When shopping around for places to live, this park had so many benefits for my family and I. We pay less than what we'd have to pay for a studio apartment plus our space is so big that we have a nice size area for our kids to play in! Management is amazing and always on top of making sure you are happy during your stay. We've been here for 2 years and we don't plan on going anywhere soon! read more

Horrible experience. First , we don't like deal so many surprises,like to deal with your temper neighbors. I understand that neighbors is long term relationship live here. They want to more spaces if they can , like coving their many stuff on the water or electronic connection. Even put their chairs on our side .dogs non stop barking is happening at night .we r so glad we just booked 2 days .Second , this parking size is extremely small. Please be ware trees,We hit our rv roof with tree branches Because we need avoid neighbors chairs. Views is beautiful in San Diego. Btw public Restroom and shower place r small too. swimming pool is one family the time . Cost 600$ to fix that damage. hope you can learn something from this case. . read more

Went fishing here a little while back and I was talking to one of the guys that was also fishing on the banks. An old guy that lives there long term came out yelling at us telling us that we were talking too loud. What a joke this place is supposed to be a campsite fun for kids fun to fish have a good time end it was the middle of the day. This is absolutely outrageous they should take a look into this the guy lives right on the water off I'm not sure why they would allow long-term residence to talk to people like that. The guy was cussing at us. The other gentleman that I was talking to had kids with them so I had to stop him because he was disrespectful in front of the children. The staff was nice enough but be warned this is not a family camping spot. This is where people live. And live 4 feet away from each other at that. It felt more like a dystopian transient hub than a campground. The pond was mostly dried up and there's definitely no fish in it, except for maybe the kind that have 3 eyes. We have a tow trailer and it was almost impossible to back it into our spot without crashing into the "homes" on either side of our incredibly narrow spot because the tiny road has virtually no turning space. We were so close to the camper next to us I could reach out my door and knock on their door. The few people we saw looked like extras in a Stephen King film. We ended up leaving by night since it was just too sketchy for our small kids (who were not having fun at all). read more

Definitely not recommended. It used to be great, but not anymore. Sketchy vibes and doesn't seem family friendly. Also, no more tent camping. The manager is rude and went nuts on me and my 7 year old to leave immediately after we were told we could fish by someone who worked there and they sold us bait. My 7 year old was very sad, and unfortunately, that was his first fishing experience. All around, a huge thumbs down. Save yourself from an awful experience and go to Champagne Lakes down the road. Much classier vibe. Also, Dixon Lake is not too far either. Won't be back. read more

We had a really nice visit at All Seasons Campground. Camped here as a teenager with friends and thought I'd bring my family here years later. The two ladies at the office were extremely nice and accommodating. The pool was refreshing, clean and basically empty. My wife and I are avid fisherman and found the bass bite is a not bad at All Seasons and we're able to catch and release a couple small bass with our son. Super fun memories!!! So I read reviews of loud people at night and crack heads at All Seasons, but we didn't see any of what looked like crack heads around. Maybe a couple people from the younger crowd, but no party animals that (Saturday) night. The only issues we encountered were that yes, the sites are tight, you have about 10 feet on each side of you to your neighbor, but everyone keeps to themselves, so no biggie. Freeway noise is a constant, if your actually trying to listen for it, but I found at night the frogs and crickets can pretty much buffer that which is super relaxing. All in all we had a great overnight trip and definitely will be back as were only 20 minutes away, and would absolutely recommend All Seasons Campground! read more

We came here while searching for a place to setup our RV. The resort is located right next to the freeway and we noticed that the sounds from traffic were quite loud. Also, the sites were very close in proximity to neighbor sites. We were looking to have a little more space between us and our neighbors. The prices were low and there is a mini market and a lake nearby, so it didn't look all bad, just not what we were looking for. If you are looking for a decent RV resort with low prices, All Seasons isn't a bad choice. Its just a little cramped for our tastes. read more

I have lived here for well over 5 years. This is one of the only places in California I would say you are actually free. Most RV parks have rules that micromanage the tenets. I'm actually allowed to have my weight systems outside here and have pets. The reviews complaining about people camping here sound like a bunch of rich snowflakes. The people that live here are real people. Some have problems but for the most part they are all great. This place has been a great experience for me, my wife, and my two kids. I don't ever plan on coming back to California once I leave but if I do it will be to here. I love this place and love Maria. I love the little store at the front. It's a little expensive but you are paying for the convenience. I'm going to be sad when I have to go. This was the best place I have stayed in my 17 years here in California. read more

Since I cannot give a half star I guess a 1 will do. This is the butter-face of sites. The pictures are great if you don't look too closely. The noise from the 15 Freeway is loud and the lake is sandwiched between the 15 and a busy street. If you stay on the east side tent area thats all you hear all day and night. Then there is the No Alcohol rule for tent area. I understand, but if you're going to have the rule, then enforce it. Don't give people rides from the mini-mart to their site in the park golf cart so they can haul cases of beer to their tent. Said people were loud till late. I understand that people want to have a good time but you're staying in a tent! Not a sound proof music studio. So yes, I can hear you cursing. Then said people have to snore like a chainsaw. Not their fault but definitely the straw that broke my back. So after the party, snore fest, we (including my toddler) were then woken up by more Ef-bombs first thing in the morning. Good morning to you too. Planned for a longer stay but packed up after that one night when I saw them re-stocking on alcohol. I know you can't choose your neighbors. Between the freeway noise, street noise, no hiking trails, small camp sites, the kids playground looked sketchy in person, the only things this place had going was the convenience of the on-site mini-mart and the bathrooms were clean (but not stocked). read more

I was trying to plan a last minute camping trip and every place I called was fully booked, except for this one. So I made a same-day reservation for some campsite on the "east side." Upon arrival, I found out why this was the only place in San Diego County that had an opening.... The pictures on the website are absolutely deceiving. I figured this place looked half-polished and pretty decent. Not the case at all. Most everyone "camping" in an RV obviously lives at this place, and typically people that live on campgrounds are not the most desirable people. Pretty sure 75% of the people here are crackheads, based on the way they look and dress.... But onto the important stuff: the parking situation is a joke. Some cars are literally stuck between other cars because it's that big of a disorganized mess! There is NO pulling up to your own private campsite because as a tent camper, you have NO PRIVACY! You are no more than 10 ft away from other campers. It made me think of an outdoor homeless shelter! Needless to say, my boyfriend and I immediately got the heck outta there without any further discussion to the lady at the kiosk about our "reservation." Good grief. Don't camp here if you want a decent camping experience!!! read more

I was alittle disappointed with the website and what was here when we arrived. The website says the pool is heated...not when we got here. They said that they don't heat it until April. Well we came March 19-21 so my kids ended up sad. The tot lot would have been great if the cats didn't use it as a litter box... Though I will say the park is pretty. We took a walk at 6:30am and it was amazing. We fished and feed the ducks. We also stayed right on the lake! We even saw a young falcon taking a bird bath. It was something I would be willing to try again in April. They did have this cool winery/auto museum close called Deer Creek. That was something you would have to see. read more

Spent several months at this resort and was overall pleased. Spaces are cramped so you will meet and deal with neighbors but the park generally cares about upkeep, maintenance, cleanliness, and a good neighborly attitude. Good for a short stay or a temporary living situation. read more

We just stayed here this past weekend and at first it looked a little run down, but it was great!! A lot of RV's there and it looks like there are a lot of residents but no one bothered anyone. I stayed on the Westside tent site B and it was shady the entire time and it was right on the water, I didn't even need to apply sunscreen. Another thing was there were hardly any bugs. I bought Mosquito repellent and didn't even need to use it. The fishing was fun, we caught two big trout and then some medium and a lot of little ones but it was fun as we are not experienced fishers. It was my husbands first time camping and he loved it. The bathrooms are extremely CLEAN which is a plus as I had 3 kids with me. They have showers, a market that sells anything you would need to camp. It has a nice big swimming pool and spa and a little playground. I will definitely come back. read more

Worst experience. Online pictures looked very deceiving. In person, you do not get the same feel. Tent camping sites are only about 5 ft away from each other. There's a mimimart which is probably the only thing they have going and fishingv(catch and release only). No trails for hiking (there's a hilly rocky portion that looks like trail but it's"not) and the playground looked like it was ready to fall apart. Freeway and highway noise were super loud. It's hard to enforce a no alcohol camp zone but don't be the same person that's suppose to enforce it and give the campers rides to their camp sites with cases of beers maybe even bought from the minimart. So we ended up with ok camp neighbors on one side and 2 sets of drunks, cussing, messy neighbors on the other side. So these neighbors were up partying like they were in their own house with no courtesy for others at all. So I understand trying to have a good time but your in a camp site not at a bar. So after the cussing and drinking, throughout the night you are awaken by loud honking and/or loud highway noise from all sorts of vehicles, then loud snoring from the same drunk neighbors..then topped off by loud "f" bombs first thing the morning...oh come on really?!?. Then the next day they are stocking up again with cases of alcohol (again with the help from the camp workers...they made restocking the alcohol easy to the site they said was "no alcohol zone"). This is when we said enough! We can't handle a repeat of the bad first night ONLY night there. So take away the drunken cussing neighbors, there's nothing to make us come back to this camp site. Yes camp site is decently priced but not worth it. We paid for 4 days and stayed 1 day. read more
