We have a 25 year-old sunroom which needed to have the roof resealed before the winter rains arrive. Shawn arrived promptly to provide an estimate. As others have said, "he clearly knows his stuff". Shawn described the process they would follow clearly, which made sense and was consistent with how others would do the work. He provided an estimate within a couple of days and promptly answered a follow-up question I had. We ended up going with someone else only because they were the company that originally installed our sunroom, and offered a slightly lower bid. If they weren't available I would have definitely chosen Raingutter Systems, and I will keep them in mind if I should need other roof-related work done in the future. I had new gutters installed on my home and heard a loud banging noise almost every morning from the gutter area. We found out and sent pics to the owner showing the gutter was in a bind. Every time it got warm outside the gutter would contort and bang. Shawn didn't believe me until I sent a pic of the contorted gutter in the am. his men came back and fixed their error. Secondly, awhile later, roof tiles shifted and it looked like another section of gutter was bent. Shawn said the tiles broke free from poor glue. I said the tiles have been fine for 20 years until the new gutters were installed. He came out after much resistance and said what I have is normal. I said that normal wasn't there before you worked on my gutters. As you can see from the end result the gutters were incorrectly installed. He came out and left without any notice of repair. I guess I'm supposed to accept sub-par work even though I never asked for a discount for less quality. You can also notice that were they removed the original gutters they used a nice "gray caulk to seal the disturbed stucco that they said they had to break to remove the old gutters. I told him they have a multi tool that could cut the old gutters flush so that no extra time or sealant would be needed for the new gutters. Plus it would look like professionals did the work. I WOULD NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE AS SUB PAR WORK SEEMS TO BE THEIR FORTE'. they CHARGE THE SAME AS ALL THE OTHER COMPANIES AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE GETTING IT DONE RIGHT IS A PERSONAL FAULT MEANING HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF THE HOMEOWNER. ITS A SHAME THAT I HAD TO TAKE THE TIME TO DEAL WITH THIS IN MY DAY. I ONLY HOPE THAT THIS WARNING SAVES SOMEONE ELSE SOME GRIEF. read more

Shawn personally came out twice to assess my gutter replacement and tile roof repair needs. Of the four bidders that responded to my quote request, he was the only one who was willing to do the roof repair element. He was extremely thorough with his project scoping, explained why he recommended each element of the scope and prepared gutter samples to help me match my facia paint color. The work required three days. His crew showed up on time each day and worked efficiently and were very conscientious about their craftsmanship and end-of-day housekeeping. The attention to detail was refreshing to experience. I had only one minor concern about the attachment of one of the gutter downspouts that I noticed at the end of the second day. Before I had a chance to mention it the next morning, one of the crew was already on a ladder addressing the issue. All Raingutter Systems redid my roof over 5 years ago and it has been great - This past winter was a real test when we got the early heavy rain that came down sideways with high wind; a real kiss of death in the past for bad roofing jobs - everything stayed dry!!! When they installed the new roof the city came out for an inspection and asked them to do work that was not within the scope of the job and very unusual - I was about to speak up to the city inspector because it was out of the scope of the roofing job when the All Raingutter Systems person said they were OK with doing what was being asked no problem and did not charge me more for the work. They also cleaned up everyday and left my home and yard safe for running around barefoot! I continue to think the inspector was wrong in their demands especially because we were replacing the roof early bc the city let the last guy staple on the shingles and with the high winds in my area the shingles were pulled right up and the roof started leaking...Thank you All Raingutter Systems - you were a pleasure to deal with and I am happy to report the roof is holding up! I hired All Raingutter Systems after interviewing 6 other highly-rated gutter and roofing services this summer. I was skeptical at first because All Raingutter Systems didn't have many reviews on Yelp but they were highly rated with the Better Business Bureau. Let me say that I am both quite detailed, picky, and very cost-conscious when it comes to hiring anyone to work on my home. I am going to pay the best person to do it right for the best price and it's going to need to last and I need to feel like it's worth every penny. I also need to feel that the vendor takes my job seriously and gets it done right, fast, and fixes any issues in a reasonable time-frame. As with the other vendors, I explained my job to Shawn: 1. Replace and paint (with paint match) all of the roof wood fascia on the first and second story (90 feet). 2. Replace all of the gutters, 7" seamless steel gutters and downspouts. This included: - Removal and recycle of original rain gutters (1968!) and spouts - Removal of metal roof shingles and replacement after new gutters were installed. - Patching the house (Stucco) and paint matching the house to patch the holes left by the original downspouts. - Sealing two of the original downspouts because they were an unusual size and could not be replaced at that time. 3. Add 10' gutter and downspout to an additional part of the 2nd story roof 4. Replace 2 window frame wood planks, paint to match, and re-seal. Shawn and I set a date and it had to be rescheduled twice due to either my travel or weather. He was very flexible. Once we set a date, his HUGE team arrived on time and finished this huge job in 2 days. I also loved that he took credit cards (points!) when most of the others did not. Shawn communicated often and clearly (and via text or email, as was my preference). We had a few items to resolve (which is totally normal and expected) and Shawn responded quickly and oversaw all of the work. He was diligent in ensuring that I was completely satisfied before accepting payment. I am thrilled withe the work - an amazing job for a great price - and I am happy to give Shawn and the team at All Raingutter Systems my highest recommendation. If you are in the market, shop around - but I am confident you will hire Shawn and be as satisfied as I am with the results. read more

I called the All rain gutter and spoke to Jose regarding sealing two leaks in the gutter at the rear of my house roof and a leak on the roof directly above the garage. Speaking to Jose over the phone, he said he would charge me $275. I agreed, and they came after several calls, and a guy named Shawn showed up with another man. I explained to Shawn what was agreed between me and Jose regarding the job and the price. The started the work. Shawn asked me if my gutter needs cleaning and I said it was just cleaned last Sept 2014 and I just need the leaks patched up. Shawn and the other worker went up the roof and said they already sealed the leak. When I tried to show him the third leak in the roof, Shawn said its not included in the price. So I insisted talking to Jose on the phone. Shawn looked at it and he said they might have to replace some broken tiles. I said okay. They said they will reschedule me to fix the garage roof leak for just $150. More. So far I paid 2 gutter leaks for $220($110 each hole)even though they insisted $275 which were such an incomplete work. Well it's been 2 mo and left several messages for Jose and Shawn and to the lady answering the phones. My roof still leaks from the last short rain we had... I'll see if they call me back and I'll add my experience to this review. read more

After a tile fell off my roof and almost hit my neighbor's car, I needed someone to look at my roof and figure out what was going on. A friend told me about All Raingutter Systems. When Shawn first came to look at my roof, he targeted the area where the piece fell from, but then he also took a look at the rest of the roof to figure out if there were any other problems. I appreciated this as he came down with a second tile that was broken and if left there long enough would have fallen off. He also identified areas that were not properly secured (which I knew would possibly be a problem after talking with my neighbors) so that he and his team could come back prepared and fix everything at one time. Last summer (2015), I decided to track down the problems with our roof and gutter that we had experienced over the previous winter. Even though it was a relatively dry winter, when it did rain heavily, there was evidence of water seepage into the overhang at various points around the perimeter of the house. Having recently purchased the house, I was concerned that previous owners had hired the wrong roofers. I talked to several roof and roof repair contractors. My decision to hire All Raingutter Systems turned out to be a really good choice. The owner, Shawn Glisson, was very straight with me. After diagnosing the problem, he told me what my options were and did not try to sell me on the most expensive one. His crew also identified problems with the installation on two of our roof valleys, which they re-installed properly. Although there is no one size fits all solution for gutters, Shawn recommended a cost-effective solution that was very suitable for my situation. They also corrected the water seepage problem by installing the correct type of underlay material over the entire perimeter of the house. I'm happy to say that I've had no problems whatsoever with our roof over this past winter. I'll be using All Raingutter Systems for any gutter and roof related items that may come up in the future (in fact, I've already used them once to correct and un-related problem associated with one of my gutter down-spouts). All Raingutters performed some significant repairs on my roof, flashing, rain gutters and downspouts on my home in Danville. Repairs were performed in two stages. Both times I found Shawn (owner) to be extremely responsive in preparing an estimate for work and in explaining with pictures what the problems were and the repair plan. His workers were careful and very respectful of my property and cleaned up after each visit. When materials were delivered I received a preliminary lien notice from the lumber yard and when I called Shawn to make sure the bill was paid he responded immediately and had the lumber company email a lien release.
