The place had bird poop all over the front entry way on the outside. Make sure you know it will be a "trial appointment" your first visit there to see if you are a good fit for them as patients. 4. They also charge you an administration fee every time you go! Never heard of that before! 5. expect a good wait in the smallish waiting area with your dog. We don't recommend this facility with the gravel parking lot and rude lady upfront. Jasmin was very kind, but the other lady... The team gave me a two to three hour estimate and advised they would call me when he was ready. They hit the timing dead on at two hours. They should have an aftercare counselor on staff to deal with the PTSD you get from a visit here, it's beyond insane how people give good ratings. Around 8pm on march 21st my cat started having trouble breathing and she started convulsing. She wasn't breathing until my brother would shake her to start breathing again. We rushed her to this emergency clinic but she sadly passed away in my brothers arms in the car just two minutes from the clinic. The team was fantastic. One of the members there who took my cat to the back let us stay there for as long as I needed and didn't judge me for crying loudly. My mother paid $600 in total for my beloved cat to be cremated and to have a clay print of her paws which in my opinion is a great price. About a week(ish) later we got to pick up her ashes and the clay print we were promised and I believe the team went above and beyond. I received a card with the team's signatures and a certificate of cremation.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others who expect professionalism, respectful communication, and accountability from veterinary staff.
