Warning: Poor Service, Unreliable Refund Process, and Questionable Billing Practices I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from All Pro Plumbing. The issues started from the beginning, as the first technician spent hours trying to fix my water heater, watching YouTube tutorials, and didn't have the necessary tools to use and left me without a functioning water heater. The second technician didn't provide transparent pricing and ended up charging me $435 TWICE for the same service. To make matters worse, I was also charged separately for services that were supposedly included in the $99 Smart Saving Plan I purchased. The charges in question include: * Custom Plumbing Repair includes all needed labor material and equipments to complete ($132) * Performing Annual Tankless Descale ($303) Both of these charges seem to include similar tasks, such as water heater inspection, drain, flush, and safety inspection, which were already covered under the Smart Saving Plan. They don't even provide a receipt immediately after charging you, so you can't see how they arrived at that price. It took them a couple of days to send me one, and I had to keep asking for it. He also didn't have the tools he need despite of me telling them in advance to make sure their tools are complete. My husband follow up for a refund for the duplicate charges made to his credit cards on Nov. 13, 2024. He was told by the technician it didn't go through so he used a different credit card instead. As previously discussed with Alicia, the refund amounts are $435 (Chase) and $280 (Mastercard). He was told to expect the refunds within 2-3 days after November 21.  Despite being promised by ALICIA a refund within 2-3 days, it's been over two weeks, and I've yet to receive my money back. When my husband called on December 4, ALICIA requested additional documents, which we promptly provided. However, we've yet to receive a refund or any further communication. I've observed that Alicia is typically the one responding to complaints. However, in my experience, when she says she's going to help, it doesn't actually happen. It seems like they're more focused on appearing to resolve issues rather than actually providing assistance. I've tried to reach out to the company for clarification and a refund, but my emails and texts have gone unanswered. The lack of communication and unreliable refund process has been frustrating and stressful. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with All Pro Plumbing. They should be called ALL PRO SCAMMERS!!! read more

In January, Austin from All Pro came to check my heater which wasn't working. After being here for 4 hours, the estimate to repair it was $9,500.00. To replace the entire unit was over $18,000.00. I gave Austin a $1,000.00 deposit To replace the unit. After checking with other repair companies, I found that All Pro's $18,000.00 estimate was almost double what other companies were charging. I immediately cancelled the replacement and requested a refund of my deposit. I have now been waiting for 5 weeks for my refund. I have called at least seven times and keep getting the run around. The check is in the mail. We only cut checks on Friday's. There is no manager available to talk to. We will call you back. Nothing, nothing, nothing from these people! BEWARE OF THIS SHADY COMPANY! Mike from Walnut CA Hired All Pro Cooling and Heating to repair my air conditioning unit on 5/11/2025. After the technician inspected the air-conditioning unit, I was given a $1, 000.00 dollar estimate and agreed to the repairs. After the repairs were complete, I was presented with an invoice for $1, 980.00. I questioned the tech about the indiscriminate cost of repairs that doubled without any further discussion and questioned the fact that the invoice I was presented with was not itemized. The tech informed me that he replaced the blower motor-relay a part estimated to cost approximately $600. 00 dollars. So, we had our ac for upstairs stop blowing old air. All Pro came out, investigated and said there was a leak. They replaced some of the ac parts as well as refilling the refrigerant. This cost us just a little under 4k. About two days later, the same ac unit stopped blowing cold air again. They said the leak was due to a part (coil) needing to be replaced, and because this part was no longer under warranty that we would have to replace the entire ac unit both upstairs and downstairs. This was now going to cost us an additional $17k-$30k on top of the $4k we had already paid for the two days of cool air. Also, this house we bought new and is only 8 years old and they were aware of this. The technician said he might knock it out down a bit if we were to sign right away. I ignored this and got another estimate. The next ac company that came down did confirm that that part (coil) needed to be replaced, but said since the house was under 10 years old, the part should be under warranty. They called the ac unit's brand company, confirmed it was under warranty and ended up replacing the coil without having to replace the entire unit. They even said the part that they did replace as part of the $4k was under warranty as well, and we were likely charged for a new part. Going with another company saved us at least $20k and wished id of gone with another company from the start and not wasted $4k on 2 days of cool air. Extremely unhappy and disappointed. UPDATE As was seen in the response below i was told to reach out to their customer service to see if they could make things right which they provided both email and number. Over two weeks ago i sent email, no one replied. So, then over a week ago i tried calling the number they provided. They said the person was not available and they would call me back. Over a week and no one has called back. I then tried calling earlier this week and same thing, they said person was not available and would get call back. Days have passed with no call back. After All Pro RESCHEDULED and NO SHOWED few times, they finally got there 1 MONTH LATER with over 100 degree weather almost each day. I had a plumbing issue (clogged drain) in the kitchen sink area and water was leaking through one of the pipes making a mess. When I called All-Pro Plumbing for an appointment, they sent Joseph Salas to rescue next day. Joseph was very knowledgeable and educated me on the process and what needs to be done, and what actions I can take in future to prevent it from happening. He was very polite and personable. He honored a coupon that I had. He took his time to clean up (snake) the clog and made sure all pipes are snugly tight and secure so that they don't leak. I really appreciated how he helped and communicated throughout the entire process. I'm sure All-Pro has many talented plumbing professionals, but I'm glad and lucky that they sent out Joseph Salas. I had a really bad experience with the technician who came to provide an estimate earlier this week. After two technicians inspected everything, my thermostat stopped working shortly after I turned on the AC. I wasn't sure what the issue was, and when I send a message and asked, no one responded or took responsibility. Today, I received another estimate, and when the new AC technician came to check, he discovered that one of the wires in the furnace wasn't properly screwed in and was touching the ground. He also noted that some of the other wires were improperly connected. In attempting to fix the issue, he ended up blowing five fuses. He took a picture of the furnace showing the wire that was disconnected and touching the ground. I'm not sure what additional damage may have occurred because of this, and I would like to know how you plan to address this situation and take responsibility for the problems caused. read more

All Pro isn't the cheapest place around. They are pricey, and with that SHOULD come good customer service and a willingness to ensure the job is done right. I spent nearly 30k on replacing my entire AC system and a month later it broke down and water leakage from condensation damaged my ceiling. They didn't want to sent a technician until later in the week, and when they did, he didn't fix the issue. Then they insisted that the job was done, and no news for a follow up. When it died a second time they finally fixed the AC, but they keep giving me the runaround on the damage to my ceiling. I've had an AC/HVAC issue ever since All Pro installed a complete/new HVAC system 5 years ago. After 10-15 techs came out and "tried" to address/resolve the issue none were able to do so until technician Brandon Howard arrived about 2 weeks ago. Within a short time he diagnosed the issue as a defective ecobee thermostat. He replaced that thermostat and the AC/HVAC system has been operating the way it should. What a disaster. We had our house completed re-plumbed and left town for a couple of days & returned to find we had a major leak from the upstairs faucet fitting which was installed crooked & flooded our kitchen ceiling, walls & cabinet. The water was even draining from the outside stucco. So they come out & fix the leak, but the tech, Ray, was instructed not open the ceiling up to dry, as a restoration company will do that & set up fans. So either Ray did not request the restoration company or Brittany forgot to call a restoration company. Either way, they are refusing to send a restoration company. Well two days have gone by with repeated phone calls & still waiting. They claim to leave messages, but we can clearly tell no messages coming in on cell phone. We used this company 7 years ago & we're happy, but they screwed up this job. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. Oh, they SUBLET the entire job, so their plumbers don't even do their own work. I wouldn't call them back if my house was floating away. There is no excuse for incompetence. So the business owner pretends to reply to this review 10 minutes after it posted. He didn't bother to read it, because Chris was not involved in their failure.
