I was looking for a place in Manteca that could smog my RV. In the past I went to Stockton for the RV smog because a lot of places in Manteca don't like to do them or don't know how to smog an RV. I was driving from smog place to smog place getting turned down because they didn't know how. So I saw All Pro Smog on Button Ave and went in and talked with young gentlemen named Art. He said he could smog the RV. Art was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about RV's. Art did a really great job and looked like he'd been doing this for a long time. I am going to start bringing all my trucks and cars here for now on. This is my new smog place in Manteca, no more having to drive to Stockton because All Pro Smog is a great place and they know how to smog RV's. read more

So, I got turned away 3 days in a row. I'd be less furious if I didn't get to watch 5 people get smog on the second day, waiting for an hour and a half before being told that they're sorry, but the machine is down and to come back tomorrow. Edit: Owner worked things out. Good place, but they have changed machines fairly recently and seem to be having issues. Call ahead to make sure the location you're heading to is working, especially if you have an older vehicle since 1999 or older seem to have the most issues with their machines. read more

All Pro Tracy Vs All Pro Manteca, is like night and day. What a difference in Customer Service. The Manteca location had only one employee there. He was just finishing up a car but we he saw me, he greeted me. Told me he could get me out within 20 min. Had me fill out a form and only wanted my name and address. Never asked me to go write down my mileage like the Tracy location. Thank me for my business and was done in less than 15min. But, this place is worth the little effort it takes to let others know how pleasant and professional they are to all who enter. I usually go to a different place but thought I would try them. I was really disappointed on the service I got in the office. When I went to the desk the girl barely even acknowledged that I was there, and seemed to have a bad attitude. It seemed that she could care less if there were customers or not. Then when I went to pay she was looking over me to watch the very loud tv while trying to pay and not really paying attention. The guy that actually did the smog was great, she was a piece of work. Hopefully the owner will have a discussion with her. Not sure if I'll recommend them or even come back as long as she is there. read more

If I can put 0 stars, I definitely would. This place is absolute garbage. Technician doesn't know how to do his job, in fact, none of them know how to do their job. They failed my smog check for my truck and wouldn't even bother to give me a refund! I knew something wasn't right so I drove all the way to San Jose to get another smog check, and they said everything was fine! Never coming back here, they were all rude and they need to learn how to do their job or at least give me my refund. Definitely would NOT recommend going here. To recap, they gave me incorrect information, they gave me attitude, they don't know what to do, they don't know what they're talking about, they didn't issue me a refund, and they ultimately wasted me time. One of the most unprofessional experiences of my life. First they didn't have an Allen wrench and made me ask the shop next door. In that case, they have already provided terrible service by asking a customer to do so. Next they "went on lunch" aka smoked a pack of cigarettes with customers waiting and phones wringing. I told them I would come back, made an appointment for 4pm. When I came back they said the "tech", was on lunch. 15 mins later they came back and said the system was "updating". Really what they meant was, they are lazy af and didn't want to take me at 4pm and sent me home. I based most of my day around this and was not a local customer. The employees here should be fired and the 6 other family members that go to this shop will no longer be coming here. Shop across town did it for less and weren't lazy. read more

Went to this smog place a couple days ago on a Thursday. While they were testing my car the machine broke and me along with the other 2 people waiting had to leave. The 2 men working were very appologetic and polite. They said they would call when it was fixed. Called me later that day and said it would not be fixed until Friday. Anyway I returned Saturday (today) and was there literally only 10 minutes and the job was complete. I used a coupon I found and my total was $33 out the door. Great deal and great service.
