We stopped in as we googled where to get replacement Frog Smartchlor ease replacement cartiridges -- the frog website said All seasons pools and spas was a frog dealer and showed the jacuzzi brand -- after stopping in they had litte inventory and none specifc to jazuzzi as they are not a jazuzzi specifc dealer. Service was good but we decided to go back to Cali backyards as the sales rep thought these would fit our jacuzzi system as the brands they sell are similar but it wasnt guaranteed and I wouldnt be able to return if needed -- the frog set was also $10 cheaper at Cali backyards and an extra 10% off since we purchased there. read more

Highly recommend All Seasons for any pool/spa owner. I recently had my pool and spa turned over to me from Sac Pool Pros (highly DO NOT recommend) and had concerns that the water levels were not safe so I brought in a sample. I was immediately greeted upon entering by Jesha (hope I spelled it right) and Brandon. I explained to Jesha my situation and she quickly assured me that we would find out what's happening after testing the water. She walked me through a lot of the basics and best practices of upkeep then delivered the results of her test. To my surprise but as expected, my salt water pool was completely void of salt and calcium. Brandon came over to help with questions around upkeep with my filter. Brandon at All Seasons Pools in Roseville just gave a master class in customer service last week. I am somewhat new to the area and had an issue with my Polaris pool vacuum. I brought it to All Seasons Pools and was initially quoted a "few weeks turnaround" since the parts for my particular model tended to be on an extended back order. As I was leaving the store, Brandon was just finishing up with another customer but he had overheard my conversation with the other store associate and flagged me down before I left the store. He took a look at my Polaris, then went to the parts section and grabbed a few items. Within 15 minutes, he completely replaced the wheels and other associated parts and had me on my way with my Polaris in hand for a fraction of what it would have initially costed me. I was amazed at how he immediately took action and identified an opportunity to go above and beyond the customer's expectations. When I went into the store to purchase a part for my Polaris pool sweep, I brought in the old part and was looking to buy that and another part. The employee suggested that I only needed one of the parts and to save my money as the old part that I brought was in perfect working order. You don't normally hear that as most retail establishments would love for you to spend more money. The parts were not cheap so an honest recommendation was very appreciated. While waiting in line to pay, I noted that all employees were extremely friendly and helpful in answering questions and finding the right parts and equipment. This is an update to my review from 6/13/21 The owner was in the hospital and could not respond to my concerns. He was finally able to contact me and resolve all issues. He personally came to the house with a service tech, made the adjustment needed to get the solar controller working in conjunction with the pump controller, and gave me a monetary compensation for my trouble. I have always had an amazing experience at all seasons pools, I recently had a issue with a pool sweep, and brought it in, expecting to just get it, repaired and having to pay. They went the extra mile, called the manufacture and were able to get all my repairs done under warranty. Again, I did not expect that I expected that I was going in to pay for the repairs. Service Dept is awful - Full Service is a Joke. We have been using this place for years, but over the past months their server has been bad. Here is how this place works. We pay for full pool service, they come to our house and they should be doing , Sweeping, empty the baskets, do a quick check on the equipment to make sure nothing is broken and to make sure the chemicals in the water are good..... Here is what we get Guy shows up. He checks the water, he leaves! How do we know this? Well we installed a camera in our back yard and have found over the past 3 months he has been here less 10mins to do everything we pay for once a week, some days he is here for 5mins... Our pool is a self cleaning pool and the jets for the self cleaning have been broken for , well we do not know how long, but they need to be fixed. It isn't a minor break in the system either, none of them work! This is part of the pool guy's job, to notice if the cleaning system is working or not. He doesn't even empty the baskets for the waterfalls or the main filter, he only does the basket next to the pool. The baskets haven't been maintained causing little pebbles to get jammed up in the waterfall making it so its not even any more. This would have never happened if the baskets were emptied regularly. We have an attached spa that is very small, the pool guy doesn't touch that because we cover it since we use it in the winter, it would take him less then 10secs to open the side of it to make sure all is well and then put it back. What we think happens, he takes a picture of the cover and doesn't do anything for the pool because our spa cover is on. How lazy can you be? Mind you the spa is big enough for maybe 4 people, doesn't take long to move the cover a bit out of the way. I mean if its covered then he doesnt have to get any leaves out of it so it should be more beneficial for us all. How silly??? 120 bucks a month for this type of service! This company doesn't care about its customers, they just have allot of them so it doesn't matter about providing good service anymore..We have given them more than 4 chances to make things right by just doing the service we paid them to do. Stay away from the service dept / and the monthly service from this place, they do have a good showroom and staff is good, but it takes more then just retail to keep a customer happy. 120.00 a month for someone to "brush, clean, check" is what we pay for , but we get 120.00 a month just check chem.... Brandon is AMAZING, which unfortunately was our only great experience with a Sundance Spa and All Seasons Pools and Spas. Purchased the Chelsea and the company RMA'd it after Several issues with the front cover warping, although Sundance did replace it with the upgraded model which is the Optima. Again we experienced issues with lights not working and power-boards going out, temperature issues and weren't able to use it as much as we wanted to. Was forced to sell it after being told that there wasn't much else they can do for us, but thankfully for a fair price considering. They also only have 1 technician so if you're in need service, don't expect it right away. Unfortunately as a reseller, they are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacture, and don't have a lot of autonomy beyond. We will never purchase a Sundance Spa again. read more

I'm not too happy with my experience with this business today. Ran over on my lunch break because I needed chlorine for my pool. Walk up and see a sign on the door "back in 10 minutes. Thanks - Brandon". I'm pressed for time but needed the chlorine. Another lady comes and leaves when she sees they're closed. About 9 minutes later Brandon strolls up WITH a buddy with their firehouse subs drinks. No apology for making me stand outside and wait. I'm wondering why the heck Brandon didn't send his buddy to bring back lunch and keep the business open and avoid inconveniencing customers?! Will head elsewhere for my chlorine and acid needs. At least they're always open during their business hours. To make the experience even worse I notice a strong smell of chlorine in my car. Look in the back and one of the chlorine bottles had leaked and the yellow tub was full of chlorine. Thank goodness the yellow tub had contained it or I would've had a complete disaster of my car upholstery. Make sure you check that before you leave. read more

We have a Maytronic S300i pool sweep that stopped moving in one direction after close to two years of trouble free use. Fortunately, I had about two months left on the warranty and took the unit to All Seasons Pools and Spas in Granite Bay. The store manager, Clint Hawley greeted me upon entering the store and started getting his tools out before I could put the unit on his work bench. He asked if I had time to wait for him to service the unit, or if I wanted to pick it up later. I opted to stay, as I was interested in what happened to cause the stoppage. Turns out there was wear on the treads and wheels with an audible clicking noise when the unit wasn't underwater. Clint replaced several of the components and tested operation. While it ran better, there was still a smaller clicking sound, so he replaced a couple other components. Within ten minutes of getting to the store, I was walking out with a fully functioning pool sweep. The entire service (parts and labor) was covered under warranty and the unit is running like new. I couldn't be happier with the service I received from All Seasons Pools and Spas. Fast, professional and thorough. Thanks Clint! read more

Brandon is the best asset to this business!! He is honest and a good guy. The owner however has zero knowledge on his products and refers you to call tech support for Sundance spas and sells spas knowing they don't meet the NEC requirements. Don't let the owner convince you otherwise. If your spa only has hookups for 3 wires it does not meet code. We made a 14 grand mistake and just learned the hard way. Brandon your fantastic but your company is not. I would like to update my review. I really appreciate the owner as well as his company going to extreme lengths to make this right and prove to me that Sundance spas is in fact safe . I admire that very much. However getting to the bottom of it should have never been this complicated and if in fact every electrician runs into the same problem I had and you sell 250 spas a year like you said , then you should have known the answer . I will change my rating from one star to two but when you came out and assessed my house and you as the owner over looked the GFI situation and I was told I needed an electrician that cost me another $320.00 on top of the 14 grand my husband paid the honorable thing to do on your error would have been to credit the $320 dollars. ********** Important Update to my review ********** With regard to Sundance spas I have now learned how a 3 wire spa is in fact safe and does meet all of the NCE requirements. I have had several electricians out and proved to me the GFI does trip. I've been told by Sundance that electricians should be aware of the UL seal as when their is a UL number that means that all requirements have been met to code. Sundance spas are safe. I truly feel this was just a one time experience and All Season Pools And Spas has an incredible staff and my post is not personal nor intended to disrespect the owner its business and this was my experience and the owner did not do the honorable thing when overlooking the GFI issue and still cost me an additional $320 bucks after my husband spent $14 grand . Mistakes happen , I was disappointed to see the integrity of the owner by not being honorable over $300 bucks. I am new to the area and coming from San Francisco new to the weather! I had come into the store to get information as I ended up buying an Intex 10ft round pool to keep cool this summer and had no clue how to maintain the water with the correct chemicals. I ended up speaking with Krystal from the Roseville store and she was AND is wonderful!!! She explained things to and made it so simple for me to understand. I love the service because I am in the system now and if I need to go in the store and bring a water sample everything is right there. Our spa was delivered without some parts. I have called multiple times every day with no return calls back. Left messages, no reply. One fellow, Rich, answered and unfortunately had no information to give. Was told that they would be calling back, never did. Finally went in today because obviously Communicating through phones doesn't work for this company, and the woman there said the parts some of them were in and that they would contact me today about a delivery time today. Vader apparently was in the grocery store next-door and was due back very soon but never called me. We still do not know anything. They have not contacted me for a time that would work for me for them to come by. It seems to me that once they have your money in full their customer service is non existent. I would never in 1 million years recommend them to anybody. We've had us far for seems like a month but it's less than that, can't fill it with water until we get the parts because we have to make sure it fits. We ordered/purchased our pool in May and were told it would be shipped in 3 weeks. We are in the middle of July now and have yet to receive any information about when our pool is going to be shipped. The general Manager, Brad Zimmerman, took over our order 2 weeks ago and just continues to give us the run around. He is extremely rude and dismissive. I called Brad multiple times and he finally called me back and asked if I just wanted to cancel my order. After 2 months of waiting for this pool this is your fix?? Bought a very expensive Sundance Spa from this store. The delivery person set it and said someone else would be around to instruct me on the usage. The sales point for me was the warranty of 5 years. Turns out the items that have gone wrong with the spa are "excluded" in the fine print. It seems like a "gotcha" each time they come out. This time the lights began to malfunction. I don't use them normally but they come on by themselves and won't turn off. The tech charged me $69.00 to unplug the lights on the waterfall. I owned a Hot Spring Spa for 10 years without a single problem. I am sorry I bought this one and if I had it to do over would go elsewhere and probably get a HotSpring again. Search the Internet, the lighting going out is a known problem. No more Sundance Spas. read more

We purchased a Sundance Spa in 2010 from All Seasons. The spa had some initial issues related to build that the service department from the Roseville area store took care of promptly. Overall we have been very happy with the spa. The last 2 times I have contacted them for service have been very dissaponting. The most recent experience is that over the last two days I left two voice mails for the service department & their voice mail stated they would get right back to me. Two days later I am still waiting. Very poor service at the front end makes me realize I will likely not have a good experience if I ever heard back from them and scheduled a repair. I have visited both the Shingle Springs and Auburn retail stores and have always had a good experience. To be clear, this negative review is stricly refering to the service department. Looking at other reviews, it seems they really have some issues that need to be addressed. read more

My spa stopped working and the display stated that the heater was dry. I called All Seasons to come out and fix it. The tech came out in about a week and told me that the spa needed a new circulation motor. He did not have a motor in stock, but said that he could come by the next week and fix the spa. He told me to leave the water in it. I told him that I would be out of town for three weeks, and he responded that he would fix the spa and call me for a credit card number. Obviously, he never called, and repeated calls to hm went to voicemail, which was full. You can imagine what my spa looked like after four weeks with no chemicals. The bottom line is the company did not do what they promised they would do, and now I am stuck with significant effort and cost to get my spa clean again.
