Had a smog check done on my vehicle yesterday morning. I called the shop, asked about what the cost was and when to come in. I saw on yelp & shop website a coupon for $39.75 I asked if they would honor it, they said yes for sure. So I made my way to this shop. First impression very clean, well organized. My car was in & out within 15 minutes! Awesome! When I went to pay I was surprise to see there was an additional charge for $8.25. I asked the employee about the $39 and he said yes, the certificate costs is an ADDITIONAL $8.25.. smh. That is hidden fees & misleading. So if you come here, the cost to do a smog check is $48.20 & not $39 as advertised.. Lame. In the future, please be transparent with your customers that your online promotion does include certificate cost. read more
