I had the project bid by multiple companies. Winner's attitude, willingness to take on the project, and prompt follow up with a quote earned them the job. We had a scheduling mishap, but I won't take stars off for that. It was resolved quickly. I am super happy with the work completed. The electricians came out and worked most of the day in all areas of my home. They replaced breakers, outlets, switches, and resolved loose and unsafe wiring that was downstairs and in my garage. Winner answered my questions, and if something didn't seem right, they worked together to find the root cause of the issue rather than applying a workaround. I was so happy with the work completed, that I hired Winner back a second time, a couple weeks later, to complete the wiring to an outbuilding and reconfigure the wiring in my garage. That work was largely completed Friday - waiting on a part to finish up a couple aspects, but I'm happy with this work as well. I would use their services again, and I would recommend to others.

I needed to change one outlet to a 3-prong and had two outlets and a light switch that had stopped working and then started working about a week or so later. They replaced the outlets and, because they weren't grounded and didn't have a ground wire, they used two GFCIs to ensure safety and one regular outlets. On clothing, on my AVAPS machine, the vanity, etc. I have asthma so all that saw dust was a major annoyance for me. He should have covered exposed surfaces when he was drilling and closed the door to keep the dust in the bathroom, and then cleaned up after himself, but he did neither. I feel the lack of courtesy to protect the area where he worked and the attached bedroom is a lack of professionalism. I wouldn't have them back.
