These guys are completely unprofessional. They play loud music the entire time they're working, scream at each other, there's no need for any of that. The construction noise is loud enough. All Pro Roofing came in late November to examine a roof was completed by a general contractor only 3 weeks earlier. To his dismay and mine, Steve informed me the roof was improperly done and there is no way to salvage and repair the mistakes. With this information entered into a contract with All Pro Roofing. I could tell from the moment he called with a start date and supplies are being delivered that I would be in "great hands". Steve said his crew will be there at 8 am and it was "off to the races". Communication was excellent. His crew asked me about how I wanted certain things and advised me to protect part of the floor etc since they had no choice and had to replace the two skylights. They were done in one day. I can sleep soundly now that I know there will be no leaks no shingles flying off or plywood rotting. This is how bad the prior job had been done. If it wasn't for my gut feeling about this prior job, I would have suffered the consequences of this in coming weeks or months. My advice for getting a roof done is as follows: Be skeptical of general contractors who can "do it all". All Pro Roofing is just that. Roofing and siding. That is their expertise which they stick with. Otherwise you may find yourself in a position of going through the courts to hopefully get your money back on what can only be called an amateur job the first time.
