Dussault delivered our belongings and they had no regard for our furniture or other items. We looked at our dining room set that they delivered and it has a big chunk out of it and it is scrapped on the side. The filing cabinet they put in my office, has big scratches and gouges on it. We marked our boxes with stickers showing if the items in it were fragile or heavy. They carelessly placed fragile items on the bottom and heavy on top. One box that had decorations in it to hang on our front door for various events was on the bottom and the box was crushed!!! We initially thought about hiring them when we moved all of our things to the new home but decided to go with someone else. All I can say is THANK GOD WE DID or we would have more things trashed or ruined. If you're moving, DON'T use Dussault Moving, you'll be sorry if you do!!!

My parents were helping my wife and I move when Tom showed up to our apartment. From the very beginning he had an anger problem with my mom. I told him that I wasn't sure what was said on the phone but my mom's father had just been put in hospice so take her with a grain of salt. While in the apartment he was barking orders, and being rough with our belongings. One of the things he asked to do we did, but while doing it he continued to exasperate the situation by not letting go of the subject. When I asked him if we could just drop the subject and move forward he lost it; refusing to move us at this point. Tom brought what had been taken to the truck and brought it back to the apartment as if he was dropping off garbage. He continuously dropped the "F-Bomb" even telling my elderly father, "F@#! You!" He also shouted that he's an American. He also let us know that he has been with the company for 16 years and that they would side with him over a customer. The owner ended up sending out new guys, one of which was Tom's partner to begin with. His name is Eddie...super nice guy! He even apologized for Tom's behavior. Eddie and the guy he came with, Dre (?) are the reason I am giving two stars instead of just one. If I talked to my customers even a tenth of the way Tom spoke to my family and I, then I would be unemployed. It is very sad that there are good people looking for work and yet a man like this still has a job. One day he is going to talk this way to the wrong person and they aren't going have it and he will probably be shot as a result.

Upon unloading, I see that numerous issues were at hand (pictures attached): * Marble table placed on top of TV (Stored on top of an upside down table / legs). * Multiple items stores in position never intended. * Large pieces of furniture resting (bouncing) against Living Room TV. * Christmas boxes placed on bottom of stack (crushed). * Fragile antiques placed on bottom on stack of heavy boxes. * Multiple items not wrapped (despite having left over moving blankets now have dings & scratched that could have been avoided). * Wood able that had so much weight on it, screws stripped out and wobbles. * Broken Kitchen Chair. * Workbench (loaded) placed sideways and belongs inside just bouncing all over. * NOTHING tied down. They were in such a hurry to finish the job that they loaded in such a shoddy way, there was no way that this could arrive without significant damage (in hindsight). After I removed my review, the owner contacted me asking if I had an issue with their work. I sent him pictures and no response. If they respond to this, please don't let them sweet talk you into using them. These guys are shoddy. To add insult, to injury - I tipped these guys quite well. I thought I was hiring pro's to handle my move. I got a bunch of guys throwing stuff into a PODS that simply did not care what kind of shape it was in once it arrived to it's end location. The guys were friendly and did a good job. No breaks worked the whole time till the truck was loaded. Several friends have used them with no issues!! I lived in an apartment on the 2nd floor, no elevator. So they had to carry down 2 flights of stairs. No damage to apartment, furniture or the guys!

Diesel Pro Movers LLC moved us from our Painesville condo to a condo in Mentor. The team mishandled…read moremany of our belongings, and as a result our 85 inch television, and freezer were damaged beyond repair. In addition, a new television stand that was just delivered to the condo, along with the wall and ceiling were damaged when they attempted to place it in the desired location. The items were all damaged after unloading them from the truck at the new location, and each instance was specifically due to negligence. The team members removed all padding from the items prior to removing them from the truck. In the case of the television, they lifted it with their hands against the screen. This caused internal damage. The screen was severely smudged on one side but not cracked. When I saw them carrying it in this manner I remarked on it to my husband and asked him to plug in the set and check it before they left. You can see from the photos the damage that was caused. Each item was purchased in February of this year except the television stand, which was freshly delivered the same day. When I reported the damage to the owner, I was accused of making a fraudulent claim to extort new merchandise from Diesel Pro Movers. They refused to credit us any amount other than 59 cents per pound for the television, which amounted to less than $60 for a $2399 set. The entire event was unbelievable. We had hundreds of dollars of meat stored in the freezer, and each product was new...only three months old. I had no incentive for replacing any of the items. The team grew belligerent. The lead member Geoffrey, and one of his associates shouted obscenities and was hostile towards my husband. Our fifteen year old daughter was in the house, as was a representative from Spectrum. They had to leave to avoid further escalating the situation since the team refused to leave our premises. He called the police and all three were removed from the house. Please do yourself a favor and hire professional movers to assist you and not this company. The amount of money you think you are saving is not worth losing these types of items or those which might be of sentimental value to you.

We used this company to move my mother and father to assisted living. The move went ok. Hoarder-ish if you will but neat and orderly and he still knows where everything is. Day of the move everything was moved from their houses to the facility safely. The guys were pleasant and engaging while the move was happening. They all talked and one of the dudes even told my dad and sister about their love of camping. My dad used to make these little picnic table condiment holders in the 70s and early 80s for extra money gave one to each of the movers plus $100 tip each when the job was completed. The big problem here is one of these two movers decided that my father didn't need his Jackery charger anymore and took it. We called the company and they offered this "We take any claim or allegation very seriously.   Therefore, we provided your comments to each of the movers on the job.     They both independently stated the same thing:    "It was a hoarding situation; charger is probably there; just cannot be found.     Other people were in the house as well.      Customer was with us the entire time.   We went in and out the front door the entire time, under customer supervision."       We also checked the truck that was used that day, and nothing was found.   We would ask that you check the home again as this is a hugely serious allegation.    If you chose to move forward by contacting the police, we will of course provide whatever information they request from us.       Sincerely,   --Anne Dietrich Parma Movers, Inc." It went on the cart the day he got it and has not left the cart since. He used it to charge his phone and other devices that assure his safety. He's a Vietnam vet with serious health issue due to Agent Orange exposure. He lived alone for many years and he knows where EVERYTHING is. He chose not to involve the Garfield Hts police. "It's only a $300 charger." $300 is a lot of money for a senior citizen on a budget. I'm pissed and will be glad to let the NE Ohio area know don't hire this company. They steal from elderly disabled vets. Pierre even offered to help "dispose of whatever is left" once the move was over. He gave my sister his number for some off the clock action. Look they even posed for a picture while they cased the joint. These two guys are the only non-family members that have been in dad's house for 20 years. Shame on which ever of you stole this from him. Figuring both of you are aware of what happened since you roll around in an open cab together. I'm a medical professional with four previous household moves to compare. I've never had a bad experience moving until this one. This should have been an easy move, less then five miles, and I hired them to pack and wrap everything. The representative supervisor underestimated the time and materials by a shocking amount. When they ran out of packing materials, instead of calling for more, they placed breakables in laundry baskets with no wrapping. They barricaded my storage area at the front with boxes instead of placing on the shelves provided. I couldn't get to things to see if they were broken. They placed my sons drum set on a truck with no packing and of course it was damaged. I am still finding broken things. They left my old house doors wide open and a cigarette butt on the carpet. At the new house, they folded my children's and babysitters shoes in half to use as door stops. The supervisor put drinks without asking in my fridge and told the babysitter not to let the children have them? It was a awkward day as we listened to the supervisors rant about the move, one of which had prepared the estimate. We were confused and felt bullied when the final bill, much higher than the estimate was presented. Subsequent questions on the broken items have fallen on deaf ears, and they complained that I did not tip. Save yourselves. I did read the response and I have to say I'm stunned with the nonsensical reasons they gave given that they had as much time as they needed to prepare a workable estimate . I believe they took advantage of whatever situation they perceived me to be in. Also anyone that knows me also knows that my children are preteen/ teens and a neighbor and a college student were both present during the hours I was on call at the hospital. Even my realtor called could get no satisfactory response from this company.
