It was good at first, but later on, I'm not sure if they changed their staff, but my neighbors also complained about the same issues. Everytime They left the backyard and driveway without blowing And at the same time, we've always had issues with payments. Read on for more of their classy customer service! I noticed on Sunday that my back gate that is next to our ramp was bungee tied shut. Not clipped shut but literally tied to where they needed to be cut to be removed. People don't put ramps in their backyard for sh*ts and giggles.. so clearly someone in the household needs that ramp to be able to leave the home so I was upset given if I hadn't noticed and cut the cords and needed to get said person out of the house in a fire or emergency situation, it could have been very bad. Anyway, I cut the cords and quickly realized the gate was tied because the whole latch was knocked off and on the ground, and tying it was the only way to keep it shut. I went and called them, left a voicemail asking to have someone call me because the gate was broken and tied shut, and I wanted to discuss what happened. I made it clear I was as more so upset that noone told me it was broken and chose to lock us in instead of letting me know so I could ensure my grandmother could get out but it was also safe to let my dog out. Monday comes and I hear nothing. Tuesday rolls around and I decide to call again. No answer, I leave a vm saying 'hey, I called Sunday about my broken fence, I just wanted to talk to someone because noone told me and I want to make sure you're aware that this is how your guys are handling this as well as what we can do to repair the fence'. That is a level headed request, and expectation, yes? Not according to the owners son - who the admin asked me not to name but I am sure people know who I am talking about based on multiple reviews I have found online since. I have used them for a few years but I need to get someone else I do not care for this company. They do not follow up if you want something done They are careless. Ran over my gutter extensions. They come to cut in the pouring rain. And I told them to seed the lawn, so they come yesterday when it is 90 degrees! I called and told them that it was too hot and she says oh, it will be OK, just water. They also damaged my hose. Nick the owner of all pro was quick to respond when I called the police about a broken window on my car from a mistake made on his workers end. That was all fine until a week later after my window had been replaced the regulator was broken from the smashed glass and nick refuses to even talk about what happened even calling me a low life and telling me to get a job meanwhile I work full time and I had to miss a day of work just to get the window fixed after nicks "glass guy" told me just to use my insurance. One of the biggest low life's on the island; if your looking for trouble and a disrespectful owner you've found your company. I'd give zero stars if I could. Unprofessional and uncaring towards neighbor's property who they aren't contracted with. I wasn't even outside and they buried my car in debris with their blowers. The tracks of my car were covered in yard debris from my next door neighbors spring clean up. They also take other neighbors yard debris and I have a corner lot blow it to my house on both sides. Including and not limited to across the corner street. Never really cleaning it up. Just dumping it on someone else's side of another property. Call office to complain and phone call was never returned. Made several calls didn't matter. Spoke to foreman and they laughed. This is not cleaning up properly and your neighbor and neighbor's don't want other people's yard waste. I witnessed them several times blowing it to other neighbor's even not my property. I don't recommend this nasty crew. They need to learn how to treat the neighbor's right and listen to their concerns. They are a zero in my book. 7/21/16: As I stood outside today on my own property, 3:30 pm in afternoon just before he left neighbor's yard, All Pro guy with blower and lawn mower waving the blower at me and laughing. The guy is crazy and off his rocker harassing the neighbor's. I didn't speak to him or say a word with him. He then proceeded to take blower as he's standing on lawnmower taunting me. I also watched him blow yard debris all over my neighbor's car and the neighbor's side yard across the street. Is this what a professional landscaper does???? Yesterday 4/13/18, All Pro covered my car again in dirt, mud, grass yard debris. I wasn't outside and it was 7:45 am. Too early and The Town of Babylon should ban them from working so early AND TELL ALL PRO NOT TO TRESPASS ON NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY AND BLOW MUD AND DEBRIS ON PEOPLES CARS AND TOWN STREETS AND BLOW YARD DEBRIS TO NEIGHBORS. The foreman should effectively tell his workers to STAY OFF AND OUT OF ADJACENT PROPERTY THEY ARENT CONTRACTED WITH. I highly recommend All Pro. This will be the 4th season for using them to take care of my lawn and property. Debris are always bagged and placed at curb leaving property looking neat clean and manicured. They do several houses in my neighborhood. Very inexpensive compared to other landscapers that I've used in the past. Only issue is a little difficult to communicate with the guys working at the house. read more

All Pro took over my previous landscaper's business and boy do I miss my previous landscaper! All Pro are the most unprofessional, careless and worst landscaper I have ever had. Nick Ianzieri bad mouthed my previous landscaper. How unprofessional. BUT my previous landscaper was 100 times better than All Pro and Nick Ianzieri. This kid is a total salesman and doesn't know the first thing about maintaining his customers' properties. I have many neighbors who were put on the spot because of retiring landscapers and all of a sudden All Pro took them over. Well, after about two weeks, I was starting to look around for a new landscaper due to the poor quality of work these people do. I have never had a truck pull up in front of my house. The guys pull up on lawn mowers, one at a time and do whatever task they are assigned that day. So unprofessional! I have had to ask them numerous times to do things that a landscaper should automatically do. On top of that, in the beginning of the season the weeds were beginning to sprout and I asked Nick if his guys do weed pulling and mulch. He said of course. It took them about three weeks of me asking Nick when they were going to come do the work as the weeds were getting very out of hand. When they finally showed up to do the work on a Friday, (two guys), they called Nick to say the job was too big and would take them all day. Nick called me and said they would be back on Monday with more guys to pull the weeds and lay down the mulch. Monday comes and the same two guys show up to do the work. One of which is Nick's brother apparently. They were at my house for about an hour and a half and had ONE BAG filled with weeds. If I had done it myself I would have easily filled about 6 or 7 bags of weeds. That, on top of viewing this on my cameras, was enough for me to know they only covered the weeds with the mulch, Which by the way, I had to add 6 additional bags because of the bare spots of dirt that the mulch did not cover. All in all, that job was a waste of $200. I called Nick to complain and he lowered my price by $5 a week and told me he would have the guys weed my front beds for this season. Fine. Well, again, they do not know what a weed is because all they did was move the mulch around and never pulled a single weed. And this guy Nick had the nerve yesterday to complain that I only pay $20 weekly!! Well, does he not remember that was HIS idea?!?! I don't think the way they left my property was worth $20 anyway. Grass clippings were always left all over my driveway and back patio, edging would stop 3/4 of the way up the side of my driveway. Lazy.... Now I was casually looking for a new landscaper, so today, All Pro comes and edges my property, leaves my front gate open (I have two dogs), and no one comes back to do the rest of the work (again, he pulled up on the lawn mower with the edger in tow). When I got home from work this evening, my lawn had not been mowed so I contacted Nick who told me that I was put on the list not to be cut. WHAT??? He beat me to the punch because he claims to have done a spring cleanup which never happened and his mommy in the office is the "lady" that he referred to who put me on "the list". Needless to say, I have another landscaper lined up already so I'm not worried, but you can be sure that this unprofessional business will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for their shoddy work and unprofessional manner in doing things - especially leaving a customer high and dry with no service without the courtesy of notifying the customer. Oh and by the way, I KNOW I am not the only one who is so disgusted with this landscaper because I was down at Town Hall one day and right in front of me, the people in the office were talking about All Pro and the complaints they had against them. They were not registered with the Town of Babylon, which they are supposed to do, and they were beginning work at 7:30 am which is against the Town ordinance of 8:00 am start. If you are looking for a landscaper, you would be doing yourself a grave injustice by hiring these people because they are very aggravating to deal with. I have never had to call a landscaper and ask for them to do THEIR JOB more than I have contacted All Pro. They clearly do not know about landscaping and even more importantly, they left their son to do the business end...huge mistake. read more

Very very disappointed i've been using them for a year keep telling my wife to cancel them last year when they started I have trees in my backyard and I am handicap and instead of picking up the branches that fell down and taken them away they kept piling them up against my fence in the backyard behind my carport I left why if you messages on the answering machine never received a phone call back I thought maybe at the end of the season last year they would've cleaned it up and of course they didn't I figured maybe in the spring they would clean it up pile is still sitting there !!! I have had All Pro Lawn take care of my front and backyard for years, recently their service deteriorated and I noticed they were doing well below average work plus not even cutting my lawn. I made several complaints over several months. The lady who answered the phone was angry, rude and unprofessional. They stopped coming to my house but kept my money and refused to give it back. Never have I experienced the low level of customer service this woman provided (or rather not provided to me today). Called to have them come do a fall cleanup then schedule a spring cleanup and ongoing weekly service during the summer.
