and I am so grateful I found them. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. They took their time speaking to me and were so patient to my wants and needs for Charlie's haircut. They did an amazing job on his haircut. I could immediately see how comfortable he felt with them. They sent me photo update before Charlie was ready and I was in total AWE! So happy!! For context, I had a very upsetting experience at a previous grooming shop (Ari Pet Grooming), where was muzzled without my knowledge and in result his nail was injured and I was ultimately dropped as a client after Charlie wouldn't let his nails be trimmed the visit after the injury. After that incident, I was nervous trying a new place but a neighbor referred this place to me and this team truly restored my trust. I've heard from previous employees how bad they treat the dogs and they personally killed my dog because of their carelessness. It's taken me literal years to write this because my blood still boils when I think of their treatment to not just me; but my dog. They almost KILLED my dog, they knicked her so badly. They apparently didn't know who I was after 5 years and after 8-9 hours went by, they said they were gonna take her to a shelter and then completely botched her. They threatened me with a yelp review and still made me pay which I then challenged. I dropped my dog off at her designated appointment like the past 5 years we'd done. They even said her name and I called to confirm before I arrived. They could've looked at the schedule and seen who I was handing over. After 8 almost 9 hours went by I called and asked if she was almost done. "Oh we thought someone abandoned her, we called animal control" and I was like ?!?! They had her in the front office, no leash, all day, waiting for animal control. Then when they realized she wasn't abandoned (wtf) they said "she'll be done in 15 minutes" - which I thought they had been grooming her this whole week time- not that they just QUICKLY ran her through her groom and SLICED AND DICED HER. The owner called and said I need to speak to you when you arrive (which, I working at an emergency vet er I knew what this meant) and he refused to tell me if my dog was still alive when I kept asking, "we'll talk when you get here" while gaslighting how he's worked in the "medical field for years and could practically do stitches if needed" (as if that was supposed to calm me down?) I was so shocked upon seeing her, but thankful she was still alive, he still charged me and in that moment I didn't care about anything but her safety (which then I challenged because WTF SERIOUSLY?!) all the while; gaslighting me saying it's a small, private owned company; please don't put a bad yelp. So I'm hoping to give the worst yelp ever and they're lucky I don't seek anything else from them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! read more

I have a Pomeranian and if you know you have to be carful with how low you shave your Pomo or else the hair won't grow back. I walked in after 4 hours of them having my Pomi. I paided full price $40.00 for a Sanitary cut. Just after walking out the store I noticed the front and back of my Pomi was NOT cleaned or shaved. I walked in and then was told they couldn't do it because he kept moving. I then offered to help hold him or calm him down. I am regretting ever going back in because the. My dog had been in a cold, tiny cage all day with no access to food, water, or bathroom breaks. There wasn't even so much as a towel for my dog to lay on. To top it off, she hadn't even been washed or groomed yet. There was no communication and I feel sick for putting my dog through this. I was offered no apology and no discount. So today was my second time here! They did the opposite of what i wanted! Leave the body black part of the dog long and trim the legs and public body area and they did opposite! I'm livid!!! My yorkie now has Short body hair and long chest hair. I won't be going back now. Truly disappointed. So I went to this place for the first time because I got a coupon in the mail. The manager shared with me about a horrible review they got because unfortunately a older dog passed away while it was there getting groomed. Which I didn't blame them for because there's nothing a groomer could do to have that happen it just was bad timing in my opinion. At any rate when I picked up my dogs, I gave them a nice tip and once I got out to the car i realized that one of my dogs paws was bloody. When I checked, it was obvious that his nails were filed down or clipped way too close to the bone and caused him to bleed.:( if that happens you know the dog is crying like any of us that wouldn't feel good. Which I can understand happens once in a while with clipping but why would this happen with filing unless someone is not paying attention and hurrying through the process. I get mistakes happen... But the real reason I was upset is that he should have let me know he was bloody not giving me my dog back and hoping I wouldn't notice. That's why I was really upset. Then when the actual groomer that worked on him came out he didn't apologize once instead made excuses and defended himself. Trust gone. In the world of customer service, you get to remember that the customer is always right. I was blown away by his lack of responsibility! all he needed to do was say I'm so sorry and it won't happen again. Although the owner did refund me for the nail clipping (as he should) I asked for my top backas the attitude of the groomer led me to believe that they really don't care about the animals just to make money. I wouldn't advise taking your pet here, we all get to have groomers that are a bit more compassionate, present and take their time with your animals and responsibility if they make mistake not make excuses or defend. It's imperative a good groomer brings the mistake to your attention; apologizes NOT hope you don't notice. read more

Brought in my dog for a teeth cleaning and a sanitary trim. Not what I got... Story time: so I called on Monday and was talking to the wife of the owner? The owner? I'm not sure, but I confirmed all I wanted was a teeth cleaning and sanitary trim. She confirmed it. We were good to go, come in at the time, guy behind the counter is like bath and a sanitary trim? I had a major brain fart and went "sure" and I rode away for my haircut appointment. It wasn't til I was like a minute away I realized the teeth cleaning wasn't mentioned so I called... and called... and called. I called 12 times to no answer. Nobody. Zilch. Nada. I get to my haircut, luckily they were fast and I ride as fast as I can back to the pet shop and I said "dude, I called you 12 times. What the heck???" And he said "oh man I'm so sorry, the owners wife takes the phone. I thought I mentioned I'd call you from another phone when he was ready to get picked up?" And I said "no matter the case, it was a teeth cleaning! Not a bath!" And he said, "Ohhhh, yeah thats crossed out on here" and I'm like "what?! That was the main thing!" And he was like "yeah I don't know man... I'm sorry, I already gave him a bath tho..." and I was like "so he can't get a teeth cleaning at all?" And he's like "no... the only dental guy is too busy and won't be available for another day" and I was like "you're fucking kidding me." So I just let them finish up my dog and took him to another place down the street cause they said they could take him immediately for EXACTLY what I needed... come on, man. First let's start by letting you know I have a 9 month old cava poo , he's hyper and jumpy and he pees when he's happy or scared , the place offered my dog cbd and I said yes to see if it would calm him . I was called 3 hours later being told my dog was given 18 drops and that he had broken 2 windows to the crates that I had to pay for , also had to pay for extra cbd , the recommend dose it 3 for a dog his size . It's been 3 days , my dog has been scared and shaking and nipping at everyone . He was a sweet fluffy dog and he now looks like a rat . They are open. They are at a new location. If your dog is there, you need to know that they kennels they keep the dogs in are NOT open air cages. They are made of wood with a cute window and 2 holes about 3" round for ventilation. The pups I saw in there just now were all panting like crazy. No air running. The groomers are sweating and so are the poor dogs. They had my poodle fore 2.5 hours and said they needed 2.5 more hours. Not happening. I picked him up. They are taking too many appointments.
