Staff are helpful and accommodating. They test water and also offer chemicals and parts for the DIY. I stop by each season to get everything I need for startup and shutdown of my pool. They also offer a service, but I do it myself. I tried their chemical service out, but once again, I find it easier myself. I also switched to dry chem rather than liquid. Easier. They seem to emphasize portable spas now. So buying large equipment can be done but not as easy. read more

I should have yelped these guys a long time ago. Every time i have been here for help[ the service was excellent. They helped me put together a sweeper unit that the pool guys said was shot. A trip to All Season's and $35 bucks in parts! Bang! Good as new. And they even put it together for me. First thing I get right off the bat walking into the store -she sees the water bottle- and says "no no I do not have any time for water testing" There was no greeting there was no I'm sorry it was just a very rude way to greet someone who's coming into the store for the first time. unfortunately the quality of service is poor everywhere right now. Needs to improve somewhere, in the meantime... just left Leslie's they had cyanuric acid in stock and I was greeted by two people and offered a discount I wasn't even aware of... you choose- I wanted to go to all pools because I live nearby but sometimes you have to drive a little to save a lot. read more

I love buying my pool supplies from All Seasons. I know how to take care of my pool and I just need supplies hassle-free which is the opposite experience at Leslie's. Additionally, I enjoy recycling the chlorine bottles instead of just throwing them away. Furthermore, I need a new a new skimmer net and they were sold out of the fine silt one I was looking for. However when the shipment arrived, they called me and I was able to pick it up the next day. I went to Leslie's pool supply located at Douglas and Rocky Ridge to get a new part for my Polaris pool sweep that I purchased there for $600 just 13 months prior. The manager there was rude and said even though it's on warranty they wouldn't cover that particular part which cost $100. I went to All Seasons Pool and Spa on Douglas and Sierra College and spoke to manager Mark Nealey. I kind of complained to him about my other experience at Leslie's. He was so cool and laid back I decided to purchase the item from him along with a couple other items. When he rang me up, he said don't worry about the part, I will deal with Polaris and get credit for it. After my purchase, we hung out and just talked for another 30 minutes. Very good guy with a lot of people skills. You would be stupid not to purchase your pool supplies from this store! Great service and good people. Thank you very much! read more

I purchased an array of pool supplies from this store. One item was a Pleatco filter for my Sta-Rite Posi-flow 135 filter system. The new filter was useless. It not only would not remove the calcium residue from super-shocking the pool, but when I added some diatomaceous earth to the filter to "tighten it up," the diatomacious earth went right through the filter and I then had a very white bottomed pool. Adding more diatomaceous earth (two quarts) just compounded the problem. I replaced the Pleatco filter with one of my 12 year old Unicel filters and though it needed a bit of help from a cup of diatomaceous earth, was able to vacuum the settled particulate matter and was back to sparking clear water. The fun started when I tried to return the Pleatco filter as defective or just not a useful product. The store manager was incredibly rude and vocal, and told me that he could not take the filter back because it had traces of diatomaceous earth on it and Pleatco would not accept it back. Never mind that I had discussed the problem earlier with his staff and had used the diatomaceous earth with their blessing. He argued vehemently with me for 15 minutes and decided to refund my money "just this one time" only when some other customers came in and were witnessing the argument. I do not believe the filter was a genuine Pleato Filter. If it was, then it must have been some cheap line that they do not show on their web site. The filter had no external supporting bands. It was a highly flexible plastic-like filter material. The store removed a label that looked intended for store display. There were no other brand markings on the filter. The price I paid was in line with the best filters from Unicel and Pleatco, not the much lower prices available on ebay for Chinese copies. Needless to say, I'll drive the extra 2 miles to Leslie's where I've had great service for the 27 years I've lived here. read more

I took my Polaris cleaner in for an overhaul, as it had stopped dead in its tracks. I talked with Caden and he took a quick look at the cleaner. A Sunday afternoon of running errands brought me into All Season's. Conveniently located at the corner of Douglas Blvd and Sierra College in the Wal-Mart parking lot, tucked back near LaBou. Although my husband had been a few times before me, this first visit was very pleasant! I grew up around swimming pools and my sister worked for a pool store so I have an idea of how these folks should be able to help. The team at All Seasons did not let me down. They were quick to help our ailing pool and suggest just what we need. They did not oversell at all!! You can buy everything you need for your outdoor oasis from spas to bathing caps for your kids. I have had several occasions to visit All Seasons Pools & Spas as they are close to my house and I installed a cedar hot tub I built from a kit. Each time I went to the store I was helped with information and on a few occasions the exact right products I needed to get things started properly with the new tub. I really don't understand the negative comments here as I have only had very helpful and knowledgeable people help me. Also, my daughter has been purchasing products from them for years for there rather large backyard pool and recommended them to me. He also asked me to text a few photos of the motor and pump to be absolutely sure! He had the part and when I said what time do you close he said in 45 min but Ill stay if you need extra time to get here! This was a under $20 part and he offered to stay! I made it in time and he said if you need any help after hours just call and Ill try to help! These guys are Rock Stars; especially Rebecca. I've used a weekly service since I bought this home 3-years ago; I hired the guy who cleaned the pool for the seller. All has been well for 3-years. Last week the pool turned green three days after service and then so cloudy I couldn't see the bottom. I figured, "what the hey" pool maintenance can't be that tough. I took a water sample to All Seasons in Granite Bay and Rebecca took my sample and did the analysis. She told me what was wrong, sold me what I needed and by the end of the day my pool went from swamp-like to crystal clear. These guys are the real deal. I went in to return an unopened item, receipt in hand, no expiration date on the package, but it was more than 14 days since the sale, so tough luck for me. This is laughable the service rep was rude to me and was disrespectful and brash. You don't need to refuse to service us because i fired you and our team. You did not finish the work because you MIS informed me that the filter needed to run for 2-3 days. I was instructed only one day. I tried this company twice giving benefit of doubt . Every time I come to All Seasons, Mark and staff are always on point. Even when its busy with all the "water testers" lined up at the counter. They wont over sale customers products and Mark is probably the most knowledgeable pool water chemistry and equipment guy I know. Hands down the best pool business I've been to. i just put my refurbished polaris sweep back in my pool after a very quick visit to ALL SEASONS, and i am thrilled how well it works- i'd forgotten how well it could climb the walls... like many others, i brought in my polaris pool sweep thinking i just needed a replacement part for a small piece of plastic that broke. of course, it's never as simple as it seems. but the good news is that while taking it apart, he discovered a couple other minor items that also needed maintenance (no surprise after 8 years of use!). AND he was able to find a part from his "boneyard" that he could use to repair my frame- instead of selling me a new vacuum. he did all this in a couple hours and only charged me less that $50 total. wow. i sure appreciate his time and effort, and will gladly support this local store- read more

Brad was very helpful in resolving a problem with our Polaris pool sweep vacuum. I had brought it in to All Seasons Pools & Spa for an estimate to repair. But instead, Brad walked me over to his repair bench and to my surprise started talking about and disassembling my vac, replacing the drive belts (one had broken), cleared clogged internal jets, and replaced a worn o-ring. Then he put the vac back together and said 'that outta do it". There was no charge for labor and the parts were reasonable. Back to our pool, and the rebuilt Polaris works perfectly. I have been going to All Season's in Granite Bay now for over three years. The people there, especially Brad and Clint definitely know their trade. Though I have had crazy times dealing with my pool chemistry, I feel I have finally found success. My pool is nestled around foliage, oaks trees and cottonwoods that sift their white 'stuff' from across e street and cause havoc. I deal with phosphates and dirt. It was suggested to look into purchasing a new pool sweep that they rep at All Seasons: Maytronics. I did my research and discovered the many pros but the big con was the price! Well I decided it was time to dump my somewhat trusty Polaris sweep that used way too much electricity to run compared to the penny's that the Maytronics needed. The results were staggering. I am so pleased with the help and support of All Seasons in Granite Bay. Free water analysis that keeps a record of past tests for tracking and trends. Do your self a favor --- if you have a pool in the GB area... go to All Season's!!! read more

My pool is old to say the least and the equipment is too small and inefficient and needs to run almost 24 - 7. Mark and Rebecca have been a huge help, they have taught me how to maximize the equipment I have and the PROPER chemicals to use. I had been using another large pool store chain and they had my pool so toxic my children could not swim and within a week "All Seasons Pool" had our water crystal clear. 5 stars for the store manager, Mark! I had been struggling to get my pool swim ready for summer. It had a greenish swampy appearance, the waterfall had become a slight trickle and the sweep would hardly move and often get stuck in corners. The worst part about this whole situation is that I was paying a pool service to maintain my pool! I had finally had enough and decided to take matters into my own hands and resolve the issue myself. I contacted All Seasons Pools & Spas probably over a dozen times within a week.....I can't imagine I was easy to deal with. However, each time I called, I worked with Mark, the store manager. He was incredibly patient with me, returned my calls immediately, answered my one-hundred annoying questions and guided me through every step I needed to take to get my pool crystal clear. I made two trips to the store for product purchase and water testing....Mark assisted me each time. I recently took over doing my own pool chemicals on my leased home/pool in Granite Bay. I was getting great assistance and advice from Mark and the team at All Seasons in the Walmart parking lot at Sierra College and Douglas Blvd. They were testing the water and advising me and educating this first time pool "semi-owner" and were really helpful...Then the system started having troubles..I called the Manager Mark and before I knew it he said he would swing by my house and take a look at it. He came within an hour and we discussed the old original 30yr old equipment and the problems in the pump, filter and sweep. He suggested a couple easy things for me to do to see if it would help and he would get an estimate togetether for complete repairs/replacement where needed for me to give to my landlord...As the amature pool guy I am, I tried taking apart a piece and just couldn't get it back together...Again, called Mark and he was at my house within the hour to fix it at no charge to me and with great attitude. My landlord talked with mark and after all of Mark's long term recommendations my landlord decided to go with the new variable speed pump, new sweep and new filter...I also hired All Seasons to do the chemicals service monthly as I had learned my lesson....Leave the pools to the professionals ...........................and they don't get any better than the team and Manager Mark, at All Seasons Pool/Spa in Granite Bay. read more

I couldn't give this company my money. I recently purchased a home with a pool which had outdated pool equipment that was leaking. Per my Realtor's recommendation, All Seasons came by the home and provided an estimate for repairing the old leaky equipment. The prices were reasonable. When we needed the repairs, I called the service department and told them I would actually like a quote to upgrade the whole system; pump, filter, computer controls, re-plumbing etc. The lady I spoke with was very nice and said she would pass the message along to Josh who would handle the service call. After 2 weeks and no return call, I decided to give them one last chance. Yes, they had my phone number AND email. Once again the lady I spoke with was very nice and apologized at which time I was promised a phone call from Josh again. This time I did receive a phone call from Josh who promised a new quote for the new equipment within three days. A month later, still nothing! Plenty of time for me to of found another company who has already installed the equipment and allowed me to start swimming. Too bad that a several thousand dollar purchase or customer service isn't a priority for them. Check your Yelp ratings ladies and gentleman when researching your new pool people. read more
