These guys were one of the few that could handle the concrete work, and they also handle all the permit work as well. Staff worked hard, finished everything quickly and made sure the work site was clean as a whistle after they finished. Everyone was really friendly, from the receptionist on the phone, the staff and the people giving me estimates. It's been more than a year since I got my EV charger installed, and I haven't noticed any problems since then. Price-wise, I feel it was pretty fair especially considering how they made everything so convenient. All in all, they did everything well. I'd have no problems recommending them to others, and will likely go back to them when I need other things addressed in the house.

Casey and Joseph showed up on time and knew exactly what to do. I was prepared with drop clothes and a ladder for them. Scott was very polite, friendly and professional. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and thermostat and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Fortunately, I did not need to replace the furnace. Within a few days, Scott returned and replaced the necessary parts and installed a new thermostat. I waited a couple of months to see how well the furnace operated during these winter months. Now, I am pleased to announce that everything works perfectly. Scott, and AAA Calvert, receive superior marks. The cost of the repairs were quite reasonable for the amount of time and labor the project required. This was SUPERIOR service!!! Thank you, Scott!!!

He quickly realized that the amount of power coming in to my house was no longer under control and instructed me what to do. When SCE came, the guy said that if it wasn't for Alex, my house could have burned down - or at minimum all my appliances would have burned out if it wasn't for him. My recommendation to anyone quote shopping for major electrical work, contact at least 2-3 other places and you'll see the price/scope of work differences as well. Alex was the estimator and I was expecting good things based on past reviews and didn't receive that at all. Not sure if it was because I told you this was my first home but the dishonesty in your pricing needs to be reassessed. With internet access and electrician feedback it's easy to tell that your quote was ridiculous. The suggested approach to the work wasn't great either, my home definitely doesn't need a sub panel in the house when I'm getting a main panel upgrade. The number of dedicated circuits recommended by you compared to general recommendations I've heard didn't match nor made sense with the high price you charged. 29-33k for 12 circuits and a main panel upgrade with an unneeded sub panel in the home to "save on wires used"? Really? The only positive thing I have to say is your customer service rep was kind.

We hired…read moreAll-in-One to install some recessed lighting and outlets inside our home as well as upgrade our electrical panel on the exterior of our home. For the lighting/outlet install, instead of using any kind of drywall saw or cutting tool, they just used a hammer to put holes in our walls and ceilings in order to run wiring and install switches/lighting. This left our home looking crazy and made it unnecessarily difficult to make drywall repairs. Also, a number of the recessed lights they installed were not even symmetrical. On the exterior panel install, they swore up and down that the existing panel could not be replaced without major rework to the wall. So, thinking it was my only option, I approved the location of the new panel off to the side. However, I absolutely did not approve them coming out of the wall at an angle with that large flex conduit the way they did. After addressing these issues with them, their only response was that they could relocate the panel for the same cost as the original installation. Overall, it became clear to us that All-In-One Electric only cared about getting the job done as quickly as possible and had little to no respect for our home. They made it clear that their aim was to do the bare minimum as long as it was "up to code." I would not recommend their services to anyone after this experience.

There were a series of excellent reviews. I sent hima a message and he got back to me right away. When we spoke, Ian himself walked me through the troubleshooting over the phone. He suggested it could be a bad bulb connection (take it out and clean the contacts) or an issue with the wall switch. Sure enough, it turned out to be our dimmer switch -- it just couldn't hold the charge properly and was causing the constant flickering. What really stands out is that Ian could have easily scheduled a service call and charged me a couple hundred bucks to come out. Instead, he gave me the exact fix for free and saved me the hassle and expense. In a world where so many companies push for paid visits, this level of honesty and helpfulness is rare and genuinely appreciated. While it cost me nothing, it cost him his time.I As a result, I promised Ian I'd write a glowing review, and here it is. He ran the sink and disposal and after a few more minor adjustments, he was done. Everything works perfectly! No leaks. I will be using Victor for future projects.

One plumber could install a gas line only, another plumber could install a gas line and the gas cooktop but not the hood, and an appliance installation technician could not install the cooktop because he could not cut into the existing granite top. So I found Max of MRI Construction and Remodeling on Yelp, and he said that he could do the work within that original scope -- cooktop, hood, and gas line -- but that we should anticipate a backup plan in case the granite cracked during installation. Because we plan to live in this house for as long as possible, we decided to go through a full kitchen renovation. We had a prior experience with another general contractor who was impossible to get a hold of and who could not ensure the quality of the subcontractors he hired, and interviewed another general contractor who gave us the impression that we would have to engage with suppliers and subcontractors more than seemed feasible. We are happy to say that we just finished our kitchen renovation last week! And it was finished a week earlier than scheduled. We are thankful to Max and his team of subcontractors! We are really happy with the final kitchen, given how much we cook at home. And surprisingly the process was easy despite its size and time of 6 weeks. Max has the strengths and qualities you want for your construction projects: he's incredibly responsive, honest and communicative, and willing and able to troubleshoot issues that come up, as they invariably do, both small and large. He makes recommendations if you ask and gives you options for decisions for which there are too many options. He works with an amazing group of subcontractors who are experts in their craft. There was an exception with one subcontractor but Max was able to get that course-corrected so that the project finished strong. We appreciate his integrity and his willingness to ensure that the project meets your needs and expectations. We are grateful that we found Max on Yelp and for being able to work with him on a kitchen that we love and also within budget!! Thank you, Max and MRI Construction!!

Throughout the entire process, Mike was very professional and the level of expertise he exhibited was obvious. Before Mike, I had met with 3 other contractors to compare services and quotes but what sealed the deal for me was the 3D render service Mike offered. It was affordable and it would be free if you end up going with MDM for your remodel. Mike was able to get the renderings to me very quickly and made adjustments whenever we wanted to change something. Seeing the details of the renderings really brought what we were envisioning to life and helped with the design process. Fast forward to beginning of demo/construction, Mike's employees were impressively fast and efficient at their jobs, but what really impressed me was how clean they kept our property after each day of work. And that stated true throughout the entire process of our 7 month renovation. During construction, if there were any last minute changes, Mike would always try to cater to our needs whenever possible. Even if subcontractors made mistakes with anything, Mike would make sure it is fixed and perfect right away. Keep in mind, you can't rely on Mike for everything (as much as you might want to). You really do have to do your research (in terms of design, finishing materials, sourcing those materials, and getting them delivered on time) and know exactly what you want and how you want it, that way, Mike can plan and put into action what needs to be done. After this entire process, we are extremely happy we got this project completed with MDM. What really sets them apart is the quality of work, dependability, and the great people that work for MDM. Shoutout to Mario! They really respected our home and were very considerate of us during construction. Even after everything was finished, they guaranteed that they would come back and fix anything that needed fixing. Cannot recommend them enough if you want to improve or build your new home!

We instantly like him, got a great feeling about him, and had already seen the quality work he'd done for some friends. We hired him for a full kitchen and bath remodel. He met with us again to make sure he understood everything we needed, and provided us with a comprehensive bid for labor. All material costs were passed thru directly, no mark-up, and he always kept receipts as back up. As we continued to add to the project (as is prone to happen), Matt was upfront with us and told us what would add time/cost. His final bill was EXACTLY what we expected, NO SURPRISES. Matt is so good, that his estimated timeline was correct, to the day! Everyone at May's Remodeling is honest and trustworthy. I never gave it a second thought about leaving him and his crew alone in my house all day. They took superb care of my house and everything in it. As they knew we were living in the house still, they took extra care to clean up after themselves each day, so we could come home to a clean house. The quality of work from May's Remodeling is TOP NOTCH! I had contractor friends and other vendors compliment me on how good the work was. We got at least 4 bids: 1 from a personal referral, 1 from someone we had used before, 1 from someone my husband struck up a conversation with at home depot, and 1 from yelp (May's Remodeling). From the beginning, Matt and Jay came in, walked through our home, asked alot of great questions, and made some good recommendations. When we got our bids back, they were not the lowest and not the highest. Ultimately, we decided to go with them based on their thoroughness and the fact that they would be the ones doing the work, not subcontracting out to a bunch of other people. During the remodel, Matt was there almost every single day, working from early morning to evening. My husband and I would come a few times a week, check-in, make decisions, bring materials, and every time, Matt was there. What I appreciated most about Matt was that as we moved along, inevitably there were changes we wanted, and he never shied away from doing something, even if it was a little more work, if it made sense for us in the long run. For example, adding more switches, insulating some walls, moving plumbing, etc... We felt he had our happiness and satisfaction as top priority, and his change rates were very reasonable. We've now been moved into our new home for a little over 2 months, and all seems well. There's definitely alot more I could say, but I'll let the pictures speak from here. We are very happy and satisfied we went with May's Remodeling.
