I didn't know they charged for steps walked to my apartment. They should have asked me to move my U-Haul. There was no rhyme or reason as to where they placed my boxes in the LR. I couldn't even move. My advice is to stay away from this company. I'm more than disappointed. Need I say it was a rip off!
